Not a single member of the Washington DC press corps has asked the White House about the nationwide system of extrajudicial punishment that ranges from community-based "gangstalking" to financial sabotage and covert electromagnetic weapon assault, impairment, torture and subjugation/"behavior (mind) control".
The last reporter to ask a high government official about electromagnetic weaponry was Norah O'Donnell, who put the question to then defense secretary Donald Rumsfeld at a Pentagon briefing. His answer appeared to confirm reports that such weaponry has been deployed and used in warfare (at that time, in Iraq). No reporter that I know of has followed up.
I firmly believe that the White House cannot deny the existence of a nationwide program of extrajudicial punishment and electromagnetic weapon torture. On Friday I discovered that a newly acquired hardware item that was in our upstairs living quarters was opened and tampered with. First the furnace starts leaking a week after major & costly repairs. Contractor says it can't be fixed & must be replaced. His price: over 5 grand. Then I find in my basement a drill bit piercing a piece of pipe sealing tape I was using to try to staunch the leak. Then I find a drill bit- sized round hole in a nip joint and I patch it with putty and seal it with a clamp. Furnace works fine for a couple of weeks then begins to leak from other locations away from the drill bit hole -- worse than before. It's clear to me that the heating system was sabotaged more than once. THIS IS TERRORISM. Other major systems and appliances have been similarly sabotaged. Last night about 8 pm, these war criminals used their radio frequency weapon to induce atrial fibrillation (rapid heartbeat) accompanied by extreme vertigo, weakness and tell-tale ear-ringing. The attack was so severe that I thought I was going into cardiac arrest. I used a telecommunications technique to alert responsible public officials that I was again under mil-intel RF directed energy weapon attack. Within just a few minutes, the symptoms subsided completely. If this attack had been brought on "naturally" it is highly unlikely that the symptoms would dissipate so rapidly.

@5:25pm, vehicle stalked by driver in PA GXP 8050. When I noticed I was being tailgated when no other vehicles were around, I stopped my vehicle. The vehicle stalker also stopped right behind me, and would not go around my vehicle for nearly a minute.
I recognized the plate number -- a serial vehicle stalker.
I watched the driver go through the parking lot without stopping at any local business.
