But that's not all... article links previously posted on Twitter now redirect to what looks like an official Twitter "safety warning":

POLICE REFUSAL TO PROBE SERIAL HATE CRIMES
The radio frequency weapon assaults have degraded and debilitated my health and well-being and have hideously mutilated and disfigured my body. I have been damaged in some of the worst ways that a man can be damaged. I cannot leave the house without being stalked, store-mobbed and cat-called. When I return home I often find signs of surreptitious entry and malicious vandalism of property and personal items like clothing. We have been victims of identity theft and financial fraud. The local police chief in Lower Makefield Township, Bucks County PA, where my family has resided for nearly 25 years, has given me lip service in two personal meetings, but no relief from persecution. His department either cannot or will not respond to complaints of hate crimes, home intrusions, financial sabotage, foul-tasting drinking water and apparent tainting of bottled water stored in our garage.
We have been slandered to neighbors as "troublemakers", in the words of one harassing neighbor, and we are serial targets of town watch vigilantes who parade by our house on foot and tailgate in cars, often waving maniacally.
It's been eleven years and counting of living hell, and I am not alone. Local police, operating under the apparent direction of regional "fusion centers" -- an extrajudicial Gestapo apparatus -- act as the virtual jailers of extrajudicially "targeted individuals" nationwide, persons who most often are persecuted for their beliefs, their activism, their ethnic and religious backgrounds, not because they pose a "threat" to the community.
America has transmogrified into a fascist police state lorded over by ideologues and haters; the dwindling number of "good guys" in law enforcement either go along with "the program" or find themselves, and their families, added to the control matrix targeting list.
So this is about much more than being censored on Twitter; this is about the descent of America into a genocidal fascist hell on earth for resolute citizens who refuse to surrender their God-given and constitutional rights to fascists and thugs.

Hi I'm also a Targeted Individual, Devonah Blackwell, I live in San Diego, Ca. and my obvious targeting was revealed to me in about 2010 while living in L.A. I am hit with what is erroneously referred to as voice to skull (imo it's not, it's voice to ear. It's not bypassing the ears. I have intermittently blocked it or hit whatever is in my ear & caused it to not be as clearly heard; I believe I have been implanted with some kind of receiver that allows me to 'hear' what I believe is simply an A.I. looped thought activated tape recorder that plays back oft-repeated phrases and insults all day. I also believe it's part GPS (as mentioned by Mr. Livingston b/c when I go out walking daily,cops are always passing by and I usually have a black & white helicopter flying over head). I'm also stalked locally by the SD police dept. They show up to my job and sit outside and watch (License plate # CA1364546--2 cops, both latino, one named E. Melgar, the other Sanchez. Recently, after having a verbal exchange with them, with me relaying that I think they must not make a lot of money as cops since stalking me is part of their daily routine; these 2 cops were most recently replaced with one big burly white cop)..I believe it's an effort to intimidate me too but it's laughable. They are low level shills; somebody's guard dog--paid & told when to pace the perimeter and bark and when to sit. They are not going to do anything. My remotely ssbotaged laptop has been remotely disabled again, the evidence shows.
A relative got the sabotaged computer to boot this weekend past. It worked fine for about a day and a half-until it apparently was remotely disabled/turned off again. No hard drive light again. Same symptoms -- power button lights up, fan starts, hard drive makes noise, but no hard drive data light.
This sabotage is part of a multi-command/agency coverup of domestic radio frequency weapon attacks on American citizens and their leaders. I am one of only a very few journalists to expose these American war crimes. Blocked from internet this p.m. Modem light stayed red. Called Verizon customer service line and less than 30 seconds later get a verbal message, "It looks like you are missing a telephone line filter." Just to rule out possibility that disabled laptop motherboard battery was weak, I replaced it with a fresh one. Laptop booted up and I used it all day -- and kept it on while I ate dinner. APPARENT LOWER MAKEFIELD BUCKS COUNTY PA VEHICLE STALKER REPORT
Wed Aug. 19 @3:10pm When I exit house to walk dog, Honda Civic circa 2007 (PA JLM 7314) idles with motor running and brights on, in front of nextdoor neighbor's house for protracted period of time. Hispanic male at wheel, with two children in backseat.
I stop to observe; he gets on cellphone but remains in place. After about three minutes, he rolls down window. I ask him in Spanish, "What is your problem?" He mutters something in Spanish, then says "no problema". Gets back on cellphone.
After about a minute, he proceeds east on my street and turns into my other nextdoor neighbor's driveway at #1217, and remains parked in driveway.
I have suspected that the man of the house, a recent arrival, is involved in "gangstalking".
This M.O. is very familiar to me -- the "brighting". the use of neighboring houses to construct an alibi.
I would have called the police on this suspicious vehicle, but I know from experience that I'd risk having the event turned against ME.

Managed to get sabotaged/remotely disabled laptop to boot yesterday after going through phony psyop kabuki theater protocols such as reinstalling memory and CMOS battery. Then reflashed BIOS to ensure operatives did not again insert phony BIOS password screens to block my use of device. Then checked all "sleep" settings to make sure each was set on "never" sleep.
Computer worked into the night and early morning. But then I got a low battery notice (I was working off the battery) so I shut down the computer and hooked up the AC power adapter to recharge.
Computer booted to GRAY screen, not black. Tried again several times using various kabuki theater "cures" prescribed by apparent psyop agents posting as "helpful" internet geeks (yes, I am not the only one whose computers are routinely sabotaged via remote cyberjacking).
Computer made beeping sounds and fan was on, but again, black screen only.
Today I repeated the kabuki theater routines. No boot.

The caller gave me his cellphone number. I tried it twice and got a generic message, not his name/business name. I suspected my call was being incepted by "the program." I made a telephonic report of my suspicions, then tried the number again. This time, I got through to the person. I informed him of the problem I had in reaching him and confirmed that his cellphone message should have given his name.
This same thing happens often when I try to reach family members. the mil-intel-LEO goon squad is not just spying on me -- it is blocking my ability to make and receive telephone calls. They allowed it to boot up today and then summarily sabotaged it again -- the successful bootup gave way to a blank screen. They allowed it to boot again, and then the bootup gave way to a black screen. At one point, I got a screen that recommending "run startup repair". I complied and a blatantly phony "repair" program with Windows 95- style fonts popped up. No, it did not restore the computer. Instead, the screen went blank again. In the past, I've gotten this phony repair progrm and it ran for about five minutes before telling me in an on-screen message that I could restore the computer only if I reverted to "factory" format.
And now the links in the monthly index on the right side of the sceen have been disabled, so I cannot copy fequently used links. I am blocked from connecting a printer to my tablet computer because these cyberNazis will not let me download ANY software to the tablet.

While some of your past posts were "out there" - at least they were always very well written and thought out (at least with respect to your POV). They always looked much like the work of a professional journalist, and impressed me. I thought, now there's a guy who can write. But lately there's something happening Vic. Your recent comments don't stack up well, when I compare them to your previous work, especially those works from "back in the day."
