As of Monday, April 27th, 2015, all of my attempts to post "active" Twitter (@scrivener50) links to my articles at VicLivingston.blogspot.com have been blocked and, according to an on-screen pop-up, "flagged as suspicious".
But that's not all... article links previously posted on Twitter now redirect to what looks like an official Twitter "safety warning":

POLICE REFUSAL TO PROBE SERIAL HATE CRIMES
The radio frequency weapon assaults have degraded and debilitated my health and well-being and have hideously mutilated and disfigured my body. I have been damaged in some of the worst ways that a man can be damaged. I cannot leave the house without being stalked, store-mobbed and cat-called. When I return home I often find signs of surreptitious entry and malicious vandalism of property and personal items like clothing. We have been victims of identity theft and financial fraud. The local police chief in Lower Makefield Township, Bucks County PA, where my family has resided for nearly 25 years, has given me lip service in two personal meetings, but no relief from persecution. His department either cannot or will not respond to complaints of hate crimes, home intrusions, financial sabotage, foul-tasting drinking water and apparent tainting of bottled water stored in our garage.
We have been slandered to neighbors as "troublemakers", in the words of one harassing neighbor, and we are serial targets of town watch vigilantes who parade by our house on foot and tailgate in cars, often waving maniacally.
It's been eleven years and counting of living hell, and I am not alone. Local police, operating under the apparent direction of regional "fusion centers" -- an extrajudicial Gestapo apparatus -- act as the virtual jailers of extrajudicially "targeted individuals" nationwide, persons who most often are persecuted for their beliefs, their activism, their ethnic and religious backgrounds, not because they pose a "threat" to the community.
America has transmogrified into a fascist police state lorded over by ideologues and haters; the dwindling number of "good guys" in law enforcement either go along with "the program" or find themselves, and their families, added to the control matrix targeting list.
So this is about much more than being censored on Twitter; this is about the descent of America into a genocidal fascist hell on earth for resolute citizens who refuse to surrender their God-given and constitutional rights to fascists and thugs.
America can still be saved. But only if its leaders and citizenry wake up to the real threat within -- ideologues and haters who make a mockery of the U.S. Constitution and traditional American values.

I have some beef, which is supposedly "grass fed and hormone free." It smells like dog food, as it cooks. This may be my last order from this company.
There are a lot of satellites, which look like stars, until they move. There is very huge income for defense contractors who are in on the secret. Now, to bring the above back to the level of normal discourse, out of "fiction," let me put it in context.
I do not seem to be able to digest new forms of food, that --whatever the labels say--appear to be GMO! It just makes me ill. So, I test a tiny bit and then throw it out, if it is harming me.
Mike Adams, the Health Ranger ran a story in 2012. An executive of Whole Foods said that the store does sell some unlabelled GMOs and it was caught on video. This store said that they had to do so, in order to compete. I do not hold that against them.
The food I ordered looks really good, but it is unlike any food that I am used to eating. I notice that there has been much more of this sort of food in stores. I do fear that it has been genetically modified and that the producers do not admit this on the labels. There was an article, which said that much fish is being mislabelled and poor quality is being passed off as good.
(The stewing beef, which smelled like dogfood turned out to be not bad.)
So, I hope that there is a way that my "personal shopping consultants" can help me to order food that I can actually consume.
I may recommend this company on Facebook, if I continue to order from them and find a way to obtain food that I can consume, without symptoms.
Perhaps there is actually the beginnings of oversight and some effort to stop spending lavishly on a fake "investigation" that targets a meek, law-abiding person for a lifetime. It seems that there has been a sudden, drastic cut back of vehicle and foot stalking of the victim of opportunity. This suggests that it was all being subsidized out of the bloated police budget. No doubt, there is also a fat defence budget paying some special cronies. I went to Metro. I did not see the hundreds of proxies through the streets.
It is possible that there have been bribes at the top city level. Maybe, after the real estate racketeers saw that the mayor is friendly with Rogers, they thought that they could also have a special relationship and get benefits. The entire "neighbourhood" has been redeveloped illegally, in the last ten to twenty years --incrementally. It appears that inspectors are either payed off, or threatened. The lots have been cut back to 1/4 their size, as have the houses. Streets are being physically moved west and south. The big projects are a look-out and cover. There have been no zoning or construction permits for most of it.
The construction crew arrived and parked in front of my home. If i leave, they can enter my home and do construction to degrade my home and make the space tighter. They are BELW 377, Clarington. Any person, who may genuinely wish for such a matter to be seriously investigated and prosecuted, must exercise caution. There is a shut down gas station at Rusholme Rd. and Dundas St. It had a very large lot. However, this lot has been chopped back and now is almost entirely removed. A truck came to remove the portable blue metal fencing, with two workers. I was watching them pack up the fencing. Then this grey jeep-like, new condition S.U.V. drove up, BWTT 445. The reason that I suspect that he is hiding behind law enforcement, is that for no reason at all, he pulled out a camera and began filming me, got out of the vehicle and stalked me, got back into the vehicle and stalked me, filming me, as I was simply entering the store at the corner, after pausing briefly to watch the fence being removed.
What he was doing was obvious criminal harassment. Did any one of the many civilian spies attempt to assist me in any way? Was he reported? No. A heavy notification went out, accusing me of anything this thug fabricated.

I would think that a proxy would not do obviously threatening and illegal behaviour, unless he is confident that he cannot possibly be held accountable. No doubt, she has "friends" who make sure that she is in the appropriate state, if she should begin asking what happened to Manning Williams' estate and his final will and testament.
I thought about what I had observed and applied it to the events surrounding the death of Robert Williams. Rohan Jayasekera had invited Robert for dinner. Someone did not want me to visit him in California. A somewhat similar process seemed to have been utilized. When Robert was in the city for dinner, he appeared to have been drugged. It seems possible that the dinner had been arranged, so that I would not wish to follow through with plans to visit Robert in California. Why would anyone have wished to prevent this visit? Robert would have told me --Dad is a multimillionaire. You do not need to stay at Dewson and put up with abuse.
The victim has an uncle, named Fred Kroft. He is a psychiatrist and teaches at U. of T. The victim never once met him. Is it possible that Fred Marshman, who lived nearby and had contact with the victim in the victim's workplace, over a decade ago, is actually Fred Kroft? This would not surprise me, at all.

My tape recorder is being jammed. I have replaced many tape recorders, because proxies vandalize or steal them. Why is it being jammed, so that it does not work? My T.V. was disabled about a month ago, while I was out at a meeting.
My computer was just disabled, yet again. It demonstrates that criminals can hide behind law enforcement and use it to commit egregious crimes. Also, it tells us that our society has shifted to a Soviet Union type of society, where slander is all that is needed to destroy an innocent victim.
I cannot relate the fact that over the last six years, at least, my home was invaded daily. Every one of my floors was scratched up, a small area at a time, in a very obvious way. All of my property was systematically vandalized, replaced with shoddy garbage or stollen, outright.
My "friend" Mary Vrabel, who lives in Cadbury Court, in Scarborough, showed me how she was investing in high quality wooden furniture. I knew that I could not invest in anything. Anything which I purchased would be vandalized or stollen by proxies. This is "FICTION," until confirmed.
Did Mary make a lot of money, observing and manipulating me, in illegal "research?" How was Saleem Akhtar installed as a manager at University College dining hall? Before he worked there, there was a supervisor named Miss McPherson. Saleem Akhtar was "friends" with Mary Vrabel and introduced her to me. I am certain that this was a highly planned event.
Of course, the way that Caroline Williams would be drugged, would be very covert. She would meet a nice new "friend" and this proxy would see to it. Naturally, with the kind of wealth that extended family members have, this would be trivial to arrange.
If you can't see something, then it does not exist. That must be the interpretation of the MKULTRA researchers. They would remotely torture me with earaches, when I was 7 years old. Yet, they did not observe my agony. They did not hear me screaming or see my flailing, weeping, begging for help, for painkillers. I just sat there, stoically. I knew how weird it was that only I was experiencing this complete horror. The researchers did not see a thing. Therefore, it was not happening.

I do not see how Officer Forcillo can be charged with attempted murder, because Sammy Yatim was already dead, when the second set of shots were fired. I think that he should not have fired the second volley. The first three shots were justified. If Yatim had not been killed and had been killed in the second round, then attempted murder would be a possible charge. I do think that the case drew attention to the need for counselling, if an officer seems to possibly overreact in charged situations.
Legally, does it really make sense, to charge a person with attempted murder, in a situation where murder is not possible --ie the shooting of a dead man? I think that Officer Forcillo has suffered greatly. The situation was unfortunate. The toll that he must already have suffered seems excessive.
Correction, Sammy Yatim was about to die. The situation was caused by irresponsible actions by Yatim.
The latest trick --I step outside. A proxy from the construction at 31 Rusholme Rd. immediately rushes to a location closer to my home and waits--for me to walk toward the corner.
A number of years ago, Mary had me stay at her home for a week, supposedly to housesit, while she was in B.C., looking at real estate. It is clear, in retrospect, that the objective could have been highly immoral: to get me away from my home, so that illegal renovations could be done, to observe me for medical research --or even other immoral objectives. I had been badly defamed and wished to build up positive references --although I did not need them, immediately. I would have been better off at home, recuperating. But, I was too work-minded for that.
Now that I remembered the shameless tricks played by Phyllis Costa, I wonder what Mary was up to.
There was no reason for me to go to Mary's house. It would have been about helping her. But, also, I thought that it could be a reference, in some way. She was entrusting me with her home, her daughter and her pet for a week. I did not know exactly how it could be helpful for me in my workplace. But, I thought that it was the kind of thing that I needed to do, to counteract the most savagely vicious defamation and vilification, imaginable.
But, as I consider it, now, it was likely a shameless ruse, of some sort. After all, Mary's neighbours could always have looked in on the house and pets. Her daughter could have called on them, if she had a problem. So, I would have been better off staying home. Beth, if an employee is being viciously defamed in the workplace, for reasons that might go right over your head, what recourse would that victim have? There was a man named Nicolas Rathe. His name is French and has accent aigu on the final "e." There was a woman named Heather Glerum.
This Nicholas Rathe played a hypochondriac and I played his wife. Heather Glerum played his daughter and sang in the performance. She was a student of Louis Marshall, the famous soprano, at the time.
I could not help wondering about the fates of the other performers. It seemed to me that the play could have been almost a sick joke --an MKULTRA joke. It is possible that all of us may have been part of "social control" experimentation. Did Rosie and the extended family succeed in defaming me to the regime, so that they would wish to DISPOSE of me?
It is possible that all of the performers were going to be slowly and painfully tortured to death.
I accidentally visited a clinic, with a bad flu, some years ago. The place was very strange. It had on the walls all manner of rules for patients. No normal patient would need to be told such basic rules. When I saw the doctor, he told me that he recognized me. I did not know who he was. It turned out to be Nicholas Rathe. He was very helpful, treating me with antibiotics. He told me that he was going to practise in California.
A number of years later, I found out, on the internet, that he had many misfortunes. I believe that he was set up in many completely criminal ways. I had seen phone numbers and addresses for him in Windsor. Last night, I saw an address and phone number for him in a small town, called Belle River --190 Chisholme St. 519 728-4497.
For some reason, on impulse, I phoned the number. I reached an answering machine message, which asked me to phone back.
After that, I tried to phone, later. The number had been disconnected by the telephone company.
I wanted to tell him that possibly his misfortunes were part of an MKULTRA program. I had seen Heather Glerum. Her musical career had gone nowhere. She was suffering from depression and working at a Metro store, as a cashier. That is why it seemed possible that the play was some kind of "social control" experimental manipulation.
However, Heather Glerum is suddenly a librarian at U.ofT. in Scarborough. So, she would have had to obtain qualifications in the last eight years, in order to be doing this career. It seems very strange, unless the whole thing is some kind of manipulation.
There is a Christian Collet at Universite Claude Bernard, Lyon 1, FRANCE. He is a full professor of NEUROSCIENCE. HE JUST HAPPENS TO HAVE THE SAME NAME AS PAULETTE COLLET AND TO BE IN FRANCE.

That is my conjecture. There are many, many others. They are manipulating and destroying me, but they are also playing games with society.

Yet, I cannot imagine who they fear will find out about their criminal medical experimentation, real estate crimes and other racketeering.

If the police have little oversight, they can hire a huge number of proxies, who are disreputable and have no qualifications of any kind. They can hire disreputable proxies who have some qualifications. They can categorize these proxies as "informants." This can mean that these proxies are used to pretend to be friends with people who are normal, reputable, decent, productive members of society. They can completely destroy the reputation of any such victim, by simply slandering the person behind his or her back.
Imagine a person, whose extended family is wealthy, has powerful political, military and medical connections. Suppose that they are so utterly disreputable that they decide to traffic the children of certain members, to be utilized for medical research into methods of "social control, " such as techniques of persuasion or psychological abuse, drugging, microwaving (which the Soviets introduced int the 50s) and other means. They would need only a small number of corrupt police officers to take part, from the birth of their research slave. They could then infiltrate their victim with "friends." These informants could fabricate virtually any slander or libel that they pleased. By degrees, their research subject could be vilified and isolated. If the reprehensible criminals behind such crimes were unable to fully smear and destroy their victim, they might begin to fear exposure.

I think that there was a story told about how forceps had had to be used in the delivery. Perhaps, surgery was done to my brother's brain and the forceps story was made up, to explain away incision marks. Also, my brother was enrolled in a program at High Park Forest School, supposedly because he was underweight at around age eight or nine. I believe that students lived at the school.
The lights are on at 48 St. Anne's. I think that this only occurs when there is a special operation under way. Perhaps, that explains why there are so many police cars out. Also, the female proxy of 65 Rusholme Rd. is in the house, after an absence of weeks or more.

It seems that again, there are efforts to cut police spending. Instead of hundreds of proxies stalking me, when I went to the corner, it was a small number--on foot, mostly, so that license numbers cannot be traced. The police station appears inactive. However, there may have been two proxies inside. They may not have been officers. They were not wearing police uniforms.
There have always been many cars, parked in the streets. I have seen proxies routinely get out of one car and into another. There can be twenty to fifty cars parked on a street block and left there, continuously for months or years.
Slander files, possibly called "community files" are kept on hand for victims, in order that every one of their civil rights can be criminally violated. Victims cannot communicate with any member of society. Their phone is redirected; their email is disabled. They are hacked by law enforcement, so that they cannot obtain a new email. Consequently, they have no legal recourse. They can only contact corrupt lawyers or officials. If by some chance, they do reach a reputable person, this person will be contacted by corrupt law enforcement or other proxies and told many falsehoods about the victim.
If an investigation were started, proxies would fail. They would be over-rehearsed and have memorized answers, or they would have many inconsistencies and outright lies in their answers.
My brother, Michael Cedric was featured in a C.B.C. special. I believe that it was not an accident that he met and impressed the producer. It was likely done to "prove" that he had a medical condition, which he did not ever have.
Another interesting fact is that my brother, Robert Darryl had surgery shortly after he was born. Supposedly, there was something wrong with his esophagus. In retrospect, it seems likely that the surgery could have been of a completely different nature--more akin to that which Terry Parker Jr. endured and posted online.
My father said --after this second brother had a sudden, suspicious death --that at the exact moment of my brother's death, he experienced a sharp pain in his head, as if he had been hit with an axe. Could that have been caused by "synthetic telepathy?" Could my father have been connected electronically with my brother? I have read online that this sort of technical feat is very old technology, although it is kept hidden away from the public.
The C.B.C. series my brother was in was called "witness" and it featured a doctor, called Kip and a man from Whitby, who liked to run.

It would be a very good idea for the lower level criminals, to begin telling the truth, before they are convicted for much more serious collusion.

When I was eight or nine, I was taken to an orthodontist. This is strange, because my teeth were perfect and I had never had a single cavity. This orthodontist supposedly said that I should have three baby teeth removed, so that my adult teeth would grow in properly. Was this removal of my teeth done at my dentists--with local anaesthetic? No. I was taken to a hospital, probably on University Ave., by Rosie. She took me from the west end of Toronto -- Mississauga or Etobicoke --by PUBLIC TRANSIT AND RETURNED ME THE SAME WAY. I was given general anaesthetic in the hospital and I remember it well. A black mask was placed over my nose and mouth and the gas smelled bad. Because I quickly became tipsy, I cheerfully told the doctor that I would breathe through my mouth, because I did not like the smell. For me to make any comment, unless in response to a question was completely out of character for me.
So, for some reason, I was operated on in a hospital --possibly Sick Children's Hospital. The story about my teeth makes no sense. Furthermore, dental surgery would likely not be carried out in a general hospital.
Snow removal is generally not being done on Rusholme Rd. from Dundas up to College. Likely, there is no snow removal being done on Dovercourt, St. Anne's Rd., Coolmine, or any local streets. The streets are vacant, except for a skeleton crew of proxies.
Apt. 5B is present, playing music. Usually, these proxies come at noon for an hour, at 6pm for an hour or two, then in the middle of the night.

Is it possible that the police budget was being used to pay renovation crews? The crews have been drastically reducing the dimensions of houses and the area of lots, over fifteen to twenty five years. Could these crews have been payed as "informants?" If there was no oversight, it would have been possible. They could have done real estate racketeering, for profit, human nonconsensual medical research and also been payed handsomely for surveilling a righteous person, who they had criminally defamed.
