As of Monday, April 27th, 2015, all of my attempts to post "active" Twitter (@scrivener50) links to my articles at VicLivingston.blogspot.com have been blocked and, according to an on-screen pop-up, "flagged as suspicious".
But that's not all... article links previously posted on Twitter now redirect to what looks like an official Twitter "safety warning":

POLICE REFUSAL TO PROBE SERIAL HATE CRIMES
The radio frequency weapon assaults have degraded and debilitated my health and well-being and have hideously mutilated and disfigured my body. I have been damaged in some of the worst ways that a man can be damaged. I cannot leave the house without being stalked, store-mobbed and cat-called. When I return home I often find signs of surreptitious entry and malicious vandalism of property and personal items like clothing. We have been victims of identity theft and financial fraud. The local police chief in Lower Makefield Township, Bucks County PA, where my family has resided for nearly 25 years, has given me lip service in two personal meetings, but no relief from persecution. His department either cannot or will not respond to complaints of hate crimes, home intrusions, financial sabotage, foul-tasting drinking water and apparent tainting of bottled water stored in our garage.
We have been slandered to neighbors as "troublemakers", in the words of one harassing neighbor, and we are serial targets of town watch vigilantes who parade by our house on foot and tailgate in cars, often waving maniacally.
It's been eleven years and counting of living hell, and I am not alone. Local police, operating under the apparent direction of regional "fusion centers" -- an extrajudicial Gestapo apparatus -- act as the virtual jailers of extrajudicially "targeted individuals" nationwide, persons who most often are persecuted for their beliefs, their activism, their ethnic and religious backgrounds, not because they pose a "threat" to the community.
America has transmogrified into a fascist police state lorded over by ideologues and haters; the dwindling number of "good guys" in law enforcement either go along with "the program" or find themselves, and their families, added to the control matrix targeting list.
So this is about much more than being censored on Twitter; this is about the descent of America into a genocidal fascist hell on earth for resolute citizens who refuse to surrender their God-given and constitutional rights to fascists and thugs.
America can still be saved. But only if its leaders and citizenry wake up to the real threat within -- ideologues and haters who make a mockery of the U.S. Constitution and traditional American values.

Worthless criminals have vandalized four or five tape recorders. I cannot record prayers, because of this and listen online. They then remotely interfere with my use of my computer.
Worthless criminals are trying to crony take over everything, so that they can worship perversion and evil.

However, most judges are probably the most reputable persons you could find, anywhere. Most police officers are probably highly conscientious.

There is an odour of gas at the victim's door and for several hours, the victim has had symptoms of sedation gassing. The victim went outside for a short walk and there were no symptoms, at all. If a reputable person were present with proper testing equipment, it would be possible to verify the above statement. There was a light on in Apt. 5B, when the victim went out. There is a rental white utility van at 39 Rusholme Rd. This suggests that possibly a proxy is afraid of being identified. (There are many vehicles at the frequently vacant homes on the street and many of them are shared by construction proxies.) Lights are on at 45 RR, 63 RR, 42 RR. Patrice Wolkensperg was in the street last night after around 7pm, drove up the street, returned on foot and went to 42 Rusholme Rd. There are lights on at 30 St. A's, 26 St. A's and 34 St. A's. The police station has lights on.
Apt. 2 just arrived.

Interestingly, for the moment, there do not seem to be other construction vans on the streets. EVEN 407 5WJ, WHICH IS ON THE STREET ALMOST EVERY NIGHT, IS NOT PRESENT ON RR OR ST. A'S.
The Carter rental van is AM 81183. I think that this same van, with the same license number has been at 39 RR before, so possibly, it is not really a rental van. Possibly, owners wish to give the appearance that they cannot be identified. There is a U Haul, with an Arizona license plate, which has appeared a number of times. An Arizona license plate truck moved in Apt. 2 and also recent "inhabitants" of 42 RR. The same license may have been used on different vehicles. Also, it seems that some licenses have altered numbers. Racketeers routinely break laws.
Earlier in the evening, I went out for a walk, after sponging the floors. When I returned, there was a caustic substance on the floors of a brownish, yellow colour, which caused burning of the lungs. I had to rewash the floors. Before that, dirt had been strewn all over my floors. "Fiction," until verified.
I did not have to prove that I am not a robot.
The odour of gas is stronger now. The symptoms are now like those of pesticide exposure: sudden intense facial sweating, which stops immediately, once the victim is not at the location.
I have seen a number of pesticide vehicles passing me. To those not familiar with how Mafia types of families function --this is the kind of thing they may do as a threat to a victim. They do murder innocent victims with no conscience. However, they may restrain themselves, if they could be exposed.
My uncle, Louis Devor is a land developer and he lives in Yorkdale, the locations, from which many vehicles are appearing. My cousin, Gerald Warner is a lawyer, in real estate. There was an S.U.V. recently on RR, with a phone number linked to real estate developers that do "vintage" exteriors. It is doing one such condo building right around the corner from my uncle, Gordon Winemaker. Both Gerald Warner and Gordon Winemaker are my father's relatives. Louis Devor is Rose Devor's younger brother. Do any of the above persons have an interest in carrying out a development project right in the "neighbourhood" where I am living? Is it possible to be born into a Mafia type of family, but to not realize that one is being preyed on by them, because one is kept away from all contact with them?

Construction is set up at 31 Rusholme Rd., with a black pick up truck, AC 32684. 30 Rusholme Rd. has the garage open, although no one lives there.

Symptom --extreme sedation. I went out, earlier, after I was hit with it and saw a white van being driven up to the corner. Just now, the symptom was repeated. I noticed a chemical odour outside my door and also right near the window of Apt.6B.

I have bought lobster at Metro and it is sealed on a tray and sealed inside, in a small plastic package. I had two small lobster tails, but NEITHER INNER PLASTIC BAG WAS SEALED. Both were obviously rotted and inedible.
Has the store changed its wrapping methods? Has it also packaged one rotted tail? Has it packaged a second rotted tail? Or it it simply three coincidences?
If I had eaten these tails and if they were lethal --could the products be forensically investigated--and possibly found to have been tampered with --ie replaced? If someone wore gloves while replacing them, could that fact be known? I could make use of this incident for "fiction."
I stepped out for not five minutes. When I returned, Goncalves was sitting in a Con Group van, near the building, AM68521. Is this yet another coincidence or is it stalking behaviour?
The van on St. Anne's 407 5WJ is always parked nearby, but was absent on Fri. night, Saturday and Sunday. But, now it is back AS USUAL, RIGHT ON ST. ANNE'S RD. CONSTRUCTION MAY WELL BE PLANNED FOR THE ENTIRE EVENING.
I was using my computer in the afternoon and the sound functioned normally. It has just been shut off, remotely, by criminal proxies.
There is quite a lot of shouting, in Apt. 5B from two females and a male proxy, who arrived, not long ago, in BWDT 979. Could there be any connection? (Just before they arrived, two or three different female proxies and a male proxy, wearing a cap, left Apt. 5B. There was a green S.U.V. with a pro military icon on the back, parked at the building for over an hour. After they left, it was gone, BPWW 894.)
There was no sign of the usual renovations during the weekend. However, a pick up truck was at 31 Rusholme Rd., earlier, at least twice. Patrice Wolkensperg just pulled up in BKYK 887 and went to 42 Rusholme Rd., via the driveway. The da Silva proxies are standing outside at 26 Rusholme Rd. The white construction van 407 5WJ is back, nearby.
At 31 Rusholme Rd., a black pick up truck, license AC 42684, is again present, likely, for dubious renovations.

An hour and a half of blood sugar crashes and malaise. Donnell's "friend"--same white car, as yesterday-- was coming and going outside and back in, several times, supposedly for a smoke. I notice an odour, something like industrial cleaning chemicals, right outside my door.
Outside of my window, there was an odour like ammonia. The more frequently a person is exposed to chemical toxins, the greater the impact.

SO, HE MUST GET PAYED --MAYBE $100 MORE OR MAYBE $200 OR MORE FOR MAKING UP A TOTAL LIE. HOWEVER, EVERYONE SEEMS VERY HAPPY WITH A SYSTEM THAT USES AN ENTIRE "COMMUNITY" TO TORTURE ME. A PITY THAT I DID NOT COMMIT SUICIDE WHEN I WAS FIVE YEARS OLD. IT WOULD HAVE BEEN HARD FOR A PROXY LIKE THIS TO ACCUSE ME FALSELY OF ANYTHING WHEN I WAS FIVE. THE ONES WHO DRAG CHILDREN AROUND, STALKING ME WITH CHILDREN MAY BE SO UNDERHANDED THAT THEY DO TERRIBLE CRIMES ON THESE CHILDREN. I TRY NOT TO LOOK AT THEM, WHEN THEY APPROACH ME FROM EVERY DIRECTION. USING CHILDREN IN THIS WAY IS DISGUSTING AND EVIL.
USING CHILDREN TO STALK A VICTIM IS SO DISGUSTING AND SORDID. IT IS QUITE POSSIBLE THAT ANY PROXY WHO WOULD DO SUCH A THING TO CHILDREN WOULD ALSO DO OTHER HORRIBLE ACTS. WATCHING CHILDREN BEING DRAGGED AROUND IN THIS WAY IS VERY DISTRESSING AND I TEND TO TURN MY HEAD AWAY. HOWEVER, THEY OFTEN APPROACH FROM MULTIPLE DIRECTIONS.
