BTW I was knocked off the internet last night (Fri. 8/16) and then today all of the phones in my house were disabled, and they still are disabled. I just got back on the internet minutes ago, but not without more malicious psyops. I received on-screen messages stating "unable to access the network," even though all lights on the modem were properly lit.
To get back on the net, I had to run a jerry-rigged line into the house from the outside network interface. The outside network interface test showed that service was and is coming to the house, but none of the phones connected to my house wiring are working. There is nothing wrong with the wiring inside the house, but that's the psyop M.O. that "targeted individuals" receive from the alleged Verizon customer service line. This psyop, following the same M.O., has been perpetrated upon me and my family repeatedly for the past nine years. The last time it happened, several months ago, an alleged Verizon technician told me that "squirrels chewed through the line." He couldn't keep from sadisticially laughing and smirking at me.
I have established by a preponderance of evidence that when extrajudicially targeted/persecuted individuals and their families complain to virtually any customer service telephone line, they are redirected to a special "white glove treatment" unit apparently manned by Lockheed Martin/U.S. military personnel schooled in harassment, intimidation and criminal psyops. THE U.S. MILITARY INTELLIGENCE APPARATUS, ALONG WITH AGENCIES SUCH AS THE SECRET SERVICE, FBI AND OTHER AGENCIES, INCLUDING SOME LOCAL OFFICERS, ARE RUNNING BLACK OPS AGAINST AMERICAN CITIZENS.

ABOUT 11pm SUNDAY NIGHT, I NOTICED THAT TWO BRAND NEW SPORT UTILITY VEHICLES WERE PARKED IN FRONT OF MY HOUSE.
AND MINUTES LATER, I WAS INTIMIDATED BY TWO YOUNG MEN WHO LOOKED TO ME LIKE U.S. ARMY SPECIAL FORCES ENFORCERS.
A large black GMC Sierra 4X4 pickup truck, plate no. PA-YZV-7296, was parked in the street on my side, directly in front of my house, until about 11:12pm tonight. Another vehicle, a new green Jeep plate no. PA FRX-5788, was parked in front of my property on the western side of the house. These were the only vehicles parked in the street near my house. The presence of the large GMC pickup, directly in front of my house, was clearly intended to intimidate me. An old-fashioned Motorola beeper, the kind hardly used anymore except by "gangstalkers" as a means of receiving numerical codes, was on the dashboard of the GMC. The other vehicle also appeared to have been deliberately parked in front of my property and not in front of another house.
The internet threat I received in a comment to a post I had made to a Politico.com article was:
"WE ARE COMING FOR YOU" -- in capital letters.
At about 11:12pm, I heard noises coming from the street. I went outside with a flashlight and saw two young men seated in the GMC Sierra. Both were white, large and muscular, both with close-cropped hair, wearing identical tee-shirts, looking very much like U.S. Army Special Forces. I noticed a straw cowboy hat on the dash in front of the passenger seat. As I approached the vehicle, the man behind the wheel rolled down the passenger side window.
"Why are you parked in front of my house?" I asked.
"There was no other place to park," the man behind the wheel deadpanned.
"Nowhere else to park?" I asked. There are no other cars parked on the street."
Said the apparent special forces intimidator, "Next time I'll pull up."
"What's your name, son?" I asked.
"I don't have to tell you my name," the man behind the wheel snarled as he pulled away at a fast rate of speed.
About ten minutes later, I again went outside to see if the other vehicle, the Jeep, was still parked in front of the house. It was. Then I heard a rumbling engine up the street to the north. Suddenly a large vehicle was speeding toward me, its lights out. As it drew closer, I saw that it was the same GMC Sierra pickup. It swerved back to the center of the street and roared past me and my house. I clearly saw the license plate number. I confirmed it was the same plate number as the vehicle that had been parked in front of the house.
I was terrified. I went back into the house to call the police.
I do not underestimate the psychopathic evil and the criminality of the entities and personnel who seek to silence me.
And now, these two intimidators came to my house tonight to inject fear and dread.
I know that there are decent officers and officials and I ask that they do what they can to ensure my safety. I called Lower Makefield Police to memorialize the incident, but I did not insist on filing a formal complaint. I did request extra patrols in my neighborhood.
The other vehicle, the green Jeep, remained parked in front of my property as of 11:50pm.
ADDENDUM: I went back outside at 12:10am after I heard voices outside, and by the time I got out the door the Jeep had pulled off.

Given what happened to me Sunday night, when two young men who looked like U.S. Army Special Forces terrorized me in front of my house, I am now wondering whether rogue elements of the U.S. military are planning to go on an assassination spree starting next week.

ANOTHER SICK MALICIOUS PSYOP: YET AGAIN, INSIDE PHONE WIRING DISABLED. YET AGAIN, I AM TOLD IT'S A 'SHORT' IN THE INSIDE WIRING. VERIZON TECH APPARENTLY LIES AND DOES KABUKI THEATER IN AN ATTEMPT TO MAKE ME PAY FOR UNNECESSARY WORK.
My inside phone wiring remains inoperative for a sixth day. On Saturday, all of my phones went dead. The person who answered the Verizon customer service line told me to check the "network interface box" to see if the consumer-accessible jack there yielded a signal. When I first plugged in a phone to that jack, it did not work. Then, I tried again and it did work. But when I ran a phone extension cord from the jack to the inside of the house, again the line would not work. I tried again sometime later, and finally, the extension line connected to the interface box finally did work. I ran a telephone extension cord from the consumer interface box and into my house. I am still using this jerry-rigged line today (Thursday), five days later.
I called Verizon customer service to report what happened. I told the CSR that this scenario has played out many times before. I was told that the problem appeared to be my inside wiring, not the Verizon service, and that there would be a charge if the technician found the problem was not external. I asked how much. I never got a firm quote. So I asked that a technician check the network interface box to see if the problem was at the junction between my inside wiring and the Verizon box.
On Wednesday, Aug. 21st, a technician arrived. He checked the box and said that while there was service coming to the house, the reason I had no service inside was due to a grounding problem at the pole. He climbed the pole, fiddled around for a bit, then said he had to go down the street to an area junction box. When he returned, I checked a phone connected to the inside wiring and it still did not work. I pointed out an inconsistency in the technician's story. He said there was a grounding problem at the pole, and yet I still had service via the consumer accessible jack at the network interface box. "If the problem is at the pole, wouldn't that affect the service coming from the network interface jack?" I asked. He said I still could have a problem on the inside due to the grounding problem. I noted that I had been on the internet all day Tuesday, using the service coming from the consumer-accessible jack at the interface box, and I had no problems. He responded that I probably would have had problems had the grounding problem at the pole not been fixed.
So the technician left my service just as it was before -- still no signal from my inside wiring. This same scenario has happened repeatedly to me over the past nine years. In the last incident, several months ago, I was told that "squirrels chewed through the phone line." The technician could not help but smirk and smile as he said this.

It is apparent that either Lockheed Martin or operatives of the regional fusion center are using some technological means to turn off my inside phone service as a malicious psyop, with three apparent goals: to frustrate me; to keep me off the internet as a disguised censorship ploy; and to force me to pay for unnecessary work and to force me to allow a technician to traipse through my premises on a mission to find a "short" that does not exist (or which may have been created as a malicious act of vandalism).
This brand of psyop is not limited to Verizon. I've had similar problems with PECO electric and with car and appliance repair services. The modus operandi follows the playbook to the tee. In the past, my phone service always has returned after the apparently unnecessary visit by the Verizon technician. But not this time. This time, apparently, those who have me incarcerated in their virtual technological jail aren't backing off. This time, apparently, they want to make me pay.
I WILL NOT GIVE IT TO EXTORTION. This is a protection racket. Those who don't pay up continue to experience the problem. I am asking someone in a position of power to stop this psychological and financial exploitation by ordering those who have sabotaged my phone lines to immediately restore my service. The story about the "short" inside my house is a psyop line I've heard many times before.
P.S. I note that my computer tells me that this fine is being saved to "Vic's stuff." I never chose the file name "Vic's stuff. " More evidence that this torture matrix has hyperjacked all of my computers as well as my internet service and can do what they will at any time -- including, over-riding my commands or disabling my service entirely, as they have done with my inside phone wiring.

One of the goons entering your house while you were sleeping probably shorted out one of your phone jacks inside the house. If one jack is shorted they all go out. This has happened to me a few times. If you want to save some money, you'll need to check the wiring inside all the jacks, and possibly replace one of them. They can also go bad if they get wet, and then you need to replace the jack - this happened to me before. It's almost always a shorted phone jack that causes this problem you are having. A goon probably sabotaged one of your jacks, easy enough to do.
The way all the phones went out at once makes me think that the inside phones were disabled via RF electromagnetic command/interference, and that perhaps a local goon was ordered to invade my premises to mess with the wiring as a cover story that gives the people who likely pay YOU the "plausible deniability" they always seek to establish when committing acts of government-sponsored domestic terrorism.
I was blocked from posting the following tweet to @Politico in reference to Bradley Manning now requesting that he be called "Chelsea." I got repeated "internal server error" messages, and the remaining character count number was hacked, making my msg shorter than the 140-chr limit. I was temporarily blocked from the Politico twitter page when I tried to refresh the page. After I made a telephonic report on yet another example of TELLING, HAM-FISTED MIL-INTEL CENSORSHIP, the comment apparently went through.

At 9:06pm Wed. Aug. 28th, I returned to my computer, which I had turned off -- along with the modem -- early in the evening, just after 6pm. It is clear that radio frequency intrusion technology is being used to wirelessly access my computer and the data stored in it -- which includes personal information that could be used to commit identity theft.
