There is no rule of law in the township/county where I live (Lower Makefield, Bucks County, PA). Police refuse to investigate hate crimes. I fear reporting incidents, since police too often turn it around and blame the victim. Someone contacted a realtor in my name, requesting help in relocating out of the township. I am being driven out of the community where I have lived for more than two decades. The debilitating, painful celltower neuroweapon attacks to brain and body -- including anal "e-rape" -- continue. My house is regularly invaded by vandalizing goons when we are kept in a deep sleep state via celltower neuroweapon attack. My computers are sabotaged, and files I think I have "saved" have disappeared, or have been altered. I can't police my files because all of my computing is mirrored by Lockheed operatives and it appears I can't store files locally or securely. I believe that the local police neighborhood watch team leaders are involved in my serial persecution and participate in a sick hate cult that is supported by covert black ops of the U.S. military and intelligence apparatus, including the Secret Service, the FBI, as well as black ops of the service branches. (The Posse Comitatus Act, that prevented military from engaging in local policing, is all but dead.) We used to have two cars, but this torture matrix force-sleeped me at the wheel, wrecking one of our cars. With only one wage-earner, we can't afford to operate two cars. I am stalked; financially sabotaged via apparently counterfeit, inflated bills and doctored financial statements; overcharged at stores (apparently Lockheed/Cybercom operatives manipulate the UPC price code system when a "targeted individual" enters a store). Mon Oct 14 @ 6:50pm While walking dog across the street from my home, a car (New Jersey license plate # F80-AWS) approaches from the west, stops about 50 feet from me, in the middle of the street, shining headlights at me. Then car proceeded slowly and stopped completely right next to me, and remained there for nearly a half-minute. The driver, a female, was holding a smartphone. Other young people in the car appeared to be laughing hysterically. It was apparent that the driver was following instructions from a "gangstalking" team leader -- often, a law enforcement officer or firefighter -- who apparently has access to real-time video/audio surveillance of my premises. Local law enforcement does nothing to stop the parade of stalker vehicles that appear nearly every time I leave the house. Since Lockheed Martin coordinates the communications of this nationwide "gangstalking" apparatus, I hold that company responsible for my serial persecution, along with malfeasant authorities at all levels of government. These officials teach local teens how to hate.

So why when I navigate to Bloombaby.com are the prices MISSING from ALL ITEMS? So I can't compare with the price my wife paid by ordering through Amazon. Some entity is covering up some MAJOR FRAUD, IMO. This also appears to apply to my inflated utility bill (35 percent higher than both mo. ago/yr ago in energy usage). This appears to be a major FRAUD RING and it involves military contractor personnel who apparently defraud "target individuals" and their families. A few years ago Vic Livingston was writing up a storm about gang stalking and neuro-weapons. A Google search reveals that some of his articles are reprinted in full on many websites. Vic's stories struck a chord in TI's, who saw that Vic was a victim of the same "gang stalking" attacks that they were experiencing.
Livingston was both the darling and scoundrel of the TI "community" at the same time. He was the hero, the credible visionary who exposed the truth. At the same time he was the wild man who was publishing his crazy and dangerous ideas.
Vic Livingston has left an indelible trail on the Web. A trail that both vindicates and marginalizes TI's at the same time.
Part of the problem was that Vic was relentlessly hounded by slick "operatives", whose job it was to make Vic appear to be a crazy man. They attacked Vic on each and every point he made. Vic was, and still is, up against an enormous brain trust whose job it is to make "gang stalking" an accepted and conventional practice, and keep the cell tower neuro weapons a guarded secret.
Regardless, there was an agreement on all sides that Vic was an intelligent man who was writing about gang stalking and cell tower neuro weapons. Vic's writing seemed to elevate these subjects well above the fringe conspiracy theories that most people saw them as. Vic was certainly a "dangerous man" to certain entities.

Truly appreciated the comment from Charles Croom, Lockheed Martin corporate cyber official on the cyber panel that followed the leadership session, re: policing conduct of cyber operatives, "turning surveillance inward." I especially appreciated his very pointed follow-up comment to the effect that the Pentagon could learn some lessons from Wall Street re: policing its cyber-warriors. Now Mr. Croom, please make sure the Joint Chiefs hear you in full on this subject, in person, ASAP. But first, please get your own house in order, because empirical evidence indicates that you've got a "rogue" problem, especially on the graveyard shift, but also in all dayparts.
I can't be sure I can always get to the bottom of all of these comments. I will continue to read his work. That uneasy feeling that what he writes about is actually happening just doesn't go away.

I also think that giving specific clear details of persons attacking you in a brief manner, so that they can be identified may be useful. There may be people living near you, capable of realizing that you are an innocent victim of persecution. They may look into what is taking place.
I believe that a fraudulent "investigation" was begun on me, when I was about 18 years of age. My "friend" Helen Anderson, now a librarian at Rochester University, an MKULTRA facility, according to internet infer, took me to a restaurant. She told me that I could make some income working there. It was run by Egyptians, Fouad Farid and his cousin, Unter Farid. There is no way that I would ever have taken this summer job, if Helen had not advised me to do so. I believe that this set-up was begun secretly, so that later, it could be intensified. Because I had been trafficked to the MKULTRA program, it would provide a method of silencing me and keeping me enslaved for a lifetime. Meanwhile, huge amounts of income could be pocketed by the secret services or police services, pretending to do a covert investigation.
I would like Revenue Canada to investigate and do audits. I believe that the amount of money spent on doing bogus investigations on me is likely in the tens of millions, hundreds of millions, or even more. There were periods, lasting for two weeks at a time, where I was pursued and lacerated with DEWs every five minutes, literally, for two week stretches, around the clock. This was done three times. It appears that a proxy, named Sergio Quibus tried to have me framed at Massey College, University of Toronto. I figured out this plan and avoided it. After that, the physical assaults were stopped for the moment. This discovery took place in Aug. 2012.
I had decided to rent a room at Massey College, because this Sergio Quibus had advised me to do so. I had thought that he was a friend, but he was an infiltrator and likely a fabricator. I booked a room with regular staff. When I went back to get it, it had been cancelled and I had to book again with bogus staff. When I was there, a lighting van was sitting in the street, outside the College. When I returned to secure the room, the same van was again in the street. I saw the room. As I was leaving, walking through the quadrangle, the lighting company was actually installing a lighting system in the quadrangle. Also, as I was leaving, some men who looked like violent criminals from Algeria or some such country walked out at the same time. As I was leaving, I saw Sergio Quibus and he gave a weird wave. I had not seen him for several years. Near him was a woman, Sandra Cruikshanks, who had been a Bell Canada spokesperson. I believe that she had defamed me in my workplace.
I went home. Every item made of cloth had been sprayed with intense chemical fumigants. At first, I was confused, not understanding why this had been done. Then, I realized that the objective had been to force me to go to Massey College for the night. Presumably, I would have been filmed in proximity of foreign thugs from the middle east. You'll need to get out of the house frequently, and find (semi quiet) places to take walks. Yes I know there aren't very many of those. Exercise is very important. If you think you're being kept a prisoner in your own home, then you probably are not getting any exercise, and that has numerous detrimental health effects (physical and mental).
Surround yourself with positive people (yes, I know there aren't very many of those).
Personally, I think someone in your position might benefit from the nomadic lifestyle. If you think your house is the center of a bullseye, then make it a moving target. You're retired? Well, what about a nice (ten year long) Winnebago trip through the open West and the mountains. Could be very refreshing. Just staying smack dab in the middle of the bullseye zone, as you apparently are wont to do (stubbornness?) makes absolutely no sense to me. This is true, regardless of how accurate your perception of your situation is. That's just my opinion, spoken as an outsider.

Well, this isn't tax dollars at work. If it were, my wallet would be a lot heavier than it is.
My take on this? Your home isn't just the bricks and mortar and pieces of wood that make it up. That stuff is woefully overpriced, and inherently it has little value for me. The home is the entire environment. Now, if yours is what you say it is, then your home isn't a home at all, and has little value. You're protecting nothing, really, except maybe your pride.
