The Anschutz operation that shut down NowPublic.com apparently has reneged on published promises by the previous owner that site content remained the property of its creators, promises that comport with intellectual property copyright laws of Canada and the United States. The owners of intellectual property taken down by the Anschultz organization no longer have access to their published work. In my case, digital copies of my articles disappeared from my computers -- the result of apparent sabotage by way of radio frequency weapon intrusion technology that can remotely cyberjack any electronic device, any computer, even if the device is not physically connected to the internet. Hard copy printouts of articles I published at NowPublic.com have vanished from my home files. (I have written about repeated instances of home intrusions, wanton vandalism of property and home systems, and theft of items ranging from personal memorabilia to electronic equipment such as an expensive and rare phongraph turntable cartridge.)
And now come the veiled threats to shut down VicLivingston.blogspot.com. Blogspot and Blogger.com are now owned and operated by Google, the internet behemoth. I believe it is both relevant and significant that I have yet to receive any remuneration whatsoever from advertising posted to this website. My recent attempts to access information and data on advertising revenues related to this site have been unsuccessful. As I have written many, many times, my web navigation is sabotaged in real-time and I am often denied access to information related to my web accounts. It also appears that data often is doctored, manipulated or outright fabricated by censorship regime operatives. And I have received no notices or communications related to this website via U.S. mail; it is painfully apparent that my snail mail also is subject to censorship, tampering and theft. Repeated complaints to the the U.S. Postal Service have come to naught, as have my multiple requests to local police for an investigation of the community "gangstalkers" who serially violate my civil rights.

The takedown of NowPublic.com and the disappearing of contributor content have harmed thousands of writers and authors around the world. I also believe sufficient grounds exist for a class action lawsuit against the Anschutz organization and its assigns.

I stand behind my assertions regarding Rosie. She taught her children what any good anti semite believes. She inculcated fear, as if they were living in the Holocaust. She knew perfectly well what she was doing. The extended families on the Winemaker, Warner and Devor side gave every indication of collusion.

Based upon some research that I read recently, I think that it is child abuse to force a child to be uprooted from a community and to move frequently --unless this cannot be avoided.

I am just throwing out three pairs of shoes, which I bought very recently. Each could have lasted for six months to a year. However, with proxies, each lasts for one to two weeks. I saw a ridiculous argument on a website. It said that God does not exist, because eternal punishment does not make sense. If God would carry out such punishment, he must be too harsh. Therefore, he does not exist. That is like saying that if a felon wishes to rape or murder babies, we should never put him in prison, because that would be cruel.
When racketeer felons carry out atrocity crimes on a victim and do so every second --what is the proper penalty. If you calculate correctly, you will quickly understand that it is the maximum suffering for eternity. Just begin to calculate it and this will become obvious.
If a person took a "police weapon," such as an "active denial" device, that causes painful heating and destruction of tissue and cancer and other injury and followed a victim and attacked the victim on a single occasion --RIGHTEOUS persons would wish for a sentence to be set. In some ways, it is worse than following a victim and knifing the victim in the back. A felon would get prison time for such a crime. The progression, for doing such an act once, twice, three times, would quickly lead to life in prison. Of course, the penalty should be far more severe, if the felon is working with a gang to harm this innocent prey.
What if the felon is carrying out such an act of violence, terrorism, cruelty and injury every second of every day and every night for decades. Simple multiplication shows what the number of life sentences would be. However, why should the penalty remain the same, if a victim is being subjected to aggravated attacks without limit? There should be a multiplier. Say, each attack gets the penalty multiplied by ten.
Because the tortured, suffering and loss to the victim is so extreme, eternal suffering is the only fair penalty. The felon chose to cause such extreme harm and continued to violate the victim. Furthermore, because the felon acted as part of a mob, there should be a multiplier, for each additional participant. There should be other multipliers, as well.
The felon is operating on the assumption that he will never be brought to justice. He will learn that this is a grave and wilful crime, in itself.
Of course, extreme, eternal atrocity punishment is the only just sentence. Imagine felons who use pesticides to torture a victim. Imagine felons who trespass and steal and vandalize. Imagine "informants" who rape the victim, thinking that they can get away with this heinous crime. Imagine slander, libel, false police reports, forced illness. Thank goodness that God knows how to design a sentence for each evildoer. Each one is going to pay the full price. Each one would show such extreme compassion for the victim --if he realized that each attack will bring millions of times the severity against the villain.

Rosie's son, Michael had to be delivered with forceps, according to her. That would explain any surgical marks on the head. Rosie's son, Robert had to have major surgery, eight days after he was born. There was an explanation, which his father believed. Robert had a lot of long scars, including on on his upper back. I do not know how most of these scars could have anything to do with throat surgery.
