The Anschutz operation that shut down NowPublic.com apparently has reneged on published promises by the previous owner that site content remained the property of its creators, promises that comport with intellectual property copyright laws of Canada and the United States. The owners of intellectual property taken down by the Anschultz organization no longer have access to their published work. In my case, digital copies of my articles disappeared from my computers -- the result of apparent sabotage by way of radio frequency weapon intrusion technology that can remotely cyberjack any electronic device, any computer, even if the device is not physically connected to the internet. Hard copy printouts of articles I published at NowPublic.com have vanished from my home files. (I have written about repeated instances of home intrusions, wanton vandalism of property and home systems, and theft of items ranging from personal memorabilia to electronic equipment such as an expensive and rare phongraph turntable cartridge.)
And now come the veiled threats to shut down VicLivingston.blogspot.com. Blogspot and Blogger.com are now owned and operated by Google, the internet behemoth. I believe it is both relevant and significant that I have yet to receive any remuneration whatsoever from advertising posted to this website. My recent attempts to access information and data on advertising revenues related to this site have been unsuccessful. As I have written many, many times, my web navigation is sabotaged in real-time and I am often denied access to information related to my web accounts. It also appears that data often is doctored, manipulated or outright fabricated by censorship regime operatives. And I have received no notices or communications related to this website via U.S. mail; it is painfully apparent that my snail mail also is subject to censorship, tampering and theft. Repeated complaints to the the U.S. Postal Service have come to naught, as have my multiple requests to local police for an investigation of the community "gangstalkers" who serially violate my civil rights.

If there are accurate maps of property boundaries and building plans of the building, as it was over a decade ago, drastic, unauthorized changes to both, will be very evident.

Do most police act like criminals and set up innocent persons for sport? I simply cannot believe that. I think that most police are heroes for society. If they go after someone, it could be because racketeers have lied to them and tricked them. An extended family of racketeers can prey on an innocent person. I would hope that the police realize that this can occur, although it may be rare. I would hope that they would make every effort to help a victim of such crime.
By enforcing the snow clearing by-laws, right near the police station, law enforcement could save the medical system unnecessary expenses and save the cost of prosecutions of responsible parties and save on prison costs, if they are found negligent in injury or manslaughter.

Tenant Wins $1.1 Million Lawsuit against Landlord

Just last week, a jury awarded a $1.1 Million verdict to a man who filed a personal injury lawsuit against his landlord after he fell down the stairs at his apartment building.
The man allegedly fell down the back stairs at the apartment building in which he was living, and later suffered more serious damage from the fall. His injuries included lumbar strain and disk injury. The man was forced to quit his job because of the pain related to the fall, and suffered a serious loss of income and potential future earnings. He had held the job for ten years.
The black pick up is again on my kitchen wall. The driver keeps going into and coming out of the building next door.
The conditions on Rusholme Rd., St. Anne's Rd., Dovercourt Rd., College St. and Dundas St. are treacherous. In the last two days, I nearly fell five times. Today, I fell in the morning. A young woman was there and witnessed it. She checked to find out if I was o.k. I was not seriously injured, just bruised and stressed --I think. The fall occurred around 10 am, right in front of 59 Rusholme Rd. I checked, to be sure of the location.
This young woman had been walking down the street in front of me, then up the street, so I recognized her. I advised her to be careful, because I have seen many people slipping.
I imagine that most people do not wish to be injured by negligent property owners. If given a choice, likely most people would rather not have a huge settlement. They would rather that they had not fallen.
Greedy psychopaths can destroy a person's life --every second of it, using their syndicate. It takes a long time and is an agonizing experience.
The only possible consolation is if they spend every second of eternity being brought to divine justice.

I was never using my wall-mounted electrical heaters, at all--for 5-ten years, at least. I used portable oil-filled heaters. One "broke," but not while I was using it. A new one, which has hardly been used also appears to have been tampered with.

Apt. 2 has an empty apt. and rarely comes and goes. There are generally two proxies in the building at all times. But there is absolutely no indication that they inhabit the building.
