"The idea is to make the 'target' look mentally ill or
emotionally unstable, so that the person can be shunted into a mental hospital
or otherwise marginalized and removed from society," says one alleged victim,
who says that the silent attacks rendered him so weak, disoriented and fatigued

This victim says
he slowly regained his full cognitive abilities only after repeated visits to a
local FBI office, where he pleaded with agents to intervene on his behalf. But
he reports that the attacks have continued, causing chronic fatigue, extreme

He also
maintains that his local police chief appears to be aware of the covert attack

the attacks were most severe, from the summer of 2004 and into 2008, was when I
went down to the FBI and literally begged a young FBI agent to help me, and she
looked me directly in the eye and said, 'I believe you.'
"When she said

This cell tower- based radio frequency electromagnetic weapon system apparently can utilize various advanced technologies to target human beings. According to information obtained from unclassified patents, defense industry trade journals, as well as an analysis of victim accounts, it appears that the system incorporates sophisticated "synthetic aperture radar" (SAR) video and audio surveillance capabilities via a constant radar-like sweep -- what has been colloquially referred to as "through the wall surveillance." This surveillance and targeting mode requires no traditional cameras or microphones. Some literature also references a three-dimensional, invisible infrared laser targeting sensor array that can be secreted in or near a target's home or place of business. The advanced targeting capabilities of the system makes possible precision-triangulated electromagnetic frequency attacks, prolonged or sudden and momentary, to specific body parts -- internal or external. I was putting up comments on Now Fact "Gangstalking iv," but I have been blocked for several days, from getting onto the site.
At 42 Rusholme Rd., a U Haul truck, with an Arizona license, which moved the proxy to Apt. 2, moved some items in. Patrice Wolkensberg is in the basement, a couple are preparing the truck and about to leave.
I would write on a more current Vic Livingston site, but they do not invite postings. Does Vic Livingston follow the North American Union developments? Does he follow Agenda 21? I believe that those topics may be connected to the "no touch torture" he writes about.

There is a construction crew at the back of 48 Rusholme Rd. and they have been cementing for at least three days, at the back of the house. Are they hiding something? They had done construction and dug out under the back of the house several years ago, when they installed all the strange-looking windows, covering the house in windows.
There was a Joe the Mover truck, parked at the south end of the street, next to the vacant gas station. It has been there day after day. What is being moved out? Are all the furnaces being moved out of homes?
There was a federal election. My neighbourhood is vacant. I think that the "residents" are front people for a huge land developer. No one lives in this election "riding" of Davenport, on any of the streets near me. There appear to be "rent-a-residents" who come in for several hours, days or weeks at a time, to simulate a real neighbourhood. The Liberal party was supposedly elected massively in Toronto. However, it is possible that the core of Toronto is mostly like this neighbourhood and that there was no real voting. Pierre Trudeau's son, Justin Trudeau, was "elected" prime minister of Canada. Does he, like his father, have a Marxist agenda?
The media coverage of Prime Minister Harper and the Conservative party was extreme propaganda. I was truly shocked by it. I could not believe that those doing it would risk throwing away some fifty years of indoctrination with such obviously biased and hostile content. it was so obvious that it would be easy for most people to recognize it.
I cannot judge Justin Trudeau, as he is not Pierre Trudeau. It may be that elections have been habitually rigged. Trudeau and the Liberal party do appear to have many good qualities.
As far as the topic of human trafficking and torture, I was likely sold into this slavery at birth. I have reason to believe that my mother's family is an intergenerational MKULTRA family. My mother took me to a medical facility when I was two years old. A medical worker cut a swastika into my arm. I think that my uncle took payment, but tried to sabotage the MKULTRA program by keeping me drugged and fumigated with pesticides. He wanted only his children to be successful.
With Mafia-type methods, as Vic Livingston knows, it would have been possible for my uncle to end the lives of my two brothers and my father and to attack my sister and me. I believe that my uncle now has strong motivation to silence me. I had forgotten about the swastika, but have begun to solve the puzzle of my life.
I think that the MKULTRA program could have been of benefit to me, if I had not been under attack by my uncle. I would have been highly placed and had many opportunities.
I just looked up Fouad Farid, online and I see that there is a Fouad Farid who worked for Dept. of National Defense! So, maybe Helen Anderson took me to what was supposedly his restaurant, in order to have him begin a series of defamations, which would give them a reason to pour National Defence money into their pockets, while pretending that a totally innocent, innocuous person was a threat to National Security. This was presumably tied in to my uncle's use of me as an MKULTRA, for more profit. It was preplanning, to silence me and finish me off, so that the racketeers could keep their huge profits from Canada. I ask --Can Revenue Canada look into this set-up and rip-off? Helen Anderson's father, Bob Anderson was the chief architect of the C.N. tower. Helen got C.S.I.S. qualifications at around age 17 or 18, then took me to this restaurant in Glebe, Ottawa. I was totally law-abiding, peaceable and productive.
My father and two of my brothers had premature deaths, which I believe were murders by the racketeers of medical trafficking and defence dept. fraud.
I happened to come across on T.V. an interview of Mayor John Tory speaking French and offering support to French speakers. It was impressive that he was so supportive. His speaking French showed his enthusiasm and support.

Above, I copied and pasted some info I found on the internet, about a person named Christine Triggs. I was under attack and did not understand by what methods these horrible mob swarmings and many other vicious ambushes were being done. I looked up Christine Triggs, who lived nearby and had --it seemed evident--begun to stalk me frequently, with her husband Gus Alexandropoulous.
I would take public transit and be viciously attacked. I would enter the subway at a time in the day when it should be almost empty. There would be a coded announcement and hundreds of proxies would rush onto the platform, blocking and swarming me in. It was terrifying. This went on for years. Only after I found that Christine Triggs was a safety officer, did I understand what was occurring.
A person with such authority, who is corrupt, can have public transit swarmed on some totally fraudulent basis. What could she possibly have said? What malicious slander and libel did she circulate, in order to have me attacked in this way? Truly, it is scandalous.
Only after several years of intensive psychological torture of many forms, did I remember the swastika scar and begin to understand that racketeer criminals were behind all of the fraudulent notifications. Not only was there medical experimental trafficking. As well, Christine appeared to be part of a mob that were trying to evict me from my home, in order to build a condo project. I accidentally came across pages on the internet, which showed my home as the location of a luxury condo development.
I have only begun to understand the level of brazen criminality that has been utilized against me by greedy, immoral thugs, all in collusion.
Patrice Wolkensberg, the daughter still shows up at 42 Rusholme Rd. and seems to still have involvement.

I wrote that Michael and Elizabeth Wolkensberg were at 42 Rusholme Rd. for over twenty years, likely not actually living there, but pretending to and apparently having a role in my subjugation. They only moved out recently, after I began to put up on blogs facts and details.
It seems that a couple, who use 57 St. Anne's Rd. are picking up where Christine Triggs left off. (She also moved.) After I see them, walking past me, there will be compelling evidence that FRAUDULENT, FALSE AND MALICIOUS NOTIFICATIONS HAVE BEEN PUT OUT IN THE COMMUNITY. I will be followed by many police cars and fire trucks, sometimes with sirens going on and off, mobs of stalkers and vehicles. Also, I will be subjected to various forms of psychological torture in all stores.
Again, it seems that the main reason for all attacks against me is that I was trafficked from birth to be used as a medical experiment. However, the regime would have happily offered me an excellent career, marriage and social advantages. However, my uncle seems to have sabotaged the MKULTRA program, so that he could profit from it, BUT ALSO prevent me from having my life. His plan did not work, although he seems to have taken every precaution imaginable. By some divine providence, I was able to rise to innumerable challenges. Although it seems impossible, I still aspire to gain my freedom and the wealth and recognition which have been stollen from me.
There have been changes to the houses on Rusholme Rd. Numbers 10, 12, 14, 16, 18 and 20 are once again detached and have had the back enclosure restored to brick. The closest houses: 22, 24, 26, 28 and 30, have a back enclosure made of some kind of cheap boards. Also, all except 30 Rusholme Rd. have been made into semi detached houses. All houses were originally detached, then most were renovated to be semi-detached.
There may be a plan to plant propane in the back enclosures and level the houses. There would have to be more to the plan. Since the insurance companies might not be able to prove that the houses had been altered, they might be insured. Presumably, something would also happen to my home, to force me out.
There has been cementing for days at the back of 48 Rusholme Rd., possibly to hide something that was done, during digging under the house several years ago.

When I tried to put up the comment above, I got the message that the session had ended. Yet, I had not taken very long. I think that the racketeers are trying to hide the information.
I had an email account, but the racketeers hacked into it and locked me out. After that, when I tried to start a new email account, the racketeers prevented me from doing it. They remotely hacked me everywhere that I went. For several days they have locked me out of Now Fact, where I put up comments. Hence, I am sharing some information here.
Now, on St. Anne's Rd. there are some Line trucks are outside the police lot, with a crew of some eight proxies, waiting around. The plan is likely to cut down all the fine, large trees in the area. All of the properties have been chopped in to 1/3 to 1/4 their original size. It seems that the developers would like to have houses front right onto sidewalks, with not an inch of lawn front, side or back. Is any of this legal? Has there been any approval by the city? It is not likely, but that does not stop them.

Likely, they will chop down all the fine, large trees, in order to finish reducing the lots, so that there is no lawn for each chopped in house. This is real estate racketeering.
Earlier, there was an S.U.V. nearby, with a phone number which did not match Mark's Eaves Cleaning. It was connected to The Loretta Stewart Group, on St. Clair Ave., near Avenue Rd., a real estate consultancy.
Interestingly, Mary Vrabel, Sergio Quibus, Chris Malcolm, even Rose Devor had connections to that location. How about Allan and Liz Stewart?
One thing that proxies do is utilize intense, sweet fumigations in order to sedate their victim. No doubt, there will be evidence on a victim's person of such exposure to toxins.

Just as expected, the construction crews are indeed, moving the outer walls of the homes on the east side of Rusholme Rd. At 29 Rusholme Rd., there is now a crew, working in the back, FRL 028, Nova Scotia. This could be linked to Gabriel Costa.

Joe the Mover has been present for possibly a month, or longer. Why?
I was just stepping outside. At that moment, proxies entered. I slipped back into my home, just before they could see me and they hooted loudly at my door. I stepped outside and Goncalves was parked in front, AL16103. He was chatting with the new proxy "resident" of 42 Rusholme Rd., which is probably still being held by Gabriel Costa, as it was, while the Wolkensbergs were spending time in it.
Would there be any valid, non-criminal reason for videotaping a person 24/7 in their home, likely for decades?

I noticed that the back porch of 42 Rusholme Rd. is being chopped back, but done in such a way, that it is not noticeable. The lower support section is shortened, but the decorative upper lattice part extends backward, to where the lower section used to extend.
I notice that my window plants now weigh about ten times more than they did, so that it is difficult to move them.
No need to bother with land transfer taxes or rezoning or any other laws, when everything is done secretly.
You can see, by looking from the back of 65 Rusholme Rd. that several houses have been chopped back, already, because the sides of the other houses are visible.
There was a Bell van, AC 13559 driving around the block several times. The techie just happens to now be at 42 Rusholme Rd. fixing some wires. It must be a coincidence that he came just when I had stepped out for several minutes and drove away, when I saw him, then returned, in my absence.
The Bell techie and new proxie are still outside. Earlier, Michael Wolkensberg's car was stopped outside, so they may have important tasks to do. However, it seems that they must wait until there is no witness. I think of several weeks ago, when a window washer was putting a ladder against the wall of my home, while working at 42 Rusholme Rd.
The Bell techie went to the south corner of the street and returned on foot. A red car, BWLF 959 had parked in the driveway of 42 Rusholme Rd.

The Bell van is gone now. However, as I predicted, he has left his ladder and his hard hat sitting at the side of 42 Rusholme Rd.

It does seem that air conditioners are being installed in all of the homes. Some homes have had old, small models installed outside on walls, likely to make it less obvious when they are replaced with the huge, new models.
35 Rusholme Rd. installed three huge new Air conditioners last summer, although no one lives there. 65 Rusholme Rd. now has a new, large model on the south wall.
The FBI is warning people to be on alert for refrigerant substitutes that have not been approved by the Environmental Protection Agency. Some contain propane, which is flammable and can explode or catch fire if, for example, a technician servicing an air conditioner gets too close to the coolant while soldering. So far, the explosions have been rare.

Why did electricians come to the street for months, working on 80 year old homes, which are supposedly going to be torn down for a condo development?
Why did heating/cooling systems vans come to the street for many months, on and off for the last several years?

The victim just recently bought a pair of boots to replace an expensive pair, which were vandalized by proxies. The new pair were comfortable in the store. It seems that they have been replaced with a specially fabricated pair. This is constructed in such a way that the upper part, at the shins digs into the shin, at every step, cutting a wound into the skin.
Could such fabrication have been done, only by low-level factory workers? Or, was it done at a higher level?
So, a victim, who is not impoverished, walks around like a starving beggar, unable to wear proper shoes and boots and unable to wear socks, as they will be treated with toxic chemicals --all in freezing winter temperatures.
Access into the victims home on a frequent basis, by proxies is the key to the theft of every dime of income over a period of twenty five years.

I just changed the time on my camera. I did it three times in a row, but the camera continues to display the time 11:25. This demonstrates that proxies are remotely hacked into my camera, see every shot I take and have control of the settings. Shortly after I first bought the camera, around two or three years ago, I came across a box of the same brand of camera in the recycling. So, they likely bought the same model and refurbished the camera.
Are taxpayers are supporting such violations of law-abiding, peaceable citizen's property? Ask Goncalves.
Mayor John Tory is attempting to bring in investment from Silicon Valley and Hollywood. This is all of benefit.
My uncle, Louis Devor published a book about the Devor family branches and held a family reunion, with visitors from around the world --decades ago.
At the time, we had been living five minutes by foot from his home, yet he never once visited our home or invited us over, except for once a year. Why? The reason why there is no picture of my father, my older brother, myself, my younger brother, my sister or my youngest brother in Louis Devor's book? It seems to have been planned that not one of us would be alive for much longer. Logically, because everyone had a copy of this book, he would not wish for anyone to ask questions.
What happened to my handsome, brilliant, multifaceted older brother, who Louis "befriended" only after he had a terrible misfortune? What happened to me, after I had had a number of unusual accomplishments --more unusual, if you understand what proxies were doing to me? What happened to my younger brother, who had breezed through engineering science at U. of T. --aerospace option --the cream of the cream? And so on. Because it had likely been planned all along that all of us would be dead or destroyed and because it does look suspicious, they solved the problem, by planning the book, so that we do not appear. They never thought that there would be any murder trials and so far, they have been right.
Had Lorraine Eidlitz, who lives in Huntsville Forrester, been utilized as an MKULTRA, also? However, she may have a time of acclaim, now that Agenda 21 is in vogue and we will live in a preindustrial society, of a medieval nature.

Around a week or two again, there was a Fiat parked in front of my home, with a New Jersey licence plate. I saw a man at 42 Rusholme Rd. and he looked a lot like Izzy Nelken, who had worked for Mossad. I naturally wondered if he could be Izzy Nelken's son, since he looks the way Izzy did, when he was in his early twenties, and Izzy was from New Jersey.

I do not know what the MKULTRA officials planned to do with me. I believe that they would have given me the highest prospects. However, Louis Devor has to be the only relative who is at the top.
Very interesting things have happened in the Devor family. Every one of the first five children --my aunts and uncles--died prematurely.
So, this Fiat is from Haldemand motors Cayuga. That is near Hamilton, Ontario. Did Nelken junior trade the car? There are Devors in Hamilton, so there could be a link: Tzvia and Mary Devor live there.
I do not wonder which relatives were in on cloak and dagger plans, but which --if any--were not.
Relatives who may have been party to MKULTRA-type human trafficking for profit are the Devors and my father's side, including the Uhrmakers, Winemakers, Warners and Krofts.
So, if proxies send out fraudulent, vicious, libellous notifications, they can have their PREY ATTACKED VICIOUSLY EVERYWHERE.
I went to my favourite store. Do they know that they have been given false notifications? I do not think so. I went to four parts of the store. All items which I normally purchase had been removed or replaced with stale, old items. All through the stores, shelves had been stripped.
What do these malicious slandering felons tell the "community?" What lies do they tell to proxy swarmer/stalkers who will bury a human being alive? What do they text to the stores in the city? What brazen, vicious, evil slander is treated with the utmost respect? Would these same "community" members think nothing at all if they saw a felon attack a human being with a knife and slaughter the person in cold blood? Yet, their knife-like slander ambush has exactly the same effect.
Likely their message does not say
--The target is going onto a website that we do not like. Therefore, we will do everything possible to torture the target. We must have a minimum of fifteen proxies per second walking into the target. Target may not shop. People must stalk target in pairs. People must do everything possible to humiliate target and degrade degrade degrade and torture. Make sure to torture. Use so many methods that the target cannot even remember after two seconds which methods were used.
If the target does not commit suicide today --proxies are not doing their job correctly.
All of this will be expressed, but opposite terms will be interchangeable. Torture will be replaced with words like "assist."
The wait time should be a minimum of an hour for public transit vehicles. We need a minimum of 80 passengers if the target gets onto a bus. All seats must be filled and there must be proxies tightly stuck in the area, so that it is almost impossible for any person to exit.
It should be impossible for the target to purchase any food or drink or any other item. Make sure that there are weirdly dressed proxies walking right up to the target, talking loudly, carrying grubby bags, dressed wierdly. They should follow the target from store to store. There should be proxies who ARE WILLING TO USE THEIR BABIES AND CHILDREN AS PAWNS, DRAGGING THEM ALONG THE STREET, STALKING THE TARGET. They should come from every direction and it should be impossible for our prey to escape.
MOST OF ALL --EVERY PROXY SHOULD FIRST INVOKE DEMONS TO ASSIST WITH OUR TORTURE PROGRAM. IT IS THE BEST WAY FOR US TO COME UP WITH TORTURE METHODS THAT WOULD MAKE THE NAZIS SCREAM WITH ENVY.
It is really too tiring to even begin to sketch the tiniest part of their activities.

When you consider the level of viciousness, cruelty, twistedness, pure stark evil inflicted on an innocent person for every second of that life, it is truly as astounding as the earth, trees, grass, flowers, animals, oceans, sky and stars--but all in the exact opposite sense.
When you imagine that every second of every day creatures that resemble human beings carry out their malicious felonies, all together, all totally aware and all very content to cause such harm--you understand how notions of Hell are entirely believable and in no way excessive.

Makes no sense. You state that subjects suffer from headaches, etc that force them to see neurologist, then govt takes your med records in order to map your brain for targeting. How are they targeting the specific targets before they see the neurologists and have their records stolen and brains mapped? If they need to map your brain to target you, how are they causing your maladies to begin with which then forces you to see a neurologist? Not logical.
