Those of you who have followed my writings know that I have been held for more than eight years under virtual house arrest... charged with no crime, but censored, stalked, pervasively surveilled, store-mobbed, vandalized, "gaslighted," home invaded, financially sabotaged by community policing and neighborhood watch goons and their local, state and federal overlords.  I also have been heinously tortured, impaired, physically harmed and maimed in horrific ways, "force-sleeped," enslaved, via a cell tower electromagnetic radio frequency directed energy neuroweapon weapon system our government has deployed in every neighborhood, along every highway, in America for the express purpose of assaulting, torturing, controlling and "slow-killing" so-called "targeted individuals," persons who are extrajudicially singled out and viciously slandered for their beliefs, their perceived political "activism", or, in the case of journalists, because they have dared to report what powerful interests seek to keep hidden from public scrutiny. Harbor no delusions -- America is now a fascist, torturing military-intel corporate police state.  If all Americans are not free to be left alone by their government and its nationwide "threat fusion center" Gestapo, an ideology- and hate-driven control matrix taken straight out of the German Nazi playbook, then none of us is free.

My family and I have no police protection. The local police refuse to investigate credible reports of hate crimes in my community of Lower Makefield Township (but it's the same in any community -- anywhere an extrajudicially "targeted individual" resides).  Repeated requests to the FBI for a formal civil rights investigation of this entire region, pleas made in person, apparently have fallen on deaf ears.

Yes, that's right.  Somewhere along the line this veteran journalist got "targeted" -- for what, I'm not sure, but I am pretty sure it has something to do with my past work as a major market reporter.  And living in Bucks County, PA, a safe haven for hate groups and hate mongers, some of them with titles and badges and guns, I'm pretty sure it has something to do with my religion and ethnic background.

You see, as a hard-charging, tough-but-fair veteran major-market newspaper and (later) TV journalist, I apparently have been perceived as a "threat." This is the American military-intel corporate police state that for nearly a decade has had this veteran journalist under unconstitutional virtual house arrest -- my apparent "punishment" for doing my job too well.  But that's not what the community goons are told. And while the word "scalar" did appear briefly on the screen, the show did not explain how electromagnetic scalar waves work -- how the triangulation of two out-of-phase scalar electromagnetic beams is capable of extraction from a near-zero point vacuum variable amounts/types of energy (via manipulation of frequency and amplitude) AT THE POINT OF BEAM INTERSECTION.

These are NOT linear, laser-like beams, as the disinformationists want the viewers to believe. This is the "extraction" of energy at the point of intersection of out-of-phase scalar waves. The manipulation of electromagnetic beam amplitude and frequency determines the resultant effect on the target. THAT'S how this weapon system poses a greater threat to humanity than nuclear bombs. The program left the erroneous impression that linear "directed energy" beams from pocket-sized gizmos are what is zapping people -- not a government devised- and administered cellular TORTURE TOWER electromagnetic weapon phased array antenna grid deployed EVERYWHERE.

URGENT TO ALL FEDS: On Friday, Feb. 18, this unjustly "targeted" journalist received threat from "policeman Frank" warning of attack on my person, using phrases such as "weather got windy," "it's going to be rough - you will feel things that you will remember for the rest of your life." Shortly before 6 a.m. the next morning, it felt like a tornado hit. Coincidence, given wind gust warnings? Or is a powerful entity using weather as a WEAPON? Vic Livingston - Like using the microwave weapon system to intensify weather patterns? For example, manipulation of the jet stream to generate high wind gusts, and then operatives can precision-target directed MW energy to create damaging winds in the immediate vicinity of a target's home -- using weather both as a weapon, and major weather patterns as a camouflage for local, precision-targeted attacks. This could explain outbreaks of "thundersnow," or the tornado-strength winds that pushed against my house this morning shortly before 6 a.m. -- with an intensity that felt like a tornado had hit. After after I took steps intended to ensure that authorities review surveillance of Lockheed Martin centcom personnel on duty this early a.m. to determine if this highly plausible theory is true, the tornado-strength winds quickly subsided.


Just coincidence? Possibly. Can I "prove" Lockheed Martin and their Homeland-mil-intel overlords are experimenting with using weather as a weapon? There is much circumstantial evidence to support that contention, and even the U.S. patent for this weapon system mentions the system's ability to "alter atmospheric conditions."


I believe conscientious authorities would learn some shocking truths if they carefully reviewed surveillance of all Lockheed Martin mission and biometrics centcoms.

With another possibly radio weather weapon- spawned storm forecast to hit the Hurricane Sandy- ravaged mid-Atlantic on Wednesday, Nov. 7th, this veteran journalist presents for your consideration an account of what happened during the "Frankenstorm" that hit my Lower Bucks County, PA property on Oct. 29th:

TREE IN THIS JOURNALIST'S YARD LITERALLY IMPLODED AT THE BASE DURING 'BLUE GLOWING SKY' HURRICANE SANDY -- REVEALING HOLLOWED OUT INSIDE LEAVING ONLY 'HONEYCOMB' WOOD FRAGMENTS, WOOD DUST AND STRANGE BLACK STREAKS ON EDGES OF SHELL.

Also, I noted with alarm the telling electric motor-like hum, growing in volume and intensity, that immediately preceded the whipping winds of electromagnetically induced VORTEX MICROBURST ATTACKS camouflaged as Hurricane Sandy.

IT LOOKS LIKE THE TREE WAS HIT BY AN ELECTROMAGNETIC WEAPON.

A huge old oak tree in my backyard came down during the storm. It literally snapped off at the base -- which was HOLLOWED OUT AND SPLIT DOWN THE SIDE. This tree was not split or damaged prior to the storm.  The edges of the base of the tree were streaked with black, as if scorched by lightning. BUT THE TOP OF THE TREE SHOWED NO SIGNS OF A LIGHTNING STRIKE. And when a tree company cut up the limbs and trunk that had fallen to the ground, there was NO SIGN OF ANY INTERNAL OR EXTERNAL DAMAGE. The wood was solid and healthy.

Inside the gaping hole inside the hollowed out stump, there remained some extremely lightweight chunks of what can only be described as wooden "honeycomb," flecked with specs of a black material.  (I have retained some of this forensic evidence.) This was NOT dry rot.  It looked as though the molecular structure of the wood was altered and weakened by the energy force that hit the tree -- what physical engineer Dr. Judy Wood, who wrote the book on what really happened to the twin towers on 9/11/01, has described as "molecular dissociation," or, to use the colloquial term that she coined, "dustification."

Then, in mid-week, in the dead of night, someone came onto my property and literally shaved off the black streaks on the internal shell of the base of the tree.

My analysis, based on strong empirical and forensic evidence: 

The inside of the tree appears to have been vaporized by the intense energy produced by intersecting electromagnetic scalar radio frequency beams.  I explain the physical process in my article, first published three years ago, entitled "U.S. Silently Tortures Americans with Cell Tower Microwave Weapon."

THE EVIDENCE POINTS TO AN ELECTROMAGNETIC WEAPON ATTACK ON THIS TREE. Two other trees also suffered damage, but neither displayed anomalous features. 

THE FBI MUST COME TO MY YARD TO CONDUCT A FORENSIC EXAMINATION.

THE TAMPERING WITH THE EVIDENCE INDICATES TO ME THAT A CRIMINAL CONSPIRACY TO COVER UP ELECTROMAGNETIC WAR CRIMES HAS COME TO MY BACKYARD -- LITERALLY.

And I was kept off the internet from Monday night, when the power went out, until Saturday night, despite the fact that I had provided for a back-up system to power my computer and modem (my telephone service did not go out in the storm).  Two backup-up 12-volt batteries failed after about a half-hour -- even though a test meter revealed that both were fully charged.

THIS IS ALL PART OF A CRIMINAL CONSPIRACY TO COVER UP ELECTROMAGNETIC WAR CRIMES.
