The Anschutz operation that shut down NowPublic.com apparently has reneged on published promises by the previous owner that site content remained the property of its creators, promises that comport with intellectual property copyright laws of Canada and the United States. The owners of intellectual property taken down by the Anschultz organization no longer have access to their published work. In my case, digital copies of my articles disappeared from my computers -- the result of apparent sabotage by way of radio frequency weapon intrusion technology that can remotely cyberjack any electronic device, any computer, even if the device is not physically connected to the internet. Hard copy printouts of articles I published at NowPublic.com have vanished from my home files. (I have written about repeated instances of home intrusions, wanton vandalism of property and home systems, and theft of items ranging from personal memorabilia to electronic equipment such as an expensive and rare phongraph turntable cartridge.)
And now come the veiled threats to shut down VicLivingston.blogspot.com. Blogspot and Blogger.com are now owned and operated by Google, the internet behemoth. I believe it is both relevant and significant that I have yet to receive any remuneration whatsoever from advertising posted to this website. My recent attempts to access information and data on advertising revenues related to this site have been unsuccessful. As I have written many, many times, my web navigation is sabotaged in real-time and I am often denied access to information related to my web accounts. It also appears that data often is doctored, manipulated or outright fabricated by censorship regime operatives. And I have received no notices or communications related to this website via U.S. mail; it is painfully apparent that my snail mail also is subject to censorship, tampering and theft. Repeated complaints to the the U.S. Postal Service have come to naught, as have my multiple requests to local police for an investigation of the community "gangstalkers" who serially violate my civil rights.

The takedown of NowPublic.com and the disappearing of contributor content have harmed thousands of writers and authors around the world. I also believe sufficient grounds exist for a class action lawsuit against the Anschutz organization and its assigns.
I reside in the suburbs of Philadelphia, a city whose legal community has earned a reputation for dogged ferocity. It's very likely that Vic's "triangulation" scenario plays out as an extra feature of the corporate conspiracy's plan for world domination. Vic *really is* onto something. Methinks it could account for the heterodyned signals that are used to make monkey-puppets of the masses, on the streets of cities around the world. The corporato chimps can be turned into instant tools very easily by the methods Vic describes, but ONLY AFTER they've been located by other, more traditional technological means. This is why the corporate conspiracy is so hell-bent towards its goal to build surveillance tech into every single ediface. All the fancy stuff they like to use depends heavily on (relatively speaking) - low tech means of tracking people.
It's also very likely that satellites are being used for tracking purposes. It's been demonstrated that cell phones are easily tracked from space. It's very difficult to determine much more than that. Given the facts, though, it's pretty easy to project likely scenarios, for now and for the future. It will only get worse. What is surprising to many people is that the vast majority of satellites are owned by the corporates - and NOT the government! There is absolutely NO legal limit on what those corporates can do with space surveillance technology. That's part of the advantage of being the corporate conspiracy - they can throw their weight around as it they *really* were the government, and not be restricted by constitutional protections that would inhibit *real* government.
Patronize very small businesses. Typically, they do not have facial recognition scanners or RFID scanners at their entryways. They sometimes take your credit card info latently, and often don't use loyalty programs. Those are worries that you can avoid, and the little guys need your business more than the boxes.
You can empower yourselves. Many people give up, because they feel they have no reasonable paths to travel. So long as you do not give up in mind and spirit, you retain the important stuff.
For instance, let's take grocery shopping as a good example. If you don't have a stout stomach, change your habits so as to find other places to buy food. Currently, you probably shop at a big store, perhaps owned by a conglomerate, and are (potentially or even likely) subjecting yourself to invasive surveillance of your whereabouts. Seek out the little ethnic groceries - you know - the ones with sixteen parking spaces. A bonus for doing this is that they may not have RFID sensors on light poles to track the tags that (likely) are in your tires. This is another win for you!
"Not having automatic doors" is a criterion I sometimes arbitrarily use to decide what is a small store.
You may not know about alternative foods, but you may expand your culture knowledge and find something delicious at the same time if you try them. I frequent places that have Mediterranean foods. You may select one with Italian, or Polish. Who knows?
For goodness sake, don't take your cell phone with you (unless you think you'll be in a dangerous area, and want the 911). I haven't owned a cell phone for about 5 years, and haven't been killed by roaming madmen. Yet - you'll need to weigh those issues, before you make the decision. Just removing the batteries may not work.
If each "community" abuser is brought to full justice by God in eternity, the victims will never, ever stop praising the Almighty. It will be so fabulous for them to watch the initial amazement of each coward. Yes. Each can spend every second of eternity paying for these horrific crimes. Those who have been terrorized, tortured and deprived of every second of their lives with constant physical and psychological torture will be able to tune in and watch. They will be able to observe the sentence for half an hour or five hours or two minutes, every hundred years or two thousand years. When each abuser finds out that he will pay the full price, he may begin to scream in terror, agony and anguish. God has the full knowledge of everything that took place --every act of vicious cruelty, every vicious slanderous statement, shared by cowards. God can put the criminals to death and bring them back as often as he wishes.
What happened to the recent page? But, the pages are merely blank pages in a solitary confinement cell, where an innocent, law-abiding, peaceable person has been placed to die of horrific, slow torture.
All enablers do so, smugly believing that they will not find themselves in near identical social incarceration, shortly. This is the majority. They do not care that it is torture and they do not fear that they will be the next victims, since they did not fight to protect the civil rights of an innocent victim.
What crimes are committed against the prey? There is constant stalking and invasive, intrusive spying. There is constant trespassing. There is tampering with all property, vandalism and theft of all property, especially clothing. It is impossible for the victim to have a proper pair of shoes. Every pair will be vandalized and filled with dirt or chemicals that burn the skin. It will be impossible to purchase a proper pair of shoes. Quality shoes will be made unavailable by many, many means, each more devious than the last. All clothing will be replaced with altered clothing that is ugly, uncomfortable, shapeless and worn. All clothing will provide no protection from the weather.
A victim can be tortured with heating and cooling every second of every day. A victim can be remotely stung and burned.
It is futile attempting to list the unlimited tortured inflicted upon a victim. The list is too long and thinking about it is overwhelming.
There is no need to transport victims to a death camp and gas them to death. Those carrying out this method do not feel responsible and do not care about the level of cruelty. It has all the benefits of dragging a victim forcibly from him home, throwing him into a boxcar, transporting him to a death camp, working and starving him to death, torturing him and murdering him, as part of a genocide.
The victim is ostracized permanently, more than a leper would ever be. The victim is not a human being and will never be a human being. This has been established by the regime. It is permanent, as if the victim had been convicted of armed robbery and murdering fifteen people.
While completely isolated socially and prevented from ever having any relationship with any human being, the victim is subjected to constant, intrusive invasion --constant spying, stalking, invasion of personal space.

It's amusing to watch the little people, as they react to the Corporate's signaling, tracking, surveillance, and control system. You'd swear to God they'd been subsumed by one of those Japanese gimmick robots that you find behind hotel check-in desks in Japan. You know - the ones with the mouths that move pretty convincingly, but not quite in sync with the voice.
Being turned into one of those, is more than enough "punishment" for these folks. As the signaling/control system swallows more and more of them, it becomes an automatic built-in part of their phyche, and the life in them drains out. You can be thankful that you haven't allowed yourself to be converted to a robot/animal hybrid, held hostage to the beckoning of the Corporate's Global Control machine, as they all have :-)

Another thing that makes it easy for the little people to fall in with the Corporates, and their Global Plan for World Domination - is that they don't understand the dangerous impacts of the Corporate's tracking/stalking system. Most of them understand that their cell phones give away their locations, well enough to locate and position them for the dirty work of the Corporates who control them. That's about as far as they can see.
The little people cannot see any of the other things, like the myriad alternate ways they are tracked, monitored, watched and controlled like little ants in a glass ant farm. They do not appreciate the surveillance and its impact, which is a hammer on their freedom, squashing it forever. Yes. It is perfectly good that I have been sold for profit, so that my greedy and envious extended family members can have more. Yes, it is perfectly fine that over one million dollars of my earnings has been vandalized and destroyed by proxies in my home. Yes. That is fine. It is perfectly normal that I would be falsely accused of God only knows how many actions that I never carried out --all behind my back, so that I would have no recourse. There is nothing wrong with the sudden, suspicious deaths of my father, and my two brothers. There is no problem with the fact that my father's estate, which would have been considerable, simply disappeared. Susan Cogan wanted me to do writing. So, maybe she had a friend who would have taken credit for it. Ellen Warner suggested that if I had not already written a complete novel, I must be delusional to think that I would be capable of doing so. On the first occasion that I met Ellen, she had a male guest. She actually told me that he was "taken" and not available to me. I had never met her before and never spoken of my personal life. I had never said that I would be eager to have an intimate relationship with any man who I happen to meet. Later on, she told me that she wanted to give me the phone number of a man who was a cashier with some kind of mental illness. She thought that he would make a very suitable companion for me. Thanks!

The Corporate machine is enslaving the world with its surveillance apparatus. That is the foremost thing to understand. CORPORATIONS are doing it. When was the last time someone easily identified as government, harassed you or got into your face? Probably never. I've had very few problems with police (none, really) - and I don't think I've ever even met a Federal employee, unless you count the post office. On the other hand, how many times have you been harassed (in a "surveillance state" sort of way) - by the Corporates. I am sure, all of the time. Right! So, right now the math is pretty simple, isn't it? Very simple. Corporations of all ilks are pooling surveillance resources to harass, intimidate, and control the country, and to hurt or harm you.
The scientists, the writers, and the other people you've mentioned - are just as much the timid little toadies that the little people are, who are ever so afraid of stepping off of the toad path, lest the ToadMasters want to put their wrath upon them.
They cannot even speak what is on their minds. Otherwise, at least a few of them (other than just you and me) - would be here writing about the joys of stalking and oppressing others under the watchful eyes and power of the Toady Corporate Surveillance Regime. Where are they?

It reminds of of a scene in Criminal Minds, where a psychopath has locked a victim in a glass room, which is slowly filling with water. The victim is in terror, knowing that shortly she will drown. The psycho loves to watch that agony. I have experienced that kind of horror again and again. I would never have imagined that it was for Rosie, Louis and the Cabal.

UPS Drivers - all the time. Fed Ex drivers - all the time. They continuously spew slanderous lies from their Corporato Surveillance State fed mouths. How about anybody else? Have you had similar experiences from these kinds of companies?
I was walking past Starbucks in the afternoon. A man got out of a car, almost smashing me with the door, right in my face. It was quite shocking and would most certainly qualify as a violent incident. It is impossible that this man did not see me, before flinging open the car door in my face. I had to stop and breathe, because it was so frightening. I looked back at the car. There was a young woman in the car and she had a weird look on her face. I could swear that she was blaming me. She may have even reported me. After all, it is open season on me and the more malicious the lie, the more it is welcomed.
It is possible that the man was told to attempt to hit me and injure me with the car door. After that, I could be accused of being a danger to myself. After all, I was walking straight along the street. I should expect to be assaulted with a metal door. I should realize that I may have to dodge a door being thrust open violently, at me.
I do not know if I took down the license number.
I see U.P.S., Fed Ex and Postal vehicles often, but they never say anything improper or do anything harassing. I have had excellent service from them, in the past, so that is what I think of when I see them.
The regime may assume that if you look at "gangstalking" sites you must be anti regime. But, some of these sites are entertaining. The more extreme, the more absorbing. There is a clip of a woman chasing postal vehicles, raising her voice, telling drivers to stop following her. It is very humorous, even if you feel empathy for the woman.
Is Tina Sahay-- who had children with Chris Glover, trustee of TDSB --related to Amar Sahay at Harvard, researcher of brain function and mental illness? Or is it simply a coincidence that this researcher has the same name?
It could explain her extreme attitude of arrogance. People who are part of a network that enslaves innocent human subjects for research most certainly feel SUPERIOR to the captives.

I think that officer James Forcillo was attempting to protect law enforcement and the public when he shot Yatim. Yatim could have raced toward the officers and plunged the knife into a throat.
After firing three shots, officer Forcillo would have had no way of knowing that he had even seriously injured Yatim. Hence, additional shots. Three shots is very few shots. If Yatim had been injured only minimally and intended to attack the officers, he would have been a serious threat. It is extremely unfair to judge Officer Forcillo as if he had access to all the forensics and information after the fact. If the condition of Yatim was so obvious, why didn't any of his family or friends know of it? Is it merely A MISTAKE for a person to take a deadly weapon and go out into a public place to threaten innocent people? Who does this? Why should a fine police officer be judged as if he were a thug?

It is not attached, like a normal turkey drumstick. I have been forced to throw out package after package. I cannot eat this product. It causes extreme inflammation.

He must have been referring to the citizen stasi. Any prey on their list can be psychologically tortured by any method which the individual stasi would like to use.
Here is how it works:
The person who has been labelled is the prey. Any "member of society" who is not prey can make up any falsehood about the prey. They can object to everything that the prey is or does. They can put in a report about the prey any time they please. Any accusation by any stasi "member of society" is immediately accepted as gospel truth. This means that the prey is more and more at fault every second of every day.
You are better off if you are a brazen murderer, on trial for a crime of passion, than you are as a peaceable and law-abiding person doing nothing.
If somebody wants to have fun harming you, your society will be entirely in total agreement.

A female wearing a Tilley type of hat, wearing an orange sriped t-shirt with a stroller went up the street east of Bathurst. Orange was a popular colour, today. That very same female was at the corner of Dovercourt and College St. when I arrived there. A police car was stopped right in front of me, at the side of Starbucks, on Dovercourt. Another one, turned from College onto Dovercourt and drove south. Another one --an S.U.V. drove west on College, right in front of me.
Did someone put out an extreme notification at 1:50 am. Did the stroller female put out an extreme notification? There was a great deal of other activity for two hours.
The point is that your "society" is encouraged to abuse you in any way that they please and if you think that there is anything wrong with that, you are dangerous and need to be really abused a lot more.
It is too bad that you are so stupid. What happened to you? When you were five years old, you understood exactly what was going to happen to you, although you did not know the exact details of how the torture would be carried out.

I sat for a short time in a cafe, in the morning. Tony Pigott and Galati, the lawyer appeared there. After that, I was suddenly under highly intensified, abusive notifications. The change in notifications can only meant that completely evil, slanderous defamation was communicated, presumably by these proxies.
When I went for a short vacation in Cuba, some years ago, I was carefully guarding my camera, as I walked in the street, for no more than several minutes. When we reached the museum, a staff member asked if we would like her to take a photo. I reached for my camera and discovered that the case had been slashed open. Yet, I had been holding my camera and checking it, frequently. It was an inexpensive model.
I now know that my experience living in Toronto is no different from my short visit to Cuba. The criminals are more organized, more ruthless, evil and hidden. In Cuba, I did not worry that I must have done something to cause the attack on my property. I knew that thieves had tried to plunder me, for profit.
Yesterday, at 5:30 pm, when I thought that I heard a construction crew, it was a Green For Life truck. One truck in particular hangs around for hours and follows me, stopping or racing past and around the block. There is normally no garbage pick up at this late hour. They were simply enjoying the fact of carrying out sadistic abuse, stopped right outside my home. There is one license number that I have mentioned. I think that it is 1008 something.
I tried to put up a comment about a garbage truck, but it seems that the proxies who drive it are protected from any observation. The comment went to a separate site that reads: "It may take a moment for your comment to appear…" Such comments generally do not appear.
Whatever slander by criminals that was sent into "notifications" was believed. Therefore, dirt is thrown over all of my floors and chemicals are planted. Dirt is places under the cushions of my sofa. It is treated to cause liver damage, lung inflammation and malaise.
