U.S. GOVT RUNS GRASSROOTS 'GANG STALKING' GESTAPO NETWORK: EX-FBI OFFICIAL

 

Former FBI official Ted Gunderson died of cancer on July 31, 2011.  Was his illness induced by silent electromagnetic assault or by other nefarious means?  We will never know -- and that's just the way certain entities want it.  The following article was first published at NowPublic.com/scrivener in January 2011.  Six months later, one of the greatest unheralded patriots in U.S. history was dead.

A former senior official of the Federal Bureau of Investigation says rogue military intelligence and law enforcement units of the federal government oversee a nationwide network of community-based "gang stalking" harassment, intimidation, financial sabotage and domestic terrorism directed at thousands of U.S. citizens who have been extrajudicially targeted as "dissidents" or undesirables.

Ted Gunderson, 82, who has served as the special agent in charge of the FBI's Los Angeles, Memphis and Dallas field offices, has stated in a series of public speaking appearances that he is now targeted by these same elements, and fears for his life and for the safety of his family.   He reports that the windows of his home have been shot out, and he believes he has been poisoned and physically sickened by those seeking to silence him.

Since his retirement from the FBI in the 1979, Gunderson has been a Southern California- based private investigator.  He is most noted for his defense work on the murder case involving former Army physician Dr. Jeffrey MacDonald.

The ex-FBI official's comments represent the most compelling testimony to date indicating that "black operations" of the federal government are dedicated to waging a covert war of terror and persecution targeting American citizens.

"Based on my thirty years' experience and research, I have determined there are thousands of victims who have been targeted by an illegal U.S. government rogue criminal enterprise -- military intelligence, probably, tied into CIA and FBI and so forth -- that is active 24 hours a day throughout the United States," Gunderson stated in an October 2008 speech posted last fall on YouTube.

"It is far too extensive to be controlled by private enterprise," Gunderson said. "I believe this well organized and sophisticated operation has a central command located somewhere in the United States, with multiple satellite offices scattered throughout the country."

Said Gunderson:

"It appears those who administer the program can call any location in the United States for surveillance, a telephone tap, or... harassment directed at a victim, and immediately dispense manpower to the source... This well-greased, covert operation makes the old FBI counterintelligence program (code-named "Cointelpro") look like a Sunday school class."

Gunderson also maintains that federal security and law enforcement agencies and commands have been infiltrated by members of secret societies such as the Illuminati, which he has described as a satanic criminal cult.

This correspondent has reported that Lockheed Martin, the world's largest defense contractor and the prime cyber-security and information technology supplier to the federal government, coordinates the communications and trains the "team leaders" of a nationwide Gestapo-like apparatus, which has tentacles into every security and law enforcement agency in the nation, including state and local police and 72 regional "fusion centers" administered by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.  According to company literature, Lockheed Martin has operations in 46 of the 50 states.

Thousands of Americans, including this veteran journalist, have publicly reported being the victims of silent electromagnetic assault and community-based home intrusions, vandalism, and even the poisoning of food, water and air. These "targets" and their families have been physically harmed and financially destroyed as a result of taxpayer-funded "psychological operations," police-protected community "stalking" harassment and malicious vandalism, and other covert programs of personal destruction, including government-assisted financial sabotage. Many appear to have been targeted as a result of their politics; their activism or corporate whistle-blowing activities; their ethnic background; or as a result of score-settling vendettas by persons in positions of power -- in government and in the private sector.

The former FBI executive's remarks are only now attracting widespread exposure on this and other web sites. This correspondent believes that recent revelations of government-sponsored domestic terrorism against U.S. citizens have prompted some conscientious insiders to call attention to Gunderson's public statements.

Gunderson has said that government-sponsored gang stalking terrorism is financed "through illegal black operations," such as sales of illegal drug; gambling; prostitution; and even sexual exploitation of children.  But this reporter believes it is more likely that programs of government-sponsored domestic terrorism are funded from military and security "black ops" budgets that have been illegally diverted to covert domestic programs administered and conducted primarily by defense contractors.

Late last year, The New York Times disclosed that an official of the U.S. Air Force had set up an unauthorized military intelligence spy ring in Pakistan and Afghanistan, run by Lockheed Martin and funded by defense appropriations.

While walking in the street past a house located at 35 Crown Terrace, Lower Makefield Twp., Bucks County, PA about 8:15pm Saturday night, June 2, a group of young people at a yard party at that address start pointing and yelling, "There's the guy with the $20 bill.  I want to talk to the guy with the $20 bill."

My wife had handed me a $20 bill last night  in the supposed privacy of our home.  It was instantly apparent that Lockheed Martin/MAGLOCLEN-RISS Fusion Center operatives conducting pervasive 24/7 audio and video surveillance of my premises relayed that piece of privileged data to a community watch "team leader," who apparently sent a text message to someone at the party.

Suddenly, two male youths, in their late teens or early 20s, ran out into the street and got right up into my face, accosting and terrorizing me, a 62 year old man.

 One of the youths, tall and with dark hair, extended his right arm, stuck it in my face and said, "I want to shake your hand!  I want to shake your hand!"

I felt terrorized.

"SON, GET AWAY FROM ME AND GO BACK TO YOUR PARTY,"  I yelled.  The youth did not immediately comply, and stayed within a foot or two from my face, so I yelled again:  "SON, LEAVE ME ALONE AND GO BACK TO YOUR PARTY."

At that point, a middle-aged woman emerged from the house and got into her car and started to back down the driveway.  I addressed her from the street, in words to this effect:  "Ma'am, two of your guests just accosted me in the street.  I suggest you control your guests, or I will have to call the police."

At that moment, a middle-aged man, presumably the woman's husband, came out the front door, saying "What's going on?"

Said I: "Two of your house guests just accosted me in the street, and I suggest that you control your guests because they just accosed me."

The woman, apparently his wife, said to the man:  "Don't take the bait."  The man did not immediately respond, and then said,  "We all know about you.  You're a nut, disturbing our neighborhood.  Go back to your house."

I was taken aback and said,  "Your guests just accosted and menaced me while I was in the street."

The man said,  "I'm going to call the police and file a complaint against YOU."

I invited him to do that, adding,  "You know what?  You are teaching your kids how to be THUGS."

I continued walking in the street, around the block and back to my house.  The encounter produced some incontrovertible evidence:

First, there is no way these youth would have yelled and pointed at me, saying "There's the guy with the $20 bill" unless someone in authority passed that information, gleaned from WARRANTLESS, ILLEGAL SURVEILLANCE, to another person or entity, who then relayed that information to the youth, probably via text message.

Second, the man of the house and the woman, presumably his wife,  had no interest in listening to my account of what had just happened, and instead proceeded to slander and threaten me -- the victim of a bias crime committed by their house guests. It is apparent that someone in a position of authority has slandered me to these people, as well as to many others in the neighborhood, destroying my reputation and my ability to live in peace with gullible, prejudiced and hateful neighbors. Some of them, I believe, have been insinuated into the community by a "black ops" unit of the Homeland Security- administered fusion center network, a unit whose communications are coordinated by military contractor Lockheed Martin, which also apparently trains and helps select "team leaders" of this community Gestapo organization.

I thought for a moment about calling the police to report this hate crime; but experience has taught me that I cannot have confidence in the Lower Makefield Township, Bucks County police -- at least, not the officers on the beat who respond to complaints -- to be impartial and fair.  Indeed, one of their officers apparently called me on the phone and threatened to come to my house a couple of years ago after I asked a man in a large 4X4 red pickup truck why he was repeatedly passing by my house when I came out to get the mail.

I consider the youth who accosted me, and the two adults of the house, to be hate-mongers who commit or aid and abet acts of bias intimidation.  While I did not call the police to report this incident for the reasons I have cited here, I do intend to call this incident to the attention of Lower Makefield police chief Kenneth Coluzzi and to federal civil rights officials, in an ongoing effort to initiate an investigation of local and regional law enforcement -- local, state and federal -- and law enforcement's refusal to equally and fairly enforce existing laws that are supposed to protect citizens such as I.

ELECTRIC UTILITY VOLTAGE CUTBACKS TERRORIZE TARGETED JOURNALIST

* Just after a "smart" electric meter was installed by PECO Energy on the side of my house, the sociopathic electrical service psyops "shock therapy" resumes. Just a coincidence? Remember what TV's N.C.I.S. Special Agent Gibbs says about coincidences. 


A year or so ago, I discovered that the electrical service voltage to my house was constantly running 7-8 volts off the 120-volt norm, causing electric lights to flicker and motors (such as the refrigerator motor) to run slow, possibly reducing the life of motor-driven appliances.  I became suspicious when our lights seemed to be constantly dim -- what the "gangstalkers" call "gaslighting," after the classic film Gaslight, in which an evil husband lowered the house lights as part of a psychopathic campaign to make his wife believe she was going cray.  An inexpensive voltage meter revealed that someone, or some authority, had ordered that the voltage our electrical service be chronically cut back.




Another symptom:  a vintage record player seemed to run slow at times, making me think that a part was defective.  The voltage meter confirmed the sick, likely truth:  Lockheed Martin cyberNazi surveillance operatives were cutting back the electrical voltage to make me think that the unit was malfunctioning.




Now, last night, it happened again; a player that seemed to be functioning fine started to run slow. So I went to the closet to retrieve the voltage meter so that I could check the electrical service to confirm my suspicions that these psychopaths were using my electrical service to play mind games.




But I could not perform the test, because the voltage meter is now missing -- apparently STOLEN out of my house while my wife and I were upstairs, kept in a deep sleep state by Lockheed Martin attack with the U.S. government electromagnetic radio frequency directed energy weapon system, whose heinous use I have exposed in my writings.

Interestingly, this all happened just days after a "smart" electric meter -- a new, high tech, radio frequency-controlled whole house meter, was installed on the side of our house.  (We had voluntarily signed up for what was described in utility company literature as a stand-alone RF device to curtail the external air conditioning compressor unit during summer "heat events," to use the utility company's phrasing; I was personally assured by the technician when the work was done that the dedicated A/C device did not affect the whole-house electrical service.



Now that there's a new, unrequested and undesired RF smart meter controlling the power flow to the entire house, are Lockheed Martin operatives working under U.S. government contract now able to more easily cut back the electric service voltage coming into their targets' homes by using the new "smart" meters?  I strongly suspect that's the case -- although they've apparently had no problem cutting back MY voltage for years now (perhaps because their goons have installed technology that externally controls all of my home's major systems).




If the voltage meter shows up in another place (possibly returned by home invaders after I publish this account), I will let you know in this space.  In the meantime, I'll go out and buy another one, just so I can continue to chronicle the psychopathic psyops that continue to victimize me and my interests.

When I tried to read this item, the page jumped around on my display, scrolling up and down on its own accord. Several minutes elapsed before I could read the entire story. JOURNO VIC LIVINGSTON BLOCKED FROM FACEBOOK AFTER RIP ON LOCKHEED MARTIN/USG NET CENSORSHIP REGIME

*  Just when I thought the authoritarian military contractor/USG censorship couldn't get much worse, it did.

For the second day in a row, the ham-fisted, fascist censorship regime run by Lockheed Martin under contract to various U.S. government agencies and commands and the nationwide "threat fusion center" network apparently is blocking me from Facebook. And today I find that I am being blocked from my blog site at http://NowPublic.com/scrivener, and in fact from the entire NowPublic site.


(NOTE:  A minute after posting this article, I was again able to access NowPublic -- but I am still blocked from accessing my Facebook page, which, tellingly, has a URL that does not include my name, only a series of numbers.  It also appears that readers cannot reliably find me when they search my name using the Facebook search box.)

I was on both sites Monday morning (April 9) with no problem -- until I posted several comments referring to the real-time censorship regime's interception, censorship and malicious tampering with my computing and internet content -- specifically, my comments to NYTimes.com and ShowBiz411.com about a possible delay in the release of a new movie comedy called "Neighbohood Watch," which depicts its citizen volunteers as hate-motivated vigilantes.  At that point, I could not get back into Facebook, and received a full-screen message saying my account has been "temporarily suspended" due to "suspicious activity" -- someone supposedly "phishing" for my password with a spoofed Facebook page (the very methodology apparently employed by Lockheed Martin's malicious cyber-censorship regime). 

When I tried again to access my Facebook page, I got an apparently phony "confirm your identity" page  that resembles the real Facebook site.  I was presented with a series of  photos from Facebook pages of several alleged  "friends" that apparently are military contractor psyops agents -- whom I did not "friend" on Facebook, but who show up as Facebook “friends” nonetheless.   Most of the pictures are of children and pets.  Some depict nothing more than landscapes. ( I would reproduce the pictures here if I could; since I’m being blocked from Facebook, I can’t.  Nor can I access my own blog site and articles published for the past three years at NowPublic.com/scrivener.)  I am being asked to "identify" the pictures harvested from the phony military contractor Facebook “friend” pages as a condition of reinstatement of my Facebook account – an impossible task.  I pay scant attention to the clumsy, malicious psyops displayed on my Facebook pages.  And what to make of the pictures of children and pets?  It is apparent that psychopathic military contractor and/or USG agents are engaging in yet another sick, sadistic psyop intended to unnerve me. 


Just to see what would happen, I played along with this sick psyop and attempted to match the psyops artwork with the "correct" psyops agent avatar.  After several random stabs, a message popped up on the screen stating, "You have answered enough questions."  I was instructed to hit the "submit" button.  When I did, I got another on-screen message enclosed in a box resembling the Facebook format:  "No verification methods are currently available.  Please come back later."  This apparently is stilted military contractor psyops agent syntax for "Now take a long walk off a short pier."

THIS IS MORE CENSORSHIP VIA FRAUD, DECEPTION AND SADISTIC PSYOPS.  This censorship regime is both brazen and ineptly transparent.  IT MUST BE TAKEN DOWN AT ONCE.  Are any responsible insiders reading this?  Today it's me -- tomorrow it could be you, or someone close to you, that is targeted by this iron-fisted, fascist censorship.

The team leaders who devise the malicious home intrusions, poisonings, vandalism and gaslighting also pre-script elaborate psychopathic stunts intended to unnerve and terrorize their targets, letting them know that their every move, even in the bathroom, is being observed and recorded.  For example, soon after this journalist discovered that the porcelain surface of a bathroom sink was badly fractured, he embarked on a search of hardware stores for a porcelain paint that matched the color of the damaged basin.  Some days later, he found a bottle of paint that was an exact match -- not in a hardware store, but in a record bin at a frequently visited local thrift store.   There is no doubt that the paint was planted there by a vigilante stalker who knew about the chipped sink from fusion center surveillance, which also revealed that he frequented the thrift store.

More recently, this journalist  found a single copy of a biography of ill-fated music producer Phil Spector in the “remainder” book shelf of a local dollar store.  There were multiple copies of virtually all other titles on display.  The journalist had recently purchased a CD collection of Spector’s hit pop songs at the Princeton, NJ Record Exchange, where two “gangstalkers” elbowed him as he was looking at a copy of one of the Spector disks .  There is absolutely no doubt that the dollar store copy of the Spector biography was placed on the shelf by a vigilante stalker goon acting under orders of a local fusion center community policing unit team leader, who knew from surveillance that the journalist  had purchased a Phil Spector CD.  Tellingly, the only other lone copy of a title that was on prominent display nearby was a non-fiction account of the Columbine High School massacre.  It was almost as if the witch-hunters of the fusion center Gestapo were trying to bait his trail with books about notorious killers. 

Needless to say, this journalist did not take the bait. Nor was this the first time something like this happened.  He once observed a lone copy of a book of essays by radical leftists at the same dollar store, another apparent attempt to “bait” a book purchase.  These lame stunts are likely concocted by sociopathic, pea-brained public safety and security officers and agents working on the public’s dime.

Most of the “gaslighting” stunts are not nearly as benign.  Surveillance data has been used to poison specific food items we have purchased; it appears that stalkers have entered this journalist’s home while he and his wife are “put under” in a deep sleep state -- to taint existing food and water supplies, or, apparently,to replace existing jars and bottles of food and water with pre-adulterated substitutes of the same brand and size.

Warrantless surveillance of fusion center "targets" is also used to vandalize and tamper with prized possessions inside their homes.  This journalist found key parts of a restored piece of vintage home electronics cemented with thread lock, causing damage to the parts and necessitating another repair.  The unit was kept in the bedroom; home intruding goons whose operations are coordinated by Lockheed Martin surveillance operatives apparently removed it while the "targets" were kept in a deep sleep state by silent electromagnetic radio frequency "neuromodulation" attack.  Thread lock also fouled a wheel stud on a family member's car, preventing the replacement of a missing wheel nut -- apparently removed by Lockheed- directed vandals as part of another elaborate, psychopathic "psyop."


These are not petty, random acts of vandalism.  This is a manifestation of a malicious, psychopathic, sociopathic CULT that preys upon persons they have been taught to hate -- persons of different religions or backgrounds, or persons who have been slandered by authority figures as social deviates, radicals or criminals. About two years ago, this veteran mainstream journalist published a story stating that a covert U.S. government censorship regime run by Lockheed Martin is using spoofed or counterfeit internet URLs (web addresses) to warrantlessly intercept, censor, and often tamper with the telecommunications of so-called "targeted individuals" -- Americans extrajudicially persecuted and denied their First Amendment rights due to their political beliefs, their backgrounds, or just because thugs in power can abuse government programs to advance a hidden ideology- and hate-motivated agenda.

Another key piece of evidence supports my reporting. I attempted to log onto my Facebook page with Netscape 7, an old browser that was set to flag suspicious or invalid web site certificates of authentication.  And that it did.  The browser informed me, via an onscreen box, that the site certificate was not from "facebook.com," but "s-static.ak.facebook.com."  The certificate was issued by a "Akamai Subordinate," apparently part of Akamai Technologies of Cambridge, MA, a major internet services company. The browser warning advised me that someone could be trying to re-direct me to an illegitimate site. 

BY OVERWHELMING CIRCUMSTANTIAL EVIDENCE, IT IS APPARENT THAT U.S. CYBER SECURITY CONTRACTOR LOCKHEED MARTIN, UNDER USG DIRECTION, IS SPOOFING -- COUNTERFEITING -- AND MANIPULATING FACEBOOK CONTENT OF 'TARGETED' USERS OF FACEBOOK AND OTHER SOCIAL MEDIA, AND IS SYSTEMATICALLY CENSORING AND MALICIOUSLY TAMPERING WITH THAT CONTENT.
