As of Monday, April 27th, 2015, all of my attempts to post "active" Twitter (@scrivener50) links to my articles at VicLivingston.blogspot.com have been blocked and, according to an on-screen pop-up, "flagged as suspicious".
But that's not all... article links previously posted on Twitter now redirect to what looks like an official Twitter "safety warning":

POLICE REFUSAL TO PROBE SERIAL HATE CRIMES
The radio frequency weapon assaults have degraded and debilitated my health and well-being and have hideously mutilated and disfigured my body. I have been damaged in some of the worst ways that a man can be damaged. I cannot leave the house without being stalked, store-mobbed and cat-called. When I return home I often find signs of surreptitious entry and malicious vandalism of property and personal items like clothing. We have been victims of identity theft and financial fraud. The local police chief in Lower Makefield Township, Bucks County PA, where my family has resided for nearly 25 years, has given me lip service in two personal meetings, but no relief from persecution. His department either cannot or will not respond to complaints of hate crimes, home intrusions, financial sabotage, foul-tasting drinking water and apparent tainting of bottled water stored in our garage.
We have been slandered to neighbors as "troublemakers", in the words of one harassing neighbor, and we are serial targets of town watch vigilantes who parade by our house on foot and tailgate in cars, often waving maniacally.
It's been eleven years and counting of living hell, and I am not alone. Local police, operating under the apparent direction of regional "fusion centers" -- an extrajudicial Gestapo apparatus -- act as the virtual jailers of extrajudicially "targeted individuals" nationwide, persons who most often are persecuted for their beliefs, their activism, their ethnic and religious backgrounds, not because they pose a "threat" to the community.
America has transmogrified into a fascist police state lorded over by ideologues and haters; the dwindling number of "good guys" in law enforcement either go along with "the program" or find themselves, and their families, added to the control matrix targeting list.
So this is about much more than being censored on Twitter; this is about the descent of America into a genocidal fascist hell on earth for resolute citizens who refuse to surrender their God-given and constitutional rights to fascists and thugs.

Yes, I remember when it started in the grocery stores. I couldn't believe what was happening. It's gotten kind of sluggish in that I've become quite the performer. But it is still ... hurtful? evil? with the intention to intimidate me and make me feel insecure. One example. They wish every other customer a happy weekend, except me. And they do so in a loud voice, on purpose, as soon as I go anywhere near the check-out lanes.
It was even in church. Someone would sit behind me and sing the hymns in a loud, booming voice. Even in church, they mock God. I don't think they believe in anything. They are lost souls.

I tried to do some DRAMATIC WRITING, as you see, above. I did not bother with crime fiction. However, I think that I did not have the energy to write anything interesting. It is very mundane, although, I can see how I could develop it, by just adding more and more such mundane elements, with zany reactions. This is too tiring. Maybe I can do some colouring.
Of course, I could write the more positive comments. For example, the couple at the north east corner at College always ring in items very carefully. They generally do not make any mistakes. The woman wears a pretty fusia jacket, of a down type. The man has a good sense of humour. They are very pleasant. I see that they have written the number of the building on the door. I did not check what it is.
You will find that writing pleasant comments can get mundane. It is not easy to convey the experience of encountering people. A picture can be edifying, but even that can only hint at a person.

I tried to shop for supplements. However, fraudulent notifications seem to have gone out. There is a particular Noah's where I usually shop. I went to a different one. At first, staff seemed pleasant. However, after I bought some items and left, I found my shopping list and went back to get several other items. There was a change. To others, it could seem subtle.

Normally, I can only see Vic Livingston comments from July. I post fairly long comments, but I am honestly reacting to vicious attacks on me. I do not know how they could seem to be directed against Vic, unless agents are playing some kind of sick game. I was posting on Now Fact, but they made it impossible.
A health professional cut a shape into my arm when I was two years old. When I was five years old, I realized that the scar was in the shape of a swastika. I had a very bizarre, deprived and isolated childhood. I was then moved to a fairly affluent neighbourhood. My brothers and I were under covert attacks. Both of my brothers had premature, suspicious deaths, as did my father. When the attacks became overt, I began to remember the swastika. I was directed to internet sites, probably by agents. I saw a site by Terry Parker Jr., who had brain tissue surgically removed, and MKULTRA implants put in, without consent by his mother. He mentioned the Toronto Sick Children's Hospital. This gave me a big clue. I had been in contact with a number of handlers, who happened to be researchers at the Sick Children's Hospital. As well, I became friends with a Mossad agent, Izzy Nelken, who had completed a PHD in math at U. of T. I believe that his role was to defame my in my profession. It was part of covert experimental torture. I realized that there have been no random persons in my life. I am controlled totally, by a mafia-like family.
You can look online and see some of my relatives. My cousin, Marshall Devor, is a professor at Hebrew University. He won the Emet prize for his research. A cousin, on my father's side, is Dr. Ellen Warner, at Sunnybrook Hospital. My father's brother, Jules, had his education as an anaesthetist payed for by the military. I believe that my family on both sides conspired to sell me to the MKULTRA program. However, they were envious and did not wish for me to advance. They sabotaged me in various horrific ways. I was in total denial, highly traumatized.
If I were to list every contact I have had from early childhood, they are either caring family members, who had suspicious deaths, or handlers. I am struggling to obtain my freedom and restitution.

My uncle on my mother's side is Louis Devor. He is an accountant by education and worked for the federal government. He is a land developer. The Toronto Star ran an article about it. He published a family book. There are photos of all of my aunts and uncles and of their children. There is a photo of my mother, but no photo of my father, my brothers, my sister or me. Yet, my younger brother had distinguished himself by studying aerospace engineering in an elite program at U. of T. and was working in Santa Barbara, California, doing high level computer design. I had had poetry published in the Canadian Forum, when I was 17 years old, and had obtained scholarships at university. Why were there no pictures of us? if the plan all along had been that we were trafficked for use as medical experiments, it would be better that no relatives ask about us. That way, no one would say --Oh, he just dropped dead at age 37. Oh, he just dropped dead, as he was being discharged from the hospital with a minor kidney problem, which had been completely cured. Oh, he just dropped dead suddenly. Oh, she just died in the streets. Yes, what an unfortunate family.

The Toronto Star reported today that the mayor of Caledon, Allan Thompson received a loan of $600, 000 from two powerful land developers, Greenpark and Fieldgate. After that, he voted on council in support of their projects and development levies, without disclosing this conflict of interest.
I had a "friend," Joe Barbieri, whose father runs a tunnelling business in Caledon. He got me to go on a trip with him. I believe that while I was away, my home may have been illegally trespassed in and reduced in size by some 200 square feet. I believe that this was the purpose of the trip and that his posing as a friend was racketeering for profit. A person with the same name was hired by a person who was a manger to me for a brief time. I have indirect evidence that he smeared me to my employer. Such actions would be simply a normal effort by depraved racketeers to get rid of an MKULTRA, once they had profited.
I know a Goncalves, who may be involved in land improprieties in Toronto and in Mississauga and Caledon.
It is not possible for me strongly to state facts that I know to be true, because it is difficult for me to obtain documentation. The proxies have unlimited resources to use against me. However, these facts may come out, anyway.
It appears that properties are being cut in and houses reduced to 1/4 their original size in my neighbourhood. The area is actually vacant, with front proxies arriving for an hour, or a half day occasionally. There are rent-a-residents who come for short periods. They do harassment stalking. It is possible that a neighbour, Howard Mandell has involvement in this real estate activity which may not be authorized and is being carried out covertly and incrementally. Lawns are being chopped back front and back, sidewalks are being moved. Streets are being moved west and south. A real estate outfit called Right at Home real estate may be involved.
A Chris Glover may be involved in nonconsensual experimentation and smear campaigns to silence a victim. His wife works for a medical company. He is a trustee with the Toronto District School Board.
If the people behind the scenes are not all corrupt schemers with no conscience, I can only hope that they will dig for the truth and seek to assist me by bringing documentation and testimony.

I have a cousin, David Louis, who worked as a high level tax lawyer. He told me that nothing can be done about MKULTRA, because it was carried out by both major political parties. I would like restitution. I would like my file to be retired. I believe that I am highly exceptional, because I am from an elite family and I have much more information than most victims would ever obtain. I am not interested in embarrassing top government, military, medical agents or those of other sectors. I am disappointed and disillusioned, when I consider the depraved, self-serving and violent actions which blood relatives and proxies would seem to have taken against me and my family.

I do not know what the state of the art is for medicine, but some days I discover surgical changes to my face. It is extremely frightening. I have hair that has been clearly implanted on the left side of my head, at a level just below my forehead. The sides of my head, below the forehead level have been contracted in, as if surgically reduced. My lower lip has been reduced in thickness, because the lower outline has been replaced with skin, in place of lip.
This is extremely frightening. It is especially horrifying because my identity cards have been altered. My skin is very fair. However, my last passport photo was altered in the passport office or intercepted before I received it and altered. The photo makes me appear to have dark skin, like a south east Asian person. My last medical card was altered in the same way. It took longer for me to receive than it should have and in the photo, my skin has been shaded to appear dark.

I believe that the reason why my father died suddenly, is that he was murdered for his estate, which was likely worth around fifty million dollars or more. Accountants --especially family members, who he trusted-- would have known how to transfer his money.
There is a Gaylee da Silva who was possibly involved in defamation in my workplace, as part of this racketeering. She is also a front person on my street, at number 26. I was putting up information on a site called Now Fact, which had an article, "Is gangstalking decreasing due to its exposure." I can no longer get into the site. I was attempting to get assistance, because I was viciously attacked in public in the most extreme manner. I provided detailed information on that site, regarding attacks in my workplace and tried to expose the fact that I had proven myself to be an outstanding professional, despite efforts to set me up. I believe that because of my clear, detailed information, community groups drastically changed their view of me. My experience improved markedly. I would have convoys of fifty vehicles stalking me everywhere, with license plates from certain locations. Proxies on foot would swarm me everywhere, especially in stores, practically preventing me from shopping. Proxies would line up in stores, with fifty items in their cart, in lines of ten to fifteen persons and then three cashiers would leave --only for the duration of my visit. Many other horrific attacks would occur constantly.

I cannot use my tap water. A number of years ago, I invited my cousin, Charmain Louis, to my home for tea. Right before her visit, my water was shut off. Then, it ran yellow. After that, I stopped using tap water. A land developer would know how to tamper with the water service.
I used carbonated water. I noticed recently that when I boil it, there are tiny bubbles, not bubbles of the normal size for water. Before my father died, he had symptoms consistent with poisoning by antifreeze fluid and then, one the day he was released from hospital, he could have been given a coffee with a larger dose to finish him off. My younger brother, died suddenly while on a holiday. He was seen by hotel staff falling face down on the balcony of his hotel. The autopsy report was also consistent with antifreeze poisoning.
I am attempting to protect myself, by reporting such observations online. I was fortunate, when looking up antifreeze fluid info, to immediately find a site that mentions that antifreeze produces tiny bubbles. I quote it below. I have to believe that not every single person of stature in the system is totally corrupt, but only a gang of mafia-like parasites.

I think that at age five, I was entirely right when I believed that there was no other recourse, except for suicide, because there could be no possible escape from Nazi torture. I am trying to improve my physical health. It does seem utterly futile, but it is a distraction. I tried to go to a butcher shop, yesterday afternoon. Twenty five "community" wolves in sheep's clothing rushed into the shop. Some were wearing orange jackets and hats. They blocked every aisle and formed huge lineups. I went out and attempted to enter a small Japanese shop several doors down. It had been empty, but the same swarm followed me and shoved themselves in front of me again, forcing me to leave.
