My Facebook comment comment below,  in response to an item posted on the Facebook page of NBCNews about account sign-up requirements, appeared to post.  But when I hit a link to take me back to the thread about this topic, it was gone.  Disappeared -- like a dissident in a south-of-the-border banana republic.

So  I tried to post my comment a second time, and again got an obviously PHONY, SPOOFED MESSAGE stating that the item had been "removed" by the "site owner" and "cannot be commented on."   These messages are patently phony, obviously inserted by cyber unit censors.

THIS IS MORE CENSORSHIP VIA FRAUD AND DECEPTION BY LOCKHEED MARTIN CENSORS UNDER USG CONTRACT. 

My comment,  along with the link that explains how the U.S. is imposing Communist China- style real-time censorship on  American citizens who have been extrajudicially branded as "dissidents" or "undesirables":

(Social media) users shouldn't have to enter ANY birth date. Social media sign-up requirements enable I.D. theft. And there often is no option to opt out of the personal info requirement. This opens the possibility of the government posing as a site owner, claiming the user gave erroneous info. Don't think they'd do this? Later, I returned to the Facebook page of NBC News and clicked on the thread about Facebook requiring users to enter their birth year date.  This time, I saw my comment, which twice failed to post about a half-hour earlier -- but it  remained the first comment visible over my censored and faked connection. It is totally inconceivable that my comment, which would not post earlier, when I got a message that the original item I was commenting on was "removed by the site owner," now would be displayed at the very top of the comments list.

To repeat:  I am looking at a COUNTERFEIT, SPOOFED PAGE that is constructed for my eyes only -- A SPOOFED PAGE THAT THE REAL FACEBOOK AUDIENCE DOES NOT SEE.

ANOTHER PHONY 9-1-1 POLICE VISIT TO HOME OF BUCKS PA JOURNALIST: FUSION CENTERS CORRUPT COPS?

For the third or fourth time in the past nine years,  this 62-year-old former mainstream media journalist got a house call Sunday afternoon (Feb. 17) from a Lower Makefield Township, Bucks County PA police officer who said that "someone called 9-1-1 from this address."  On NONE of these occasions --not a one -- did anyone in my house knowingly dial 9-1-1.  Each one of these instances, including Sunday's,  was a "plausibly deniable" SET-UP,  a misuse of police power to harass and intimidate this citizen, a journalist who has been extrajudicially targeted, apparently for reasons of ideology or hate.


This 9-1-1 ploy apparently is used by rogue cops and agents to build a false profile of a "target," making it look as though the home of the target is frequently visited by police.  Yes, I am accusing some law enforcement and security officers at multiple levels of government (including the quasi-governmental/corporate "threat fusion center" network) of participating in contrived, fraudulent frame-ups and set-ups, conduct that may rise to the level of criminal malfeasance.


It's possible that some local police officers do not realize that these 9-1-1 calls are being generated by witch hunters within the security and law enforcement apparatus who use "local LEOs" (law enforcement officers) as pawns in a systematic, nationwide campaign of hate- and ideology-driven  "social cleansing" -- in reality, a slow-kill genocide (see "Gestapo USA..." http://viclivingston.blogspot.com/2012/01/thugocracy-u.html


But I suspect that many if not most of them know exactly what's going down -- and take twisted pleasure in abusively playing along with the persecution matrix for which they serve as the "ground muscle" -- a fusion center- directed program that turns good cops into the minions of an extrajudicial Gestapo.


Here's how this latest example of apparent abuse of police power unfolded on Sunday afternoon, Feb. 17, shortly after 1pm:


While working at my home office desk, my telephone, which had been perched on an open drawer, fell into a wastebasket.  The receiver came off the hook.  I could hear a dial tone, but no tones signaling that the phone was dialing a number on its own.  (A later check revealed that the batteries inside the phone that power the memory were dead and leaking.)


I thought nothing of this, and picked up the phone out of the trashcan, put the handset back on the cradle and went on with my business.   A few minutes later, the phone rang.   I looked at the caller I.D. and it read "Bucks Co Emerg."  I often get harassing, even threatening phone calls from what look like "official" phone numbers.  Often in the past, these calls have been from persons identifying themselves as representatives of police associations, soliciting donations. In one instance years ago, I sent in a check $90 for two tickets to a police association country music show.  I never received the tickets.  So I rarely answer calls from unfamiliar numbers or sources, and I did not answer the call from "Bucks Co Emerg."


About fifteen minutes later, while I was in the bathroom, I heard someone pounding on the front door.   I am often harassed by persons who knock at the door, sometimes claiming to be contractors or landscapers.  I no longer open the door to anymore; so I remained seated in the bathroom.   A few moments later, I heard pounding at the back door.  Alarmed, I got up and ran to an upstairs window, and saw a Lower Makefield police cruiser parked in front of my house.  I ran downstairs to a glass-paneled back door and saw a police officer.   I opened the door and asked if there was a problem.  The officer, addressing me by my wife's maiden name, said police received a report that someone called 9-1-1 from my address.  The officer never asked if anyone else was home -- standard policing procedure in response to residential 9-1-1 calls, for obvious reasons. I had been alone in the house for several hours; my wife was out of town visiting her mother, but the officer never asked about her whereabouts.


I told the officer that no one called 9-1-1, adding that this same scenario had played out at my house several times before.  I told the officer about the phone falling into the trash can, and expressed my belief that some entity was attempting to build a false profile of me by making it appear that my house is frequently visited by police on 9-1-1 calls.  I also told the officer that it is apparent to me that my premises is under pervasive, high-tech audio and video "synthetic aperture radar" surveillance that may be connected to my reporting and writing about sensitive issues such as my exposure of a cell tower radio frequency weapon system being used to surveil and attack American citizens who are being extrajudicially targeted and persecuted as "dissidents" or "undesirables." I gave the officer a business card with my website address in case he was curious about my work.


I also asked the officer why he was addressing me by a name other than "Livingston."  He said that was the name that "came up from dispatch."  The officer asked, "Who is ________?", stating my wife's maiden name.  I said that because I am a journalist who often gets harassing phone calls, the listed number is in my wife's name.


The officer was courteous, extremely friendly and solicitous.  But I found the officer's explanation for addressing me by someone else's name disingenuous, because Lower Makefield police had been to my house just a few weeks ago -- in another case of apparent harassment supposedly generated by a utility company employee who called police to falsely report that I had made a "threat" against a utility worker, a claim that was patently false.  Surely, I thought, this officer had checked police computer files before he rolled up to my residence.  I wrote about the December incident here:

The officer suggested that my phone must have somehow dialed 9-1-1 when it fell into the trash can. I said that was highly unlikely.  (Only later did I find the dead batteries, proving that the phone could not have called 9-1-1 when it fell into the trash.) The officer smiled and said that sometimes mistakes happen, making light of the entire affair.  I repeat that at no time did this officer inquire about others in the household, a fact that leads me to the conclusion that he knew this incident was contrived, even if he himself had no definitive knowledge of a set-up.

I informed the officer that on two occasions, I had discussed with Lower Makefield Township (Bucks County PA) Police Chief Kenneth Coluzzi repeated incidents of stalking, home intrusion, vandalism of property and home systems, and other malicious, privacy-invading acts directed against me, my family and my property.

I asked the officer to please tell Lower Makefield Police Chief Coluzzi that I would like to meet with him for a third time, in person, to again discuss these issues.  I also informed the officer that I have received disturbing messages on Facebook urging me to move out of the area because "we don't want to see you get hurt."  The officer said that he would talk to the chief.


As he was about to leave, I asked the officer for his name. The reply: "Just call me  (two initials)." I said to him that I'd like his LAST name. He spelled out his last name. I immediately recognized the name;  as I recall it, this officer had been to my house several years ago under almost identical circumstances. I stress again that this officer was at all times friendly and smiling.


I report this incident in detail because I believe it dramatically demonstrates how good, decent cops can be turned into an agent of police harassment by a fusion center- directed campaign of systematic persecution and neutralization of American citizens who are extrajudicially condemned as "dissidents," "undesirables," "pre-criminals," or "mentally ill." It appears that the locals often are fed false profiles and fabricated data by vengeful witch-hunters who are granted safe harbor within the ambit of the agencies, commands and corporations of the Newtown, PA- based mid-Atlantic states MACLOCLEN-RISS "threat fusion center" -- a quasi-governmental interstate apparatus that acts as a hate- and ideology-driven American Gestapo that takes special interest in pervasive high-tech surveillance and endless investigations of members of certain minority groups and journalists who are targeted by elements within corporate military-intelligence security complex.

I did not write about this issue on the internet, or speak about it in any public forum. What usually happens at the dentist? Your mouth is numb and you're unaware of any damage that the dentist might have done. Not to mention that people trust that dentists would never intentionally do anything to harm their teeth. And payment is due at the time of services at all dentist offices. The Nazi playbook.  I remember when I was very young and naive and believed that dentists were only there to do good. When I got home after a dentist appointment I looked at my teeth in the mirror and saw that the dentist had removed one of my fillings. Young, naive, stupid, and believing that the dentist knew best this soon led to the loss of that tooth. Perhaps that's why during the examination he remarked "You need to find a better dentist than me, I'm no good". Many other similar stories at other dentists from this target of extrajudicial injustice.  Dental bullying by proxy for the powers that be. It's real.

We trust doctors and dentists to be good caring ppl the way we trust all professionals to be professional and just do their jobs to the best of their abilities. I'm not saying it didn't happen or it can't happen. Vic will call you all sorts of names and delete what you wrote. And so every conversation seems to go around in circles. TIs would need a list of doctors dentists and lawyers they can trust. then there is the problem how to travel there, the costs.

They are caring professionals when it comes to money, I'll give you that much. Which is why they love to get their patients addicted to prescription drugs like Xanax and pain killers. Each refill requires a visit to the doctor, and that's close to $100.00 a visit these days. They've repeatedly tried to get me addicted to Vicodin, and each time they try, I refuse. It's good business for them, straight from the Nazi playbook.

Sure the gang stalking is generational. My mother had a horrible phobia about dentists, brought about by a bad experience when she was young, an experience that she would never tell me about. I had tried and tried to get her to tell me about it. Now I see that dentists are a big part of the "gang stalking" network. What is Gang Stalking? It's power.

Multi-generational? A short time ago I found out that my mother's brother had the severe dental phobia too. Their phobias were so bad that they both let their teeth rot out in their mouths when they got older rather than go to a dentist. I'm betting the reason for that was that their dentists were part of the "Gang Stalking" network. Just as mine have been.

Several years ago, I called on President Obama to fire U.S. Secret Service Director Mark Sullivan, who apparently has presided over what amounts to an ideology- and hate-fueled domestic slow-kill genocide of Americans targeted for neutralization by multiple agencies and commands -- with the Secret Service a lead agency of domestic "targeting":

On Friday, Feb. 1, 2013,  Secret Service Director Sullivan announced his resignation, effective Feb. 23 -- three years before the end of a ten-year term that began in 2006. Some mainstream media  is attributing his apparent downfall to the high-profile prostitution scandal last year in Cartegena, Colombia, in which Secret Service agents cavorted with nightclub hookers while they were supposed to be preparing for a presidential visit.

This journalist has solid reason to believe that far more sinister activities may have had much more to do with Sullivan's departure from one of the most powerful positions in the federal bureaucracy.

Consider the timing of the Sullivan resignation announcement in light of what happened earlier in the day:  On Friday morning,  Sen. Chuck Hagel, the Nebraska Republican nominated by President Obama to be the next secretary of defense, makes a remarkably disjointed, borderline incompetent performance before the U.S. Senate committee considering his nomination for defense secretary.  Hagel's stupor was reminiscent of President Obama's shockingly poor outing in the first presidential debate with Mitt Romney last October -- a bizarre display that this journalist immediately dubbed the "Obama debate trance."

Hagel's apparent reprise of the Obama trance came just two days after The Washington Post's Bob Woodward reported that Hagel had warned Obama of a "new world order" and a Pentagon takeover of foreign policy since the reign of President George H.W. Bush.

Then, late Friday comes word that Secret Service Director Sullivan is resigning,  a resignation announced on the eve of a major "national security event," the Super Bowl.  And on Sunday night, the lights go out in the middle of the big game.  Was this a precursor to a possible "terrorist" attack of the type warned about by the U.S. intelligence community last week?   Was a supposed plot foiled "just in time" -- another possible false flag?)  I predict that's the news that will be leaked to the media this week.

I take no pleasure from the downfall of any individual.  I know full well the pain and anguish of losing a job, a high professional position, and a reputation.   While I attribute my professional and personal demise to unjust extrajudicial targeting and ten years of ongoing persecution, electromagnetic weapon torture and debilitation, I cannot state with certitude that agents of the U.S. Secret Service were primarily responsible for the decimation of my career, my health, and my ability to earn a living.

But that's firmly what I believe has happened.   And today, I do believe that after a decade of waiting, justice day finally may be nigh for the hundreds of thousands, if not millions, of Americans who share my plight as unjustly "targeted individuals" -- victimized by government and corporate entities that lord over an openly fascist corporate-military police state, taking marching orders from "continuity of government" agencies and commands that include the U.S. Secret Service.
