The Anschutz operation that shut down NowPublic.com apparently has reneged on published promises by the previous owner that site content remained the property of its creators, promises that comport with intellectual property copyright laws of Canada and the United States. The owners of intellectual property taken down by the Anschultz organization no longer have access to their published work. In my case, digital copies of my articles disappeared from my computers -- the result of apparent sabotage by way of radio frequency weapon intrusion technology that can remotely cyberjack any electronic device, any computer, even if the device is not physically connected to the internet. Hard copy printouts of articles I published at NowPublic.com have vanished from my home files. (I have written about repeated instances of home intrusions, wanton vandalism of property and home systems, and theft of items ranging from personal memorabilia to electronic equipment such as an expensive and rare phongraph turntable cartridge.)
And now come the veiled threats to shut down VicLivingston.blogspot.com. Blogspot and Blogger.com are now owned and operated by Google, the internet behemoth. I believe it is both relevant and significant that I have yet to receive any remuneration whatsoever from advertising posted to this website. My recent attempts to access information and data on advertising revenues related to this site have been unsuccessful. As I have written many, many times, my web navigation is sabotaged in real-time and I am often denied access to information related to my web accounts. It also appears that data often is doctored, manipulated or outright fabricated by censorship regime operatives. And I have received no notices or communications related to this website via U.S. mail; it is painfully apparent that my snail mail also is subject to censorship, tampering and theft. Repeated complaints to the the U.S. Postal Service have come to naught, as have my multiple requests to local police for an investigation of the community "gangstalkers" who serially violate my civil rights.

The takedown of NowPublic.com and the disappearing of contributor content have harmed thousands of writers and authors around the world. I also believe sufficient grounds exist for a class action lawsuit against the Anschutz organization and its assigns.
I reside in the suburbs of Philadelphia, a city whose legal community has earned a reputation for dogged ferocity. I am not an activist and I never have been. If I were an activist, I would have gone to New York city and to other major U.S. cities in 2012 and found ways of informing the public of certain facts.
Is it true that the military calls certain people "empowered individuals?" There could not be a better safeguard for the stability of the regime, than to have as many of these people as possible, influencing others to value the regime.
Just remember, to other throw the world regime that is now consolidating, a person must be able to bring another regime, which is a contender--ie powerful enough to rule--and is AS GOOD AS THIS REGIME. I do not believe that such a regime is in the wings. Because of this, I would protect the regime, if there were actually any threat to it.

At around noon, the victim walked along St. Anne's and down Dovercourt. A police car was parked on the street, BMLN 878. The victim could see that two police officers were waiting at the back driveway of the station, so that they could bicycle out in the victim's face. The victim turned around and returned home.
At 1:20 the victim walked along St.Anne's. At that exact time, a police car was in the lot, with an officer sitting in it. The license was BLDF 447. Police can get extra pay and so can fire fighters. Then, Zdravkovic, who is probably Serbian, could get KICKBACKS.

Ruhi Tuzlak was a Turkish SAFETY OFFICER WORKING FOR THE T.D.S.B. He initiated a friendship with the victim. This would make it possible for him to fabricate totally false, slanderous reports, to damage the victim's reputation, for profit. He could have ties to Goncalves and the local construction mob.
Kamal Ramez, the Egyptian-born principal of Dewson school could conceivably have a part in a real estate scam, right near the workplace. WHAT OTHER POSSIBLE MOTIVE WOULD HE HAVE FOR COLLUDING WITH THE PRESIDENT OF THE FEDERATION TO DEPRIVE THE VICTIM OF WORKPLACE RIGHTS?
Christine Triggs lived nearby and worked as a safety officer. She once made a comment to the victim, out of the blue, falsely accusing the victim and suggesting a fraudulent report that she could send. The victim was often denied use of the service or swarmed by hundreds of riders at quiet times of the day. The victim was stranded countless times because of very strange occurances on the T.T.C., which had never occurred before Triggs appeared.
Such POSSIBLE MISUSE OF T.T.C. AUTHORITY BY A SAFETY OFFICER WOULD HAVE MADE POSSIBLE MUCH ILLEGAL REAL ESTATE ACTIVITY IN THE VICTIM'S AREA.
Is it possible for a medical doctor specialist to find out information about possible police misuse of authority and materials?
There is a male, who was just at the corner store, as the victim returned for water. The victim turned around and went home, once again.
This male drives a car with the license plate "REC ERS." He is fairly tall, sold and bald. He may be a police "informant." By this, I mean that he may be a thug who assists the police, with activities that are not permitted. This REC ERS male, hangs around 56 Rusholme Rd., a house with the name "DECASTRO" on the outside front wall.
In 2012, certain events occurred. It would be difficult for a victim, who has been maliciously slandered to report these events. If they had been carried out by proxies of the police, it would be impossible to report them to the police.
I will not describe these events. This male, REC ERS appeared to be involved. Just now, at the store, he seemed to be sadistically anticipating causing distress to a vulnerable victim.
I believe that the police may have devices that can cause pain, from a distance, by electronic means. They can sting, burn and lacerate. I have read that these weapons are called "Directed energy weapons." I have no way of verifying what I have seen on the internet.
If this male, REC ERS was involved in an extensive ambush and torture of a woman, using multiple persons to burn and lacerate a female internal organ --how could he be held accountable?
His victim would have no way of finding out whether he works casually for the police. If such attacks on a victim can be carried out by the police or by their "informants," can a highly placed medical doctor obtain the related information, by inquiring of the most reputable members of the police force?
If this is possible --the actual events would astound any person. They rival any acts of cruelty that take place in Syrian or Egyptian prisons.
I am simply reflecting and wondering here. I would not consider approaching any person with these questions.

If similar devices have been used by proxies, posing as "tenants," in the building, will the victim ever have recourse? Or, is it possible that many fabrications by "safety officers" and others who commit felonies and misuse their powers --CAN CONTINUE TO PROTECT THE DEFAMERS?

A rental van was parked at 55 Rusholme Rd. A man who looks Serbian comes and goes from the back of this house. A female, possibly in her sixties lives there. I have had an impression that they are connected to Sergio Quibus, and that Sergio, who pretended to be a friend, is a police "informant" defamer.
This address just had a rental van parked in the driveway. AN 39122 Enterprise Cargo. If this male is part of a criminal attack upon me, which is posing as an "investigation," NOW WOULD BE THE TIME TO FIND OUT HIS NAME AND HIS IDENTITY, BY CONTACTING THE RENTAL COMPANY. He has been very careful to never be seen in a vehicle. However, he has stalked me very routinely, over at least the last six years.

This Serbian male, just drove off in this rental van, apparently moving out somebody's property in boxes.
The building is being rebuilt, reduced by at least a third of its original size--all done covertly.

Why were there police officers surveilling Queen St. at Ossington, from 9 am to 9:30? First two supervisor S.U.V.s parked there, then cars, parked there and passing, then two cars, barricading Ossington, then two police horses, motorcycles driving back and forth --a total of ten or more passes? Nothing is happening there. The labour day parade was going to pass, eventually. So?
Do they get double the pay for watching a victim of opportunity?
They had a police car with the markings hidden under grey RACE past, with SIRENS SCREAMING. It is fun for sadists to traumatize a prey of convenience.
Of course, heating a prey of convenience in the prey's "home," causing loss of electrolytes is also very amusing and fun for sadists.
Kicking in the face of a law-abiding, peaceable person is so much fun, as long as the entire gang joins in.

I was just having a quick coffee at Ossington and Queen.
No one is checking to find out whether the proxies of 57 St. Anne's are sending out slanderous notifications, in order to carry out real estate scams in the area.

Suppose that the following --or something similar-- occurred. A gang of "informants," with access to police equipment decided to target an innocent person. They stalked and ambushed this victim over a period of two weeks --literally day and night. They used remote police weapons to assault the person, causing bleeding, every five minutes. The victim was stalked and tried to run away, in multiple locations, all over the city. The victim utilized six rolls of paper towels, daily, to mop up the blood. The victim did not attempt to seek police or medical assistance, because the victim had been maliciously defamed.
Suppose that the proxy who drives a car with the license "REC ERS," had been involved and demonstrated a sadistic enjoyment in stalking the victim?
The victim just saw this proxy on Rusholme Rd., going to a white van, AN 34480.
It is possible that the gang who attacked the victim had access to police devices, or to devices that have no connection to the police.
Can any professional require that related information be brought forward by participants in such atrocity crimes?
When I say that the victim was assaulted every five minutes around the clock --I mean this, literally. These were violent crimes. If reputable professionals can attempt to find out the information, it is possible that justice can be brought for the victim.
There were three sets of two week at a time ambushes, as described. One occurred in the summer of 2012.
Were these attacks carried out in total secrecy? Or, did they get talked, or bragged about?
Is there one man, aware of what took place, courageous enough to leak information to the authorities?
Is it possible that Goncalves had a part in these violent crimes, either by defaming me, so that I would not be listened to, had I tried to report --or in some even more active way?
After all, he seems to have a strong motive.
Is it possible that proxies with connections to the military were able to obtain devices that can remotely injure? If so, do Michael Wolkensperg or Howard Mandell have such connections? It seems that they would possibly have motive.
If there are any men at all, who are not total cowards and thugs, it is possible that information can come forward.

Do they have links with REC ERS? Do they know anything about the two week attacks?

The writer did not say that each store is pleasantly laid out, elegant and full of a huge selection of quality items, beautifully presented. She mentions that the Westons are going to add antiques to their repertoire. She says that she misses Eatons.
Well, she missed her opportunity. If I were writing the article, I would mention other positive features that I love about their stores. I would mention how excited I would be if Galen Weston were to start a store to replace Eaton's. If any family can do this, the Westons can. They are already multi faceted. One of their best qualities is creativity.

There should be very serious consequences for certain types of defamation. Life-threatening defamation should be treated very carefully. Just as a person who slashes a victim to death, claiming self-defence, is expected to have evidence that this killing was not first degree murder, so a defamer should be required to demonstrate a strong basis.
At the moment, "safety" systems make it easy for gangsters to destroy the life of a worthy human being, and to do so with NO SCRUTINY, WHATEVER.

Right nearby, corporate crime is taking place. On Rusholme Rd., numbers 14, 16, 18 and 20 have been reduced in size, with the outer side walls obviously moved inward, i.e. rebuilt. Carpe Diem, which means "seize the day," or fly by night, would be more accurate, has a van out, there and is yet, again, pretending to resurface the driveway, which they ripped out, for no reason.
I think that if top law enforcement or military can earn $1 million dollars a year, so can highly skilled doctors, who save lives.
I do not see any police cars following me, passing in front and behind, followed by ambulances with sirens on and fire trucks. Possibly some of those $1 million a year, high level "security" professionals have figured out that a white female, who has been law-abiding her entire life, has never acted out violently, has two university degrees and poetry prizes, is a professional, is over the age of forty --MAY NOT BE A MENACE AND SERIOUS THREAT TO ALL OF SOCIETY.
However, they may simply think that they cannot sell this idea, until they think of a new angle of slander. Or, they may be satisfied that criminals are openly rebuilding houses with no permit, so they can use a different victim of opportunity, for the moment, to top up their pay.
However, "tenants" are attempting to cause suffering to the victim. The victim did some wash and it came out fresh-smelling. However, after it had been placed in the dryer, it had a foul odour. This is a trick which used to be played frequently, when a male proxy, named Luigi "lived" at the building.
One day someone may have poured down the sink in the victim's home, some chemicals. These chemicals were off gassing into the apartment, filling the apartment with thick smoke. The smoke filled the home for some nine days and the victim was forced to live elsewhere. Firemen were baffled as to the cause of the smoke, because no other apartment was affected.

Is this sort of activity encouraged as part of a police covert "investigation?" It appears to be standard.

Where are some decent highly payed law enforcement professionals who will say --An extreme travesty has been committed and this woman has a right to damages.
So, the victim is forced to redo and redo laundry, but the proxies can repeat the same crime any time they like. This second washing, some kleenex is in the drying load. I never use kleenex and there was none in the first drying load.

I used to never watch crime news, until the Jodi Arias trial. That was edifying in a number of ways. The prosecutor was brilliant and righteous, as were all law enforcement professionals. The criminal was dangerous and bold.

I had to launder one load two times and another load three times, to get out the junk that was sprayed in there. I just went to check the dryer. The load had been stopped, although it was running when I left it. By pressing the button, I was able to activate it, again.
I am going to attempt to bring justice. There are many North Americans who do not believe that a person should be criminally attacked by a mob, deprived of his health, property, reputation and everything else, by felony attacks and slander. There are laws and there will be some lawyers and judges who are not criminals.
If the new "behavioural safety" laws are applied in order to OBSTRUCT JUSTICE AND DEPRIVE A WORTHY CITIZEN OF HIS OR HER CIVIL RIGHTS, there will be recourse.
But, have doctors been told that if a principal of a school rapes an employee, he is permitted to get away with it, as long as the employee is defamed?
However, possibly the new rules were already in effect and possibly the principal of a school does have the right to rape a teacher. Possibly, the teacher is not permitted to say anything. Possibly, even if the victim says nothing about rape, the victim will still be attacked by the behavioural team. So, the victim would have to know all of this. Even so, the victim might be badly abused by many, many proxies.
A victim would have to accept it, just as the victims of the first holocaust had to accept that they were thrown into death camps and gassed to death.
I believe that a victim could adjust to such a reality. After all, if you were kidnapped and tortured by a serial killer, you would have to get used to trying to do anything and everything that the killer wished. Also, the torturer/murderer would still be able to murder you.
I thought back then that a woman would be protected against a rapist. However, now that I have seen this "behaviour" website, have to change my opinion. I would never dare to report a rape today, given this new information. Possibly, doctors have been advised that if a person has been raped, the person must be kept silent. I would not have expected this, but now it would fit with the website.
Anyway, I just realized the following:
If a teacher were raped by a principal, she should be extra subservient. The perpetrator might fear exposure and be unfair and harsh toward his victim. By getting away with it, he might feel entitled to do other acts of emotional violence. If he did feel guilt, this could make him irrationally angry toward the victim.
I wish that I had known about this site, decades ago. Would a principal ask an ed assistant to slander a victim of rape and report a violent incident, that never occurred?
If a principal is from a country, such as Egypt, there is a very different morality. It never occurred to me --HE IS THE BOSS. I SHOULD LEARN WHAT WOULD BE EXPECTED OF ME IN EGYPT. HE EXPECTS IT TO BE LIKE HIS NATIVE COUNTRY.
PERHAPS IF A WOMAN IS RAPED IN EGYPT, SHE IS IN BIG TROUBLE AND COULD BE STONED TO DEATH IF ANYONE FINDS OUT.
A T.T.C. bus raced west on College at Crawford, only ten seconds before I could get to it, number 8148. After that, there was a wait of at least forty minutes. It was highly unusual. No buses went either west or east, for most of the time. Many cabs passed and there were long stretches where no vehicles travelled in the lane going west.

Many cabs passed and they may have been from other parts of the city, not the area. Because I have experienced this kind of apparently deliberate delay many times, it does not seem to be some kind of coincidence. I may list some of the cab driver licenses. There may be an arrangement of kickbacks. Or, there may be "safety officers" in the T.T.C., who misuse their authority. Could my last entries have caused someone to be violently angry?

I saw Tia Sarkar in Metro. She "lives" near my street. Her sister, Mela attended my high school. I believe that they are from a medical research family and if I remember correctly, neurology and remote monitoring are specialties.
When my brother Robert died a sudden, suspicious death, Rosie said that she was speaking on the phone every day to a woman named Nancy Coulombe, from external affairs.

I see that there is a Kareen Coulombe, working with Sarkar at U. of Rhode Island, with Sarkar, at Brown University. They are engineering rat heart tissue for rats that are given heart attacks.
If a principal in Toronto raped a teacher, would he be able to somehow have a covert police investigation carried out against the victim for decades? I would have dismissed that as impossible. Now, it seems completely possible. Possibly this sort of thing would happen routinely in Egypt.
Also, we used to have a Board policy against racism. I always followed it. If any student made a racial slur against another student, the teacher was expected to take the student to the office, so that the principal could make it clear that this was an unacceptable way to behave. It happened fairly rarely. Peter Clarke carried out his role, consistently. However, when I took students to Kamal, he acted as if there was no such policy and no reason for me to bring a student down. Maybe in Egypt whites are favoured.
Maybe in Egypt the victim would be murdered by the mob, not investigated for imaginary crimes.
Or maybe if a principal is abusing a teacher, he will feel entitled to abuse her students, as well.
Oh yes. There is a reaction, called Stockhom syndrome. When a person has been victimized and traumatized, it does come into play. It is possible that the behaviour controllers would take Stockholm syndrome to mean that the victim had wanted to be abused and deserved it.
I think that Stockholm is manifested when the personality of a victim has been broken down and the person is in a state of abject submission and terror.
It is easy to see how truly heinous students on campus, wanting to get ahead, could defame a competitor and get rid of the person. It seems likely that once a person has been defamed, vilified and called a threat, that person will never again be treated decently. A victim might not know about these lists. He could be too innocent to believe that anyone would slander an innocent person. Unaware of the new system, he could react to being constantly "MONITORED" and MANIPULATED.
That would confirm the slander, to the IN PEOPLE ON THE ASSESSMENT TEAM. THE PERSON'S REPUTATION WOULD PROBABLY BE COMPLETELY RUINED FOR LIFE.
A victim of rape, if asked about the incident could easily go totally blank.
The "team" has a checklist and the target is checked off. That person is expendable. That person's life does not matter. That person is not even warned:
There is a team watching your every move. You are considered to be a danger to society. You had better be the most submissive person who ever lived. You will be treated as if you have committed armed robbery or murder for the rest of your life. No one will ever wish to associate with you. Everyone else is a "monitor," and not one person will find any aspect of you, acceptable--ever. The best thing to do is to accept that your fate is like that of an innocent person accused of serial murder. The only difference is that the serial murderer has vastly more rights than you do.
It is not a problem. If the state were to grab a person and throw him into solitary confinement, with no warning and tell him that he may never contact anyone and that it is a life sentence, some people might find this slightly unfair.
However, the language used helps greatly to make what is done seem acceptable. It is not --We are taking away all of this person's rights, isolating him from society forever and making sure that he will not have the life of a human being, ever, no matter what he does.
It is --We are protecting society and making everyone safer and we are helping this threatening, dangerous person.
When the target goes to "socialize," he is a pariah. He is a threat, a danger. HE IS LABELLED A DANGEROUS CRIMINAL, SO HEINOUS THAT HE MIGHT BOMB MASSES OF PEOPLE OR SHOOT UP A SHOPPING MALL.
IS IT REALLY NICER THAN BEING TOLD TO WEAR THE STAR OF DAVID, BEING ROUNDED UP, FORCIBLY REMOVED TO A DEATH CAMP AND GASSED TO DEATH.
I DO NOT THINK SO. I THINK THAT THE ORIGINAL METHOD WAS FAR MORE HUMANE.
It is simply a repeat of the holocaust with a different format. Everyone loves it, because most people are considered to be human beings and considered to have rights. Only the people who have been labelled are expendable. However, there is no guilt, because the means of disposal is much less visible--and it is shared among the majority. Psychological torture causes harm to every system of the body and destroys the health and life of the prey.
However, the doctrine is that if the victim feels distress, it PROVES that the victim is EXTREMELY dangerous.
There is very little evidence of the victim's suffering, because if he dares to show it, he will be finished off.
We must make sure that there is safety for everyone, except the victim.
So, is this who the proxy of 42 Rusholme Rd. is? A defamation attack is launched and it does not need to be true. Then, proxies have access to all of my computer materials and it must all be reviewed because a white woman, over 40 years of age, who has never acted violently, who has never broken the law, who has two university degrees and is in the top level of qualifications for her profession, is considered to be as dangerous as a serial killer, who has escaped from a maximum security prison.
I just attempted to look at a video, online. A proxy --possibly this female of 42 Rusholme Rd. repeatedly --some 50 times in a row, replaced the video I was selecting with a different one.

Is this a new police "investigation" in which the goal is to abuse the victim to the point where the victim raises one eyebrow? This felon has been blocking my use of my computer for forty minutes. You can understand why the majority would rather see $1 million a year go to a doctor, who saves lives, rather than a fraud, who destroys innocent lives.
I think that the guy, Luigi, got fired for doing things like putting junk in my laundry, putting chems in my sink. No other "tenant" or shill has ever forced me to view bits of videos jumping every five seconds. This shill seems incompetent and is likely going to be fired, swiftly.

When I went to a conversation club, I head a man asking "Where is the teacher?" He met me and seemed to immediately begin a friendship with me. By his actions, I later found out that he seemed to have an ulterior motive. He was a safety officer for the T.D.S.B. and could have fabricated any slander about me.
The victim walks up Dovercourt Rd. to the cafe. En route, there is loud rushing of "monitoring" traffic, racing up the street.

The Delaware male is at the cafe. Approximately five years ago, when suffering from mental anguish, the victim made a reference to suicide-- not homicide--by hanging up an object in her home. She went to a medical appointment with an oncologist and this Delaware male was on the street, looking upset. (The victim has seen him driving a BMW on Delaware. At 7:20 am an Ambulance drove past, AM62431.
Is the goal for the victim to feel demeaned, degraded and less than human and less than an animal? Is the goal to force the victim to commit suicide and then say how successful the safety monitoring has been?
Rapists win. Slanderers win. The fox needs protection from the chickens.
Is it possible that an Egyptian male, living in Canada, could have a network of criminal associates? Is it possible that he could commit crimes in Canada and not be exposed?
