The Anschutz operation that shut down NowPublic.com apparently has reneged on published promises by the previous owner that site content remained the property of its creators, promises that comport with intellectual property copyright laws of Canada and the United States. The owners of intellectual property taken down by the Anschultz organization no longer have access to their published work. In my case, digital copies of my articles disappeared from my computers -- the result of apparent sabotage by way of radio frequency weapon intrusion technology that can remotely cyberjack any electronic device, any computer, even if the device is not physically connected to the internet. Hard copy printouts of articles I published at NowPublic.com have vanished from my home files. (I have written about repeated instances of home intrusions, wanton vandalism of property and home systems, and theft of items ranging from personal memorabilia to electronic equipment such as an expensive and rare phongraph turntable cartridge.)
And now come the veiled threats to shut down VicLivingston.blogspot.com. Blogspot and Blogger.com are now owned and operated by Google, the internet behemoth. I believe it is both relevant and significant that I have yet to receive any remuneration whatsoever from advertising posted to this website. My recent attempts to access information and data on advertising revenues related to this site have been unsuccessful. As I have written many, many times, my web navigation is sabotaged in real-time and I am often denied access to information related to my web accounts. It also appears that data often is doctored, manipulated or outright fabricated by censorship regime operatives. And I have received no notices or communications related to this website via U.S. mail; it is painfully apparent that my snail mail also is subject to censorship, tampering and theft. Repeated complaints to the the U.S. Postal Service have come to naught, as have my multiple requests to local police for an investigation of the community "gangstalkers" who serially violate my civil rights.

This morning I noticed that a large limb many stories up was split in a jagged fashion that could have resulted from an electromagnetic radio frequency weapon hit. These sightings may suggest that there is a plan for a fire to occur. There have been some fires on Dundas, near the Cheese shop, 1414, recently. It seems to be a new method of getting away with construction with no permits.

I just bought a bunch of spinach at 3 pm. It was fresh and dry. I put it into a dray plastic bag and took it home. When I went to try some, the entire bunch was soaking wet. That is what I am doing --wasting my time trying to get healthy food.
Tonight I found that an unopened food item stored in our pantry had been methodically slit open at the top, causing the contents to go stale. Fact or fiction?
The organized criminal gang of (common bloodline) vicious thugs decided to have me fumigated at 3am in my home. As a result, I went out for several hours. When I returned I saw what looked like workers waiting to do illegal construction at College St. and Dovercourt Rd. They were in vans marked "Fusion Tech," AC 56602 and AC 90517.
There was no all night bus service on College St. Did Christine Triggs or some other T.T.C. proxy decide to deprive me of the service for which I had payed?
No home intruders, no food poisoning. But there's a lot of 'lying by omission'. Key pieces of information are withheld. A lot of damage can be done that way and I have to go over all the legalese again and again to spot the weak spots ... my lawyer doesn't have to do this. I do.
If I do manage to have some extra money or if I actually manage to save a small amount (just about impossible), I have to put it towards future 'problems' - and there will be problems - problems other people do not have to deal with.
And somewhere down the road, they manage to hit me with a whopper, a veritable storm of problems, and Heaven only knows if I can survive that. I can't think like a criminal. I can see some of it coming, but not all of it.
"Lying by omission' - they will claim they simply 'forgot' to add such and such an expression or a set of words. How can I prove it was NOT human error, but deliberate? I cannot.
The outcome, however, is always damage of some sort to me and my family. There is never an apology. No explanation offered. And this happens often. Many mistakes and the positive side of life is just not there.
TIs are "Untermenschen". I am not allowed to have talents or successes or happiness. I'm a kind of a slave, I get whipped every now and then and shown my place, but I can never thrive or at least have some peace.
Proxies may think that it is extremely clever to act thuggish. A thug comes up to a good citizen, asks the standard "Can I help you," for no reason. I advise proxies to think RESTITUTION. They can never undo the suffering and harm that they have caused over decades, committing felony after felony in gangs.
If they are so determined to trespass in my home, they are welcome to improve it. This may make a difference for them. You never know whether a law suit will come up.
I will not mind if my furniture is replaced with new furniture, my floors are restored with perfect, new ones. Floorboards and paint can be renewed. Items in my fridge can be replaced with top quality. Such actions will not undo the atrocities committed. However, they may work in the favour of those who have grossly violated my basic rights.
Of course, extreme slander and libel about me can be fixed. Fraudulent and false police reports can be removed. Any of my rights that have been badly infringed can be restored.

Why are my entries being bounced to a different page?
The extended blood "relatives" of the subject have sabotaged the program and maliciously attacked the subject's close family, all along. However, you would think that the elite would eventually realize this and prefer that the subject be rewarded in a more elegant manner. They could have arranged to provide lavishly for the subject, once they had utilized the subject for forty years. At 12:45, I waited for a bus on College St. There was a young male, around 35 years old, standing in front of a hotdog place, next to Free Times Cafe, using a cell phone. Is he part of a racketeering gang? Is it possible that they hold up the buses, so that illegal activity can go on, with no witness?
The westbound bus, BMLN 676 arrived after fifteen minutes, and did not stop at the stop, but had the riders run to catch it. Does the driver get a kickback for holding up the service? Two buses had passed eastbound in the same fifteen minutes.
The presence of a person will a cell phone at a stop, coinciding with no service has occurred too many times to count. If I pretend to walk away, the person will make a call and the bus will arrive suddenly. Coincidence?

It was fairly okay today but I had to be really aggressive. It was hot and although I usually make a point of putting on shorts before I go outside, today I decided I would just leave on the longish sleeveless top and have bare legs. A mini skirt so-to-speak. It was very strange. I was the only inhabitant, remaining. However, Goncalves was away in Portugal. This meant that he would have no income from the building. I wondered if possibly an accident was about to occur, providing Goncalves with insurance money and allowing laws to be bypassed. After I mentioned how strange it appeared, a new proxy "moved into" Apt. 2, with an Arizona license plate "rental van." Other "tenants" remained, to some extent.
Now, it appears that again, possibly every inhabitant is moving out. There has been construction on the two houses one street over in front and directly behind the building. So, is an accident about to occur?
It would not be difficult for me to prove that almost all my earnings over decades--SINCE I HAVE LIVED IN MY CURRENT HOME-- have been stollen from me. I think that there is clear evidence of this fact, based upon my standard of living, my earnings and the fact that I do not own at least eight hundred thousand dollars worth of property, which I would have easily amassed.
If my extended family were to assist me, it might be possible for the felons who have plundered me to make restitution. I think that my relatives are probably exceptionally brilliant at arranging such matters. In today's business matters, a certain pragmatism is necessary.
Naturally, serious damages would be only normal in the situation. This would make a major court case unnecessary and spare the felons prison time.
This is the kind of thing that racketeers do. I have an appointment in January. (Racketeers seem to always know when my appointments are scheduled. Is Carla Raposo related to Melanie Raposo? Melanie's family lived nearby and may have been involved in land schemes.)
I go out for my appointment. As I walk along St. Anne's St., a Roger's Cable van is parked there and a techie is standing outside the van. When I return, my Roger's Cable service has been shut down. It no longer functions. I did not phone and have them come and fix the service. There can very well be much more to this shut down.
I would like my service to be reinstated by the criminals who disconnected it. Again, my extended family may be able to assist me by communicating in a way that criminals would take very seriously.
To elaborate--I did not call Roger's and have them come to fix my service. There is likely some related scam that will be pulled on me if I do phone for service. I do not know exactly what it would be --nor do I wish to find out.
I would like the criminals who did this to fix it. Naturally, there should be compensation to me. Any other electronic property that they may have vandalized or tampered with should be replaced.
They shut down my T.V. service. I am still paying for it, of course.
The real writing part of characters cannot be done here, because it is unpublished. I do not write it down, at all. But, unfortunately, I forget much of it.
Nick Stahl once got me to show a complete short story, which I had written, to a retired C.B.C. professional, Don Cullen. I gave the manuscript to Don Cullen, in person, at a conversation club, that we both attended and allowed him to keep it, for weeks. When he returned it, he did not say much. He asked if he could have a copy.
Nick later told me about a feature film, called "One Hour Photo." When I viewed this film, it was clear that my ideas, from my short story had been taken and used as the foundation of this film. My story had been written and shared at least five years before the film every came out. I had written a story called "The Developer," about a man who became a photographer, while taking a year away from his university studies, after a break up with his girlfriend.
I had explained to Nick at length, that the original inspiration for the story was fear. I had had some photos prepared by a frightening man at a photo shop. I told Nick the details. Instead of writing a thriller, I transformed the ideas into a coming of age of an artist.
When Nick had told me to see the film, I sensed that he knew that the film was based on my original writing.
It is possible that behind the scenes, some "friends" like Nick, tried to arrange for me to be married to the painter William Ronald, so that their contacts would have access to my ideas. William Ronald did want us to have a romantic liaison and once proposed marriage to me.
Nick Stahl's brother happens to be a researcher at the Sick Children's Hospital. I found out about Terry Parker Jr. and his experience at the hospital a decade or more later.
I've noticed that the used car dealer next door has a tendency to pick a fight with me when no customers stop by to check out his clunkers. I never made the connection. He is home 24/7. Waiting and waiting.
But he is one member of a circle of stalkers who are in contact with each other. They take turns with the harassment.
I guess what I'm trying to say is if the used car dealer had a lot of work, perhaps he would not be gangstalking? Boredom and economics seem to play a part.
Generally, I am an admirer of Loblaws and frequent their stores. It is possible that some managers or employees carry out illegal activities against shoppers who are attempting to report real estate scams. Possibly, managers or employees attempt to drive such customers out of stores, by doing a number of inappropriate activities. I would assume that the owners know nothing of such corrupt activities and would be displeased, if they became aware.
As well, similar events occur in some Starbucks stores. For example, at Queen and Ossington, the cafe has been very dirty, lately. The windows all had a strange sheen, this morning, as if sprayed with industrial products. It may be unpleasant and even unhealthy to inhale such products.
Possibly, certain corrupt practices, which are more prevalent in other parts of the world, have been brought in, by some persons.
Employees of such reputable companies can fraudulently use "safety notifications" and carry out slander by other means. If they are personally involved in real estate crimes, they can gang up on and target an upright Canadian, causing much suffering --by doing their criminal harassment covertly.
Since I began mentioning--on this site-- what seemed to be T.T.C. rackets, service has not been withheld as frequently.
I am trying to not rock the boat. However, I do need to recuperate all of the earnings and property that were plundered from me. The racketeers have forced my hand, I am afraid. The last thing that I would otherwise concern myself with is law enforcement, as that is not my profession or area of expertise.
As well, I need to have compensation for injury to my good name, through slander and to my health, through many nefarious means. There is a legal term for this, which is not as soft. I have had to spend much time and effort checking up on real estate scams which do not interest me. I needed leverage to begin to get back what is rightfully mine.
Interestingly, many of the participants of the real estate scam may not even be Canadian citizens. Imagine, immigrants filing fraudulent safety notifications on a wholly peaceable and innocent Canadian professional. It is reprehensible.
Of course, I do care about what is going on.
The Entera Truck is at 48 St. Anne's Rd. and hydro poles are being moved and rewired, so that wires can run into trees. This way, big, healthy trees can be cut down, so that the real estate scam can continue. Property boundaries are being cut in with no authorization. Houses are being rebuilt into shacks. A slum is being created out of what was a very good neighbourhood.
The Entera truck is 8994XE. It has pylons from Durham. The truck was at 48 St. Anne's Rd. at 7 am and it just returned. Workers have been rewiring the houses for six hours, in order to make the wires run into trees, so that they can cut down the trees.
There was a huge traffic jam and many of the vehicles had the real estate scheme familiar license plates, of locations such as Erin Mills. A trip which should have taken around an hour, return, took at least two hours in transit time.
When I got home, Nicola Zdravkovic was moving out furniture. It is possible that the entire building is being moved out. Possibly, there will be an accident, as mentioned, above.
You went to Starbucks? I had such a craving today. I was stuck here all day, surrounded by dumb perps. :(

A TI life is a life of misery.
I have never done anything in my entire life that would in any way give any person-- who is not a thug-- any reason to stalk me or otherwise gang up on me and harass me. I deserve to have my civil rights, like any other person. I deserve to have the social standing which I earned by living as a person of integrity, a peaceable, law-abiding person, obtaining professional qualifications and then working with commitment and care.
For certain types of malicious slander and libel, the victim should have automatic access to a lawyer, just like a person accused of first degree murder. Being maliciously accused of heinous actions is no different from being accused of first degree murder. For an innocent person to be accused of wrongdoing, as if the person had committed first degree murder is HEINOUS. It is a form of group torture and slow murder.
Any person who has participated in malicious slander, libel, false reports should be brought to justice and should face serious penalties. Instead, such persons, who are essentially bringing torture and slow murder by a mob, are protected by that mob.
Every person who is not a criminal and a thug should say:
I will not be part of a mob stalking an innocent victim every second of every day and every night. To do so is to carry out torture and slow murder. I will not participate in such criminal actions.
Also, any person aware that such mob actions are occurring should render aid to the victim. Each citizen should seek a reputable pro bono lawyer to represent the victim. Any knowledge of EXTREME ACCUSATIONS SHOULD BE BROUGHT FORWARD. This should be a legal requirement. To not do so, is to watch a human being being attacked by a fiend with a lethal weapon, to see a victim lacerated, lying near death and simply shrug and walk away.
Malicious slander can be a death sentence. To be slandered and then beset by a mob is to be living in a SELECTIVE DEATH CAMP.
Why target a group of victims, seize their property, forcibly confine them in a death camp, torture them and gas them to deaht? You can accomplish the same objective by making heinous, false allegations about a person. You make up falsehoods, accusing the victim of anything that you please. The more false allegations, the better.
Do not tell the victim what he or she is accused of. Make sure that the victim is stalked every second of the day and night and subjected to humiliating and degrading treatment, AS MUCH AS PHYSICALLY POSSIBLE. Tell the mob assisting with this torture, that the victim deserves it. Tell them that the victim is an extreme danger to all of humanity and must be quarantined like a rabid dog. BUT IT WOULD NOT BE LEGAL TO KEEP A DOG ISOLATED. THAT WOULD BE CRUELTY AND THERE ARE SERIOUS PENALTIES FOR CRUELTY TO ANIMALS. OH, BUT THESE PROTECTIONS DO NOT EXTEND TO LABORATORY ANIMALS.
HAS THIS TREATMENT BEEN TESTED ON HEALTHY, HAPPY PEOPLE? LIKELY, IT WOULD LEAD TO FORCED SUICIDE AFTER SIX MONTHS TO ONE YEAR, FOR THE AVERAGE PERSON. THEN, THE MOB COULD BE ASSURED THAT THEY HAVE HELPED TO PROTECT SOCIETY. IF THE PERSON WAS SO UNBALANCED AS TO HARM HIMSELF, IT IS A GOOD THING THAT HE IS GONE.
This method is far better. It is covert. It does not require much effort by the state. The citizens do all the work. There is absolutely no recourse for the victim. What is best of all and absolutely hilarious to sadists, is that the victim is COMPLETELY SEGREGATED.
Unlike segregation of an entire race of people in the deep south of the U.S., this form of segregation is applied to a single individual. Only that one person is a SUBHUMAN SLAVE. Everyone else is a person of value, with civil rights.
Even the STANFORD PRISON EXPERIMENT DID NOT TAKE A SINGLE STUDENT AND CONFINE HIM, WHILE ALLOWING A DOZEN GUARDS TO TORMENT HIM. AND MOST CERTAINLY, THE STANFORD PRISON EXPERIMENT DID NOT CONFINE A SINGLE STUDENT AND HAVE HIM SUBJECTED TO MOB ABUSE BY EVERY PERSON IN HIS COUNTRY.
THE STASI DID DO THIS TO POLITICAL PRISONERS IN GERMANY. BUT, THESE POLITICAL PRISONERS HAD TO HAVE VIOLATED THE LAWS OR ATTACKED THE REGIME IN SOME WAY. DID THE STASI ATTACK A PERSON WHO WAS MERELY ATTEMPTING TO RECUPERATE HIS OWN PROPERTY FROM THIEVES?
Sadists will appreciate the underhanded nature of this treatment. Have mobs follow the victim everywhere, so that he or she is not alone for one second, day or night. If the victim mentions this horrific abuse, simply deny it. Do not ever mention the horrific accusations or innuendo.
This is how a person can be slowly tortured to death and it can be a lot of fun for the entire society. All those who are not slaves can have a very fun time torturing the slave, then hide behind the mob.
