The Anschutz operation that shut down NowPublic.com apparently has reneged on published promises by the previous owner that site content remained the property of its creators, promises that comport with intellectual property copyright laws of Canada and the United States. The owners of intellectual property taken down by the Anschultz organization no longer have access to their published work. In my case, digital copies of my articles disappeared from my computers -- the result of apparent sabotage by way of radio frequency weapon intrusion technology that can remotely cyberjack any electronic device, any computer, even if the device is not physically connected to the internet. Hard copy printouts of articles I published at NowPublic.com have vanished from my home files. (I have written about repeated instances of home intrusions, wanton vandalism of property and home systems, and theft of items ranging from personal memorabilia to electronic equipment such as an expensive and rare phongraph turntable cartridge.)
And now come the veiled threats to shut down VicLivingston.blogspot.com. Blogspot and Blogger.com are now owned and operated by Google, the internet behemoth. I believe it is both relevant and significant that I have yet to receive any remuneration whatsoever from advertising posted to this website. My recent attempts to access information and data on advertising revenues related to this site have been unsuccessful. As I have written many, many times, my web navigation is sabotaged in real-time and I am often denied access to information related to my web accounts. It also appears that data often is doctored, manipulated or outright fabricated by censorship regime operatives. And I have received no notices or communications related to this website via U.S. mail; it is painfully apparent that my snail mail also is subject to censorship, tampering and theft. Repeated complaints to the the U.S. Postal Service have come to naught, as have my multiple requests to local police for an investigation of the community "gangstalkers" who serially violate my civil rights.

The takedown of NowPublic.com and the disappearing of contributor content have harmed thousands of writers and authors around the world. I also believe sufficient grounds exist for a class action lawsuit against the Anschutz organization and its assigns.

If an unscrupulous proxy is renting out a flat, he can tamper with the stove, so that it does not heat properly. My stove, which was supposedly new, appeared to have been replaced with an older one. Some three times I discovered that my meat was not heating properly. This could have caused lethal food poisoning. Goncalves replaced the stove after I wrote a letter to him about it, some time ago.
There have been problems with fridges. Similarly, a highly unscrupulous proxy would be able to tamper with a fridge. In the past, I had a defective fridge and the freezer would defrost and refreeze. At the time, I did not know that Goncalves wished to extort my home. Since then, a new fridge was brought in. This fridge has been tampered with a number of times.
At the moment, food in the fridge freezes and thaws, although the temperature setting is appropriate. Supposedly, this fridge was new several years ago.
Should I die of food poisoning, I would like a very serious investigation, with lengthy interrogation on video of each member of the Goncalves family and their proxies who pose as tenants. A public outcry would be able to bring this about, whether the police are being payed to keep it quiet, or not.
It is extremely difficult to improve one's health, when one's food is compromised, constantly.

They pointed out to me that the paint was being dryer by heaters, which were left on.
There was a huge fire, which burned down this condo development. Shortly after it started, I was asleep at home and Alistair woke me up, by phoning and asking, for no apparent reason, "Is everything all right?" He told me that he had no insurance on the house. Alistair is the one person who most certainly had insurance, but at the time I believed him. I also thought that he had a sixth sense to phone.
Another coincidence is that Rohan Jayasekera, who became a close "friend" just happened to have bought a condo in that complex and lived right across the street from where I had rented from Alistair.
So, I now wonder --Were the Stewarts involved in the condo fire?

I looked on some anti semitic sites and it was encouraging and good for me. People who are haters complain of how powerful the Jewish people are.
