Not a single member of the Washington DC press corps has asked the White House about the nationwide system of extrajudicial punishment that ranges from community-based "gangstalking" to financial sabotage and covert electromagnetic weapon assault, impairment, torture and subjugation/"behavior (mind) control".
The last reporter to ask a high government official about electromagnetic weaponry was Norah O'Donnell, who put the question to then defense secretary Donald Rumsfeld at a Pentagon briefing. His answer appeared to confirm reports that such weaponry has been deployed and used in warfare (at that time, in Iraq). No reporter that I know of has followed up.
I firmly believe that the White House cannot deny the existence of a nationwide program of extrajudicial punishment and electromagnetic weapon torture. If reporters would ask, they might be surprised at the "no comment" or "non-denial denials" they would get. I published the following on the White House website, directed to President Obama:

The haters in the community see the police selectively enforcing the law, treating some people as second-class citizens, refusing to investigate reports of hate crime, and so the haters think they can get away with anything. And they do.
It's been that way in Lower Makefield Twp Bucks Co PA for TEN YEARS. I am a prisoner, a hostage, in my own home. For years I literally was driven to the couch all day due to radio frequency weapon fatigue/forced sleep attacks and sharp hits to my skull and sensitive body parts. Lockheed Martin cyberNazis use radio frequency weapon directed energy tech to open deadbolts, latch locks etc to let the community goons make easy entry into the homes of their "targets". Even if the police wanted to enforce the law -- and I'm not sure that's the case, because some are haters themselves -- they risk becoming targets themselves if they actually do their jobs.
So in my community, they don't do their jobs. My wife and I haven't been able to leave the house empty without signs of surreptitious entry, vandalism, etc., inside and outside. The police have REFUSED my pleas to investigate, as far as I know. I can only hope they're doing so on the down-low -- but if they are, they're doing a good job of keeping it unknown to me. The stalking, the surreptitious entries, continue -- and I KNOW homes that surround me are used as staging areas, and that some neighbors aid and abet hate crime.
And what about the feds, who are charged with enforcing federal civil rights laws? To date -- AWOL. Not that I haven't tried. For a period of time back in 2007 or '08 (to the best of my recollection) I made several in-person visits to the FBI Philadelphia field office to plead for help. When Bush was still in office, it got downright ugly; one time, I was hustled out to the street by an armed officer (a black man who APOLOGIZED to me). I kept trying. When Obama got elected, I went back and at least got a hearing. But it there was no serious effort to investigate my complaints, although one female agent seemed genuinely moved by my account.
Is she still an FBI agent? Maybe not. I have no idea.

Several fraudulent credit card purchases on our account were made yesterday in Sicklerville, NJ, according to the card issuer. am being blocked at the present time from doing a Google search of that city; I have no idea why.
I intend to notify Lower Makefield Twp Bucks Co PA police of this theft in the hopes that they will investigate and determine the identity(ies) of the person or persons who are defrauding us. One of the fraudulent purchases was made at an Acme supermarket in Sicklerville, according to the phone call we received.
Police detectives should be able to obtain store surveillance; combined with information provided by the financial institution as to the exact time of the purchase yesterday, they should be able to track down the perpetrator(s).
It is my hope that local police will investigate this theft and determine the identities of the gang of haters, stalkers, home intruders and thieves that have victimized me in this community for the past TEN YEARS.
To date, local police have refused my several requests for a hate crimes investigation.
I was BLOCKED from posting the comment about credit card fraud above when I tried to post it here. Finally, on the third try, the item posted. I also was blocked from doing a Google search of "Sicklerville, NJ" the site of the fraud (according to a phone call we received supposedly from the financial institution).
I have no idea why the entities who control, tamper with and censor my telecommunications tried to block me from posting this information. I smell a rat.
Update: A local police officer who responded to my voicemail message to the chief of detectives said he'd check out the 800 "fraud unit" number that were were given when my wife responded to an automated "fraud alert" phone call, supposedly from the financial institution; the call came in late in the evening.
About five-ten minutes later, I got a call back supposedly from the local police officer. He said he checked out the number and that it was a "scam number". He also said the scam was probably fishing for info and that he didn't think they took money from the account.
So why did the automated account info tell both me and my wife that there was a three-figure purchase charged to the account yesterday when neither of us made a purchase in that amount?
Something is HIGHLY IRREGULAR here.
If this is happening to us, it's likely happening to many other people in our region.
Who is minding the store?
I retain the belief that I cannot be the only one in this region who perceives an urgent need for the restoration of the rule of law and the fair and equal application of justice.

My wife just returned from an in-person visit to a bank branch and was told that we are the victims of fraud.

What happened at Walmart and Home Depot?
Walmart (Sat) Levittown PA -- goon employee shawdows me, stands over my shoulder as I look at items. I say to this older employee, "Are you my bodyman today?" He replies with a sadistic smile: "Something like that!" I say: "Well, you are creeping me out." He walks away, smirking. Walmart employees are notorious gangstalkers. One of them at this same store, who still works there, engaged me in the aisle a couple of years ago and proceeded to tell me he was a 33-degree Mason, as if he wanted me to know that. A creep and a hater, IMO.
At checkout, a father and son pair fall in behind me. The father looked like an extra on the set of "On the Waterfront". The father wore what looked like a new sweatshirt from "Fellowship Christian Academy". The son was wearing a tourist shop sweatshirt from the PA Grand Canyon, the same exact model/style as one that my wife recently purchased and which was in our laundry room over the past week (still is). I stared at the father but he looked away at first. As I left the store, this pair was right behind me. As they passed, the father looked back at me, then proceeded out into the parking lot.
Were they sent there to try to intimidate me via "directed messaging" (the sweatshirt)? Or was that sweatshirt just another "coincidence"? You be the judge.
Home Depot (Sun) When I go to the plumbing department, two men approach and examine the exact same item as l was looking for. One of them engages in conversation with me, asking me what I was looking for. I reply: "Are you a plumber?" He responds with another question: "What do you need?" I reply: "I need a plumber." Taking his bait, I tell him what I'm looking for and he looks over the stock and pulls down a fitting, saying something like, "This is what you need." I examine the part and immediately recognize it's the wrong part for the job.

I tell her that it appears she has been recruited to do to me what bigots have done to her people throughout the history of America. It is also apparent that Lockheed Martin /Cyber com operatives feed real-time surveillance data to the local goon squads. I have discovered that the manual override lever/switch on each of the two zone valves has been disabled -- preventing me from manually controlling the valves.
So we have heat downstairs but not upstairs. In seasons past, sometimes it's been the other way around. It seems the protocol is to disable part of the system so that the target family is not totally "left out in the cold." Once again, to the operatives of this torture matrix, a "little bit" of torture, a "little bit" of sabotage, is just fine as long as the SLOWKILL is maintained (as opposed to the "fastkill" which would be more obvious).

Outside my house, white pickup truck N.J. Z77-CTL approaches my property headed west, then comes to a stop at edge of my property. Driver stares at me for at least 20 seconds, then starts rolling, clutching a cellphone to his ear.
I grab my pad and record his plate number. He sees what I'm doing.
Seconds later, he does a pit turn in a driveway and heads back toward me and my house. This time he proceeds to house at #1214 in my unit block, backs into driveway. The occupant of this house moved in a few years ago and appears to be one of my serial stalkers.
I suspect the New Jersey- plated vehicle stalker knew I'd take down his plate number and turned around and headed toward a "safe house" as a means to use someone in my neighborhood to provide him with an alibi.

Vic not yet able to sign in because... to restore any functionality to my computer, which was sabotaged via malware intrusion into the Bios setup program, I was forced to accept what was presented to me as a "restore to factory settings" opion on a list of recovery options.

When I tried to access VicLivingston.blogspot.com, I got a message that due to "errors on the page" my site must be viewed in "compatibility mode." When displayed, the pages are UNFORMATTED, with elements that sould be in sidebars (like my monthly content lists) relegated to the BOTTOM OF THE PAGE.
This amounts to fascist censorship and content alteration under the guise of a "recovery mode." It seems the censorship regime thinks it's okay to "trick" Americans into agreement with their "terms" -- when in fact those terms are forced upon them with a GUN in their backs.

After posting the above re: @Verizon email sabotage, I tried again. This time, the PW that failed repeatedly, eliciting a message that "the information you entered does not match our records," worked perfectly.
More prima facia evidence of deliberate, malicious psyops. Only US Cyber Command/Lockheed Martin and/or its assigns, including Verizon, has the motive, means and opportunity to serially violate my constitutional rights by denying me reliable access to telecommunications.

Vic, I am a TI. I have just returned from the dentist where I had some minor work performed. This is a dentist I've never been to before, I went there because he is the dentist for the new insurance I have. I was subjected to a series of verbal extrajudial criticisms coming from the dentist who performed the work, while I was leaning back in the chair. I thought he was commenting about something he heard on the TV which was playing, however he sounded crazed -- like a madman talking about judicial matters, blah, blah, blah. I wasn't sure what he was trying to say, and didn't pay a lot of attention seeing as how I was unable to talk with them working on my mouth. Shortly afterwards, while hovering over my mouth and finishing up he said some more crazy stuff and I tasted a sewer taste, and a terrible, sour taste trickle into my mouth. Something he obviouly poured in. I exclaimed "What's that terrible, sour taste?". Then the perp dentist leans over me and says "The Avenger", and ran off like a scared little girl. Hopefully, more information about extrajudicial dental torture should be made public soon at NowFact.com because I've contacted them about this story. Incidently, I noticed sheriffs cars driving by the dentists office while I was waiting there, and cop cruisers passing me on the way home. I hope you don't delete this, if you do you're probably a perp. The terrible tast in my mouth continues to linger. This is another way they torture TIs in America!

Why did a contractor employee (who with his partner did very good work in my house today) remark when discussing water pressure that "it would be very easy to poison someone" from outside the house via the municipal water supply system?" Was he trying to be helpful by warning me of this, or what? I responded spontaneously to the out-of-the-blue remark that "My urine smells like a chemical factory". There was no response to my honest reaction.
I have discussed my concerns in the past with law enforcement. We just received a notice in the mail that the local water authority violated water quality standards with an excessive amount of haleocetic acid found upon testing.
Could there be a connection between the contractor's comment and the notice we just received? I know there's a slowkill genocide going on in this country via covert celltower radio frequency weapon attacks on extralegally "targeted individuals". I do not know for certain if local goons are poisoning the water, or air, or food, of "targeted individuals", but I strongly suspect that is happening -- not just to my family, but to "targeted" families nationwide. I recall how a local air conditioning contractor polluted the inside air of our home with tiny shards of fiberglass from the attic. Was it done deliberately? I cannot prove it, but I believe it was.
