Once again, a car with VA plates was parked in front of my nextdoor neighbor's home the morning after discovery of another apparent act of vandalism. The plate number: VA C10 21S.
There have been other cars with VA and MD plates parked nearby the morning after OTHER acts of vandalism and home intrusion. I believe the license plates give a strong hint as to who may have been "visiting" my neighbor, and for what reason. If I had the means, I would run the plate number to see if there's a connection to, say, Fort Meade, for instance.

For the past two nights, Thursday, June 20 @ 10:50pm and Friday, June 21st @11:22pm, I was menaced by two different vehicles performing the same "opposite side of the road brighting" maneuver.
In each instance, a vehicle that was parked and idling down the street about a quarter-mile to the east of my house began to race down the street traveling west at high rate of speed just as I was walking with a family dog at the foot of my driveway, about to return to the house.
In each instance, the vehicle put on its high beams and CROSSED OVER TO THE OPPOSITE (LEFT) SIDE OF THE STREET, WHERE MY HOUSE IS LOCATED, GUNNED THE ENGINE AND STEERED DIRECTLY TOWARD ME, AIMING THE BRIGHTS AND THE CAR DIRECTLY AT ME.
IN EACH CASE, THE VEHICLE VEERED BACK ONTO THE CORRECT (RIGHT) SIDE OF THE STREET JUST AS IT APPROACHED MY PROPERTY LINE.
