The Anschutz operation that shut down NowPublic.com apparently has reneged on published promises by the previous owner that site content remained the property of its creators, promises that comport with intellectual property copyright laws of Canada and the United States. The owners of intellectual property taken down by the Anschultz organization no longer have access to their published work. In my case, digital copies of my articles disappeared from my computers -- the result of apparent sabotage by way of radio frequency weapon intrusion technology that can remotely cyberjack any electronic device, any computer, even if the device is not physically connected to the internet. Hard copy printouts of articles I published at NowPublic.com have vanished from my home files. (I have written about repeated instances of home intrusions, wanton vandalism of property and home systems, and theft of items ranging from personal memorabilia to electronic equipment such as an expensive and rare phongraph turntable cartridge.)
And now come the veiled threats to shut down VicLivingston.blogspot.com. Blogspot and Blogger.com are now owned and operated by Google, the internet behemoth. I believe it is both relevant and significant that I have yet to receive any remuneration whatsoever from advertising posted to this website. My recent attempts to access information and data on advertising revenues related to this site have been unsuccessful. As I have written many, many times, my web navigation is sabotaged in real-time and I am often denied access to information related to my web accounts. It also appears that data often is doctored, manipulated or outright fabricated by censorship regime operatives. And I have received no notices or communications related to this website via U.S. mail; it is painfully apparent that my snail mail also is subject to censorship, tampering and theft. Repeated complaints to the the U.S. Postal Service have come to naught, as have my multiple requests to local police for an investigation of the community "gangstalkers" who serially violate my civil rights.

Yes. I would have picked up an item or two at the store and gone home, yesterday at 8 am. However, the proxies wanted to show me how they can kick my face in, everywhere I go. Today, I tried to shop to get some proper nutrients, but it just did not work out. Loblaws Queen mall had a broken elevator. That means --Do not bother to enter. There was no staff at the fish counter for half an hour. Some staff were watching and obviously wanted me to be left to stand there. So, I left. However, I do not attribute this to the owners of the store.

I went to the Metro store at College, east of Ossington. I purchased a bag of clams. I had never bought clams before. The shells were huge and the cost was high. When I prepared the clams, there were tiny clams inside the big shells. They were not attached to the shells and there were no parts to attach them to the shells. There was no trace of anterior and posterior adductor muscles. There was no pallial line, where the soft tissues attach to the interior of the shell.
Staff may think that it is funny to cheat a customer. They may think it is amusing to make a person ill. Or, they may be even more brazen than that.

I would have liked to see Prince Harry when he was in Toronto, but i did not know that he was visiting, until afterward. I think that being present and hearing him speak would have an uplifting effect. I would not necessarily be bold enough to shake his hand. For some people, lithium dries out their eyes a few minutes(or 15) after ingesting. So, you know what? When I eat at home, I don't notice that my eyes are dry. But, just about any fast food restaurant I go to - YUP, it seems I get the dry eyes. What say? Does it sound like a theory? How about you?

I think that it would be likely that a person who does not know German is not a Nazi, but could be a victim, while a person who does know German could be a Nazi or a Nazi sympathizer.

Word of advice: If you're going to write fiction, write fiction. If you're going to write non-fiction, then do that. Don't mix the two. The Sinclair/Orwell/Huxley era is over. Everything is out in the open, so if it's non-fiction, then say it how it is, and no less, and no more. If it's fiction, then embellish all you want. Have fun.

You ever considered the existence of Chimera? Reading your quote, I was reminded me of a "person" I noticed one day, running like a dog. On all fours! Mostly, she was just lightly touching the ground every few feet, with her fingers, to keep her balance I guess. But quick she was! OMG, she was faster than my own dog! She kept going back and forth across the grassy area. She could turn on a dime. It was stunning. There was a time when I thought all the broken-english replies to forums such as this one were from foreign, non native english speakers. Then, I realized they're all products of the American school system.
In a recent opinion piece, Ed Snowden mentioned that within three years it will be possible to track all individual people around the globe, 24/7/365.
Bit of advice: they like to put the trackers into the batteries more often than they put them into the phones. The battery is an active tracker (since it has power, natch) - and the phone is only a passive tracker (RFID, short range) when it's without its battery. Food for thought, eh?

Now fact or fiction? The houses from 7 Rusholme Rd. have been illegally chopped in at the back and the lots have been illegally reduced in size, as a lane has been partly built in the back.
Again --fact or fiction? Two police officers on bicycles entered this illegally constructed lane way right in front of my eyes?
Also, parked on Dundas St. was "Four Seasons" truck with a dump truck part on the back and also the orange Val Green pick up truck.
Now, it would seem unlikely that the police would be active participants in illegal real estate racketeering, grand larceny of billions of dollars worth of property and likely many other felonies --right?

It's not supernatural, it's natural. It's the way humans have always been. It's just that now they have some tools that make them seem ... well ... supernatural. But, it only seems that way. Never let those kinds of thoughts take root in your head, cuz they're just regular old humans, albeit of the seriously easy to manipulate kind.
So, scanners are put above the entry doors of commercial establishments, and those scanners then can scan the RFID tags in your clothes and in your electronics devices. Even if the batteries are removed, those scanners can scan all RFID tags passively. It's all automatic. If your phone is "on" - then of course its geolocation data is fed up to the mamma machine, and collected there. If you're off in the woods, and you have your cell phone or laptop batteries with you, and they've been outfitted with active trackers, then those devices send info to the closest receiver (so long as it's within a few miles). It's all automatic. They like to put tracking devices in the batteries, since it's a permanent source of power, and the batteries are easily switched out for others (with trackers installed).
When you go to the grocery and use your loyalty card, you might be tagged, and that info could be sent up to the mamma machine. At such a point they know you are in that grocery store because its store number is associated with a location. Many stores are putting facial recognition scanners above their entry doors. These scanners identify faces with an accuracy of about seventy percent, by uploading your facial map points to central databases for comparison. Then, that data is shoveled over to the mamma machine. It's all automatic. The facial recognition, if it gets a "hit" on your facial map points, knows exactly where you are. So that location data is shoveled over to the mamma machine. It's automatic.
It's all collected automatically, so that a person can be found at any time of day or night, on any day of the year, within a few feet of their actual location. All this location data is tied to yet another database, which houses the special list that you are on. If there is a "hit" on the list in that database, then the system connects to a cell phone network distribution system, which identifies others who are located in your general vicinity. These people are instructed to harass you. They're just regular people, out of the 80 percent or so of the population who subscribe to this system. In other words, everybody, more or less.
There's no secret here, as about 80 percent of the population subscribes to this "special service" in order to get those "special alerts" that go out when someone (like youself, who is on the list) is in their area. Since those people who are given the alert, are close by you, it is convenient that those people (they're just regular folks) can be instructed to harass you.
Sometimes, they talk about the "eyes and ears" - meaning the eyes of the little people who subscribe (which is almost everybody) to the system. A big bunch of publicity is put out about the "eyes and ears", because they want people to believe that's how you're being tracked. But, it's not so. It's mainly the automatic stuff, all day long, that tracks you. Once in awhile, someone sees something, and presses a button on their cell phone. The button is on a page that details the alert, the one with your picture on it. If a person recognizes you, and sees that they are very close to you, they can press the button and it will associate their own location, from their own GPS, with you - since you're so close. This then, is shoveled up to the mamma machine. But, this "eyes and ears" stuff is chicken feed compared to the automatic tracking. It's all automatic, it's relentless, and yes ... seemingly ... sometimes, supernatural. But, don't you believe it. Ever.

Surely, my extended "family" did not hire Nick Stahl. Nick's brother, Richard Stahl, is a researcher with the Sick Children's Hospital. Surely, he is not involved in "social control" psychological torture research, which manipulates and harms unwitting victims.
Nick Stahl just happened to know Don Cullen, a retired C.B.C. professional. Nick told me that I should show to Don Cullen a short story I had written, called "The Developer." Don kept the story for a month, then "returned" it to me. He had nothing whatever to say, except --could he have a copy.

The reason you aren't addressed directly very often, is because come-along antagonists are sometimes sheepish about what they do. Making it impersonal is an old trick, from far gone days. It's what the Nazis required of their "proxies" - so they wouldn't feel so "sheepish" about things. That's why they used numbers instead of names.
Another thing I've noticed is that the most antagonizing posts come with date-time-stamps in the wee hours of the morning (2,3,4 o'clock). These are often in broken english, and very "proxyish." So, are those countries (where 3 o'clock translates to their 9AM) - very much involved in this business, or are they just naturally-born trolls? Interesting, in any case.
As far as the information goes, I've barely touched the top of the tuna tin. Ha, there's so much more! The earth is in a world of hurt (couldn't resist the pun there). According to Snowden, the time approaches quickly where there will indeed be "no place to run."
I have over the years heard of Italian mafia affiliated "targets" complaining about being "proxied" (They used to call this activity gangstalking, but that implies a gang. IMO - one of the worst things about all of this "proxy" stuff is how deceitful it is. People have been taught to lie, to be deceitful, disrespectful, and so on. Let me tell a story.
I bought a truck from a farmer. Straight out cash, with no prep. I paid him and drove off. I avoided the situation where the truck would be "bought" but not in my possession for a significant period of time, so as to avoid any "special" equipment being added. I drove the truck for a while, and noticed no evidence of tracking. In other words, I could drive to some arbitrary location, and pretty much be left alone. How nice it was!
Unfortunately, the truck needed a muffler. So, I went to a place to get the muffler fixed. They fixed it in a short time, and so I went to pay for the merchandise and labor. As I was shelling out my dough, my truck was driven off by one of the workers, with one other passenger taken along. "Wha?!" I exclaimed to the clerk/manager. "They're just checking it for noise, you know. It's Standard procedure" was his response. "Well, no problem," I thought, and waited. I waited forty five minutes for my truck to return!
I guess you can figure out what was the result of the episode? Yah, I know you can! Yup, yup, up, I wasn't "left alone" anymore when I drove that truck to any arbitrary destination. Kinda sucks to drive it now.

I'm glad you calmed down enough such that you can get the verbs into their correct places in sentences. Thank you, it's much easier to read now. OK, so a society which is set up the way you describe imprisons everyone, not just you. Take a look at what was written a few dozen messages upstream. Consider the statements made about scanners in commercial establishments, and so on. Those things are doing harm to everyone, really. They're "proxy" agnostic, and pick up everything. So take it easy - everybody's really in the same place as you. The trolls are just silly enough to repeat things, and I just think they're not very smart. But, you won't really help yourself with anger. Small case letters are normally just fine to make your point!

When a person named Brittany Hildebrandt was "living" nearby, many items of property disappeared from my home. I would sometimes note it in my journal and sometimes items would be returned, apparently because some entity had some rule book.
I had speculated that possibly Brittany had been released from some prison sentence for some crime, such as theft.
I had placed in a file on my desk every document required for my filing of income taxes. I thought that I would be able to do the filing early, but I was delayed. I opened the file just now. Almost all of the documents are missing and diverse papers have been stuffed into the file.
This is simply evidence of the kind of sadistic abuse by multiple, multiple "actors" which is entitled, even if not encouraged, by the "community secret policing" program.
Earlier, this year --months ago-- the reminder letter for me to obtain my yearly professional recertification may have been not delivered or stollen by a malicious "community" helper. I found out about the deadline at the last minute and was able to obtain my certification.
I did not receive a letter from my employer, as expected. Possibly that was also intercepted, or some disinformation went to them. They are required to provide a placement for me, but they have not done so and have not sent any explanation of this lapse.

I'm slightly OCD. So checking and rechecking comes ... ummh ... naturally to me. I snap picture of how I organize things, and keep the phone with me. So far, this method helps. Things don't just 'disappear' anymore.
I believe that possibly, Goncalves-- who wishes to extort my home-- has a relationship with Carla Raposo. Previously, the role occupied by Carla Raposo, or a similar one, was being carried out by a person with the surname Goncalves.
Through my profession, I encountered relatives of families that are involved in construction and real estate "projects." For example, Phyllis Costa came to me directly in my workplace, several years ago. Gayley da Silva, who used to call herself Gaylee da Silva came to me a number of years ago, in the same manner. I believe that a real estate "project," was planned long ago and that I had many other contacts. I had a contact through work, by the name of Melanie Raposo.
Is it a coincidence that this Carla Raposo happens to have the same name, or are they related directly and connected to a real estate scam?
Katharine Williams is very close to her younger brother, Louis Devor. He is a land developer, who may well have a part in a land development scheme, in my area.
Goncalves is at the building and has some tools in the entrance. He wishes to do some construction in the entrance. However, it appears that he is pretending to do some gardening. So, possibly his construction is illegal and he is waiting to do it, unobserved.
So, there was a Goncalves at the location where there is now a Carla Raposo. So, is this Raposo related to Melanie Raposo? Is this Raposo a contact for Goncalves? Is this Raposo in on a real estate/land development scheme? If so, is this Carla Raposo a representative for Goncalves, just as if Goncalves were in my private files?
Also, did Goncalves have anything to do with the fact that my renewal reminder for my professional organization did not arrive? He would be able to do this, physically. He might expect to never be exposed or to be able to lie convincingly, if exposed.
Did Goncalves have anything to do with my not receiving any placement in the mail from my employer? Did they send such a placement? Did he simply intercept it? After all, he would not expect to get caught.
Goncalves has easy access, physically, to all of my private files and papers.
Would he be capable of carrying out serious felony crimes, in hopes of becoming wealthy? Would he have any reason to fear that he could be exposed if he accessed my files?
Goncalves has been sneaking around the premises for an hour, waiting. But, now he is going for it and got some items out of his van, which he moved.
Meanwhile, there are two police cars, blocking the south corner of RR. They are positioned in an east west orientation, in front of RR, on Dundas St. Meanwhile, there are many land schemers present.
Last night, it sounded as if there were a number of demolitions going on at the south end of RR and on R Dr. at around 9:30 pm. Profit motive makes for recklessness.
I think that the license numbers of the police involved could be useful, just to know what witnesses there are.

My pet peave is the poor sent mail efficiency I get. I'd say ten percent of my mail is never received by the recipient. Some of those things are tax forms. Thankfully, in the cases where the forms weren't received, it was pretty easy to mail another copy. The tires in your car have RFID tags in them. Some commercial parking lighting systems have RDID scanner built onto the poles. These scanners can identify you by comparisons of RFID numbers, and send that information to the database ... automatically.
When you go to a WiFi hotspot, your location is identified by the access point MAC address. That information is sent to the database ... automatically.
Those corporations who conspire have your location data ALL OF THE TIME. Such information is really all that is needed to completely and absolutely control and SUBJUGATE you, ripping away the last vestiges of your freedom, forevermore!

The little people have always been led along, by whomever has staked a claim for authority over them - whether those claimants be good, bad, or anything in-between. The little people come from all walks of life - uneducated, PhD, poor and rich. What they have in common is their eternal manipulation.
As I've written, aside from the official names we give to things, the "real" government of any country, throughout history, has been its most powerful entity. In the U.S., few would argue that as a block, U.S. corporations are now more powerful than their government. I don't think it is a stretch of reality to say that they've usurped the ruling authority.
The collusion between the corporations, as they share massive amounts of surveillance data to track the population, is purposed to be a hedge against ever losing the authority they've taken, illegitimately. Rulers, forever afraid of the "mob of the masses" - have enabled a system to prompt the little ones to turn against themselves. The "commoners" do this as they participate in the surveillance state, as they enable their own enslavement. The corporate conspiracy could not make this happen with only the surveillance of a few selected persons. The population, in its entirety, must be be under the same dystopian umbrella. Never do Sofie's little people understand what it does to them. In Sofie's day, as in this day, the little ones are too unsophisticated to know, to understand, or to appreciate. They are the unwitting tools of the corporations.
The corporations are already given an easy road to dictatorship, as most of the constitution does not apply to them. They do as they will. And, as if that weren't enough, they have managed to pass laws that provide for themselves an immunity to prosecution for crimes. How much better for them, can it get? There is no more terrible thing than an all-powerful corporation. It has no soul, no conscience, and no accountability. Its charter is to obtain for itself, all that it can take. It's not what a sensible people want for their government.
I am not disagreeing with statements about corporations, the rulers or the masses. However, I would tend to keep my mouth shut, since I feel greater loyalty toward the rulers than toward anyone else. They are the ones who have favoured me and provided for me to a considerable extent, and would likely have continued to do so, if I had not been sabotaged by my extended "family." It was extremely confusing for me, especially through high school and university, to see doors opening wide for me and yet have the sense that my prospects were simultaneously being sabotaged.
It would be difficult to convey the calibre of my two brothers, who were multifaceted, brilliant, handsome and amazing people. To realize that most likely the cabal of my extended "family" cut them down in their prime is beyond any description. They did allow my father to become involved in investment and impress Bay Street. No doubt, they wished to obtain his earnings. They would have had no difficulty doing so, if that was their plan.
By birth, I should have been a beneficiary of Agenda 21 and the New World Order, just like almost every member of my extended "family." Sarah Devor's daughters may have been trafficked for use as experimental slaves in Stockton, California, for big profit.

I think that the dramatic writing which I did above is the best I have done, so far. I believe that I was able to channel how this victim feels. However, he has only been abused for a very short time, not since his birth.

After that, the government can carry out some population reduction by the most practical and efficient means, just as they did in Nazi Germany, only even better, because the cities will be used.

As I said, the situation is similar to the Stanford Prison experiment. However, it is not voluntary. It is not an experiment. It already exists in many third world countries, such as Red China and Russia.

Do thinking people really believe that if the Stanford Prison Experiment guards had smiled and used certain "friendly" expressions, while they were abusing the prisoners, it would have been perfectly fine? I doubt that you can find a single "community abuser" who truly believes this to be the case.
If "community" abusers were required to be listed as a high alert "case," to be subjected to stalking and every other means of abuse for two months, before being recruited, likely there would not be a single volunteer. If this were a recruitment basic, there would likely be many volunteers incarcerated for shooting rampages.
Will the "little people" be considered not accountable at all for any or all actions that cause extreme and irreparable suffering, injury and harm? Of course, we cannot know for certain. I would hope that each and every one of them will be held to account for each and every action.
They are already being held accountable, for their accountability is unto themselves, as they reap what they have sown. As the seeds they've planted are rotten, the harvest will be too. They cannot escape themselves, for their vitriolic projections are from the mirror reflected. What they do, they do unto themselves.
Now how exactly are the little people facing justice? They commit heinous crimes against their victims. Yet, they do not have their civil rights infringed. They are free. Their family, friends, acquaintances have not been told repeatedly and convinced that they are pedophiles, thieves, violent assailants. They are not shunned, demeaned, vilified. Their homes are secure. Their property is not stollen and vandalized multiple times in a day. Their food is not tampered with. Their clothing is not stollen and vandalized or altered to be ten sizes too large. Dirt is not thrown all through their homes. They are not gassed with pesticides or tormented with heat devices or cooling every second of the day or night. Those are merely several abuses that they are not subjected to.
So, we can see that they most certainly are being held accountable for their felonies --so numerous that they cannot possibly be tallied, even throughout a week.

In the U.S., are many millionaire slaves. The corporation controls their lives. It's entirely a matter of the mind, and the reality of their situation. Money does not make them free. Material comfort does not make them free. Plenty of black southern slaves were well treated, and some had material comfort. Those whose freedom had left their spirts and minds, were indeed slaves, material acruements notwithstanding. There were people with numbers tatooed on their arms, living in death camps, who were more free than some Amercians today.
As far as "social goodness" goes, I'd prefer not to hang out with Nazis. But, if that's your bag of tea ... you could be one of the little people.
